I checked with your account but could not find any order history so you might be using another email address on forums.
You will first need to deactivate Acrobat from old machine and then install Acrobat on the new machine by activating with the same serial number.

If you have single user license, then remember that the software can be activated on maximum two computers, say your desktop at work and laptop at home.

Apple wil replace your iPhone with an out of warranty replacement but that replacement is going to be exactly the same as the old one. Apple does not allow you to change it.

Windows XP (sp2) will not update after replacing the hard disk of my Presario V4435NR with a new one
Hi,
I had to replace my Presario V4435NR hard disk (80 GB) with a new 160 GB hard disk from Samsung. The original hard disk did not crash but was churning all the time and did not have enough space for all I wanted to put on it. I installed the new 160 GB hard disk (which of course did not have the recovery partition that my old one had on it) and ran recovery from the recovery DVD I made when I first bought the laptop. Everything worked fine until I tried to update my xp through windows update website. This is the error # I get from windows updates (0x80072EE2).
How can I get my xp to run updates sealessly as it used to before?

AbdulI installed it already and things were fine (updates installed with no problems) for a while but the same problem resurfaced after I installed MS Office. Xp gave me the same error code when I tried to update. Woke up in the morning and tried windows update again and windows found lots of updates and installed them smoothly.
What is causing this inconsistency?

I am using Firefox 22 (I like its features and do not want the features added in later version.) I have added a handful of custom URL buttons to the navigation bar that allow me to go instantly to websites I visit frequently. There was/is a function in Firefox for adding such buttons. This morning, after leaving my computer on all night, I found that the custom buttons had disappeared and I could no longer find the function for adding new ones. Can you tell me what has happened and how I can add custom URL buttons? I will appreciate your help. Thank you.
I solved my own problem. This function was added by Google Shortcuts, which somehow became disabled. After fussing ariound for a few minutes. I was able to restore it.

What is the best CD and DVD to use with my new iMac Intel?
Guys, please help. I am not great on the computers and need a bit of help and advice. Just brought a brand new iMac Intel G5. This is to replace my older but much loved iMac G4, which is very simple to use. Have had nothing but trouble with the new one which was especially brought to copy CD's and DVD's and to have a good play with. After much head scratching have just been told by Apple help desk that the new intels may not like CD-R. These disks worked fine on my old Mac, brought a new pack (100). I can copy information and burn to these disks using Disk Utility. BUT they can only be read on the Intel iMac, not on my old mac or PC at work. This is only simple word and pdf files, nothing complicated. Copying and burning DVD's even more of a nightmare. What makes and formats do you recommend that I use? I can copy to DVD+R. Thats the full spec of my iMac Intel duo core, plus added memory. As per the sellers website. The bit about the superdrive is pure fantasy. Have tried to copy and burn to DVD -R, +R and -RW all go through the motions and keep you in suspense. Then you put the disc in another player and disc not recognised. Really, really upset by this. -

Hi, I just changed my password for my ipad 4 and my keypad has been messed up for a while. As I was typing in my new passcode it double cliked a number and i dont one which one it clicked twice for as i was typing it in the second time the same thing happened again and was accepted! i locked my ipad and when i can back to it i typed in my passcode and would go in i kept trying and ran out of attempts. It is down to 2 more attempts and then it will be drained. I have alot of informant on the ipad and havent backed it up to any icloud or any other saving things! i really dont want to lose my stuff on the ipad by restoring it and other thing i cant do? PLEASE HELP, I REALLY WANT TO KEEP ALL MY STUFF! THANKS

I JUST NEED HELPI would contact Apple under your warranty. I doubt you received a new iPod since Apple's policy is to give you a refurbished iPod.

I have an older model of the ipod shuffle, we forgot the itunes login and pass so we created a new one. My question is how do we transfer that music that is on the shuffle to the computer? It will not let me do anything... The music titles are all dulled out, the only thing i can do is listen to them but I cannot do anything else.

You do not. Content is permanently tied to the Apple ID that it was acquired with.
Sign out of the computer with the new Apple ID. STOP using the new Apple ID.
Sign in with the original Apple ID that the content was acquired with.
