I had an htc windows 8x and had 8.1 on it. But I needed to replace it so purchased one online and it's got window 8.0. Want to know when I will be able to get my 8.1 update so that it can be like my first phone I had?

Have talked to Htc and windows and they both told me that it is up to Verizon to put out this update.

Verizon's and HTCs attempt to make money for the holidays by forcing upgrades to newer phones. Most Windows phones have been pulled from the market due to poor sales and HTC and others are just perpetuating it. I will probably abandon Windows phone myself due to so many issues with the HTC 8X and lack of 8.1 upgrade. I have been loyal to Microsoft for to long, since Windows CE and have missed the world of Android all together. I like having all my Microsoft apps sync up, but app support and usability is useless for anything but a phone. Its a darn shame really. I had the HTC Tilt and the same thing happened. I don't think my 8X will last till Windows 10 phones. I am replacing the SIM card every month now to prevent auto shutdowns and Text issues.

Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up

All support for your iPhone in the Philippines is handled by Globe, so you need to continue to work with them on the issue. No one here can help you directly with this issue, nor is there any way you can yourself contact the repair depot in Singapore (if indeed that's where it is). You can, however, try calling Apple Support in the Philippines at 1-800-1441-0234, ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations, and ask if there's anything they can do to help expedite the process.

Does anyone know when Aperture will be able to provide RAW support for the Nikon 1 J3 ?

I have just bought Aperture to support my new camera, a Nikon 1 J3. I then discovered that this is not one of the Nikon camereas yet supported by Aperture for RAW format pictures.
Does anyone know when this may be addressed in a later version of Aperture?

I got it through Cutio in Germany and the instructions were in German which I learnt at school - which is great for travel and holidays but not for reading technical manuals!

HT4972 I just got done successfully syncing my iPhone for the first time to my mac but when I clicked update it had a notice and I want to know if it will delete my music if I continue to update.

The pop up says

After the update you sync your content back to your phone. It should all be in your iTunes library & thus there should be no issues putting it all back on your phone.

I purchased the season pass for SOA season 5 and have been jipped on episode 4. I had to spend 2.99 to watch it on Amazon. What, when Steve Jobs dies so does Apple? come on. I have been an Apple user since the Apple 2C and have never experienced this kind of disappointment. Yes its a single episode, but it starts small. First with the crappy performance from iOS 6 and now this? Very disappointing, especially considering this is being typed on a MacBook Pro. Bad Apple.

The rest of Warehouse 13 season 4 has not shown on SciFi yet. When they show an episode it appears in itunes the next day.
Guess they are having a season break. Although it does seem way longer than programs like NCIS etc.
So when it has been on TV the Content owners like Mike said will release it to itunes.

Yes, it should work. I don't believe that the UAE requires Internet providers to block the network ports Facetime uses. To the best of my knowledge they only require Apple to remove Facetime from iOS devices sold in the UAE.
