You may have the accessibility VoiceOver feature turned on.
Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off. You may have to use three fingers to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see the following for how to turn off via iTunes:

    Hello,
Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
    Then perform these steps:
#Open Firefox ''Options'' window (''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux) as follows:
#* In Firefox 29.0 and above, click the menu button [[Image:New Fx Menu]] and select ''Options'' for Windows or ''Preferences'' on Mac or Linux.
#* In Firefox 28.0 and previous versions, click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
#In the Firefox Options (or Preferences) window, click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select ''General''.
#In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
#Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:
    * [[Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems]]
    * [[Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL]]
Did this fix your problems? Please report back to us!
    Thank you.

I think you'd better to buy a new iPhone.
Cuz the price to fix it is too expensive to do that.
Here you have three ways to go
    1. Buy a new iPhone
    2. Get a second hand iPhone
    3. Pay the **** high price to get a brand new "shell" iPhone made by Apple.
    FYI
Apple offer Out of Warranty devices on an exchange basis for failed or damaged iPhones .......

  • I have an iTunes icon in the middle of my screen and a cord picture saying to connect my charger it's connected what's my problem?

The iPad will not soft boot it will not go to my home screen it's frozen

    Hi galefromcut knife,
Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It sounds like you may be seeing the connect to iTunes graphic on your device. You may need to connect to iTunes to restore your device. You can either restore from an iTunes or iCloud backup or set up as new.
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    Have a great day,

  • Can I fix the green color in the middle of my screen?

Over the past several months, I've been noticing a dark shape in the middle of my screen, but it hasnt affected anything so I haven't been concerned with it. Now, it has turned into a pale shade of green that are two circles in the middle of my screen. It's hard to see them when my screen is more of a lighter color, but when I start watching movies or working in something with a darker background, they become much more noticable. Is this something that I can go into the Apple Store and get fixed? If so, how much would that cost? Or is this something that is unfixable and would have to buy a new computer?

There could be one of two things wrong - either your screen is shot or your GPU has gone awry. If the screen is at fault, it's still an expensive fix but not as bad if the problem with the GPU. The screen can be replaced, but with the GPU, if it's faulty, you're looking at an entire logic board replacement.
Only the Apple techs will know, so make an appointment at your local Apple Store or an AASP and have them run free diagnostics and give you an estimate for repair.
    Good luck,
    Clinton

  • Since upgrading to Yosemite my old email address is showing in the middle of my screen and I can't remove it.

Since upgrading to Yosemite on my iMac I have my old email showing in a small grey box in the middle of my screen. I don't know how to remove it.

The address has now gone - all I needed was another restart. But it did take two attempts. Thanks for your interest. Have also found that the iMac is slower at the moment. Goodness only knows what else I will find when I restart other progs.

Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

  • I tried to power down, now the little circle in the middle of screen like its loading but wont go on or off and power button doesn't do anything

I tried to power down my ipad2 and now there is a little spinning circle in the middle of the screen but it won't either turn on or off, is there some way fix this?

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

  • How do I restore my Ipad 4 from my desktop computer? My charger was broken. I bought a new one but now it won't charge. I have a BATTERY bar in the middle of the screen that is flashing RED and I have a symbol on the bottom that looks like a charger.

How do I restore my Ipad 4 from my desktop computer? My charger was damaged so I bought a new one but it won't charge. On my Ipad, I have a BATTERY bar in the middle that is flashing RED and an icon on the bottom that looks like the end of a charger. I have tried to force into reset mode, by holding the sleep key and home button SEVERAL times but it does NOT work. I have plugged my Ipad into my desktop computer, but I do not have a screen on my desktop that is coming up. THIS HAPPENED BEFORE AFTER I DID AN UPDATE AND WAS LOCKED OUT AND I USED EITHER ICLOUD OR ITUNES TO RESTORE, NOT SURE WHICH AND I FORGOT HOW.

    Hi MrsMoosie,
I'm sorry to hear you are having these issues with your iPad. If your iPad isn't responding or doesn't appear to be charging, you may find the information and troubleshooting steps outlined in the following articles helpful, in particular the following portion:
If you don't see the charging screen within an hour, or you see the connect to power screen, check your connector, USB cable, and power adapter. Make sure that everything is plugged in firmly, free of debris, and not damaged. You might want to try a different USB cable or power adapter.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on - Apple Support
If you can’t charge your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

My screen is black on my iPhone with the little circle in the middle like it is powering down.  It's been like this for over an hour!  Help

Hold the HOME and SLEEP buttons at the same time until an Apple logo appears. If it hasn't appeared after 30 seconds your phone is probably broken. If something other than an Apple logo appears see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808.

  • Do I have to live with dark/dead pixels with my new 15" MBP? Yesterday I bought one and have one dark spot in the middle of the screen.

    Hello
Yesterday I bought a 15" MBP and found a dark spot in the middle of its screen right away while in the 1st-time-welcome-boot. What a welcome. Do I have to live with it? It is exactly one pixel missing its yellow subpixel. It would be ok if it would be in some corner - but its right in the middle of the screen. Suggestions/experiences in this matter anyone?

Thanks for your suggestions - took it back - got a new, mint, shiny one
