Maybe you can get the installer via ftp if you do not know somebody else that can download and save the Firefox installer for Mac to an USB stick.

The current release supports the white-space property for a text area and it is possible that the website uses white-space: pre instead of white-space: pre-wrap.
The former will prevent Firefox from wrapping the text.
You can check that in the Inspector via the right-click context menu.

Safari no longer works for me

So today I get home from work and wake up my Mac. Safari instantly crashes when I try to run it. I reset it and restart the computer. Still crashes.
I delete all my preferences, caches, etc, and restart the computer. I repair permissions.
Safari still crashes.

Something has gone wrong in your system libraries, specifically the file /System/Library/Frameworks/WebKit.framework/Versions/A/WebKit.
You may need to reinstall that directory from a Time Machine backup, if you have one, or reinstall Mac OS X.
WebKit is used throughout Mac OS X, so it's not as easy as simply replacing Safari.
As a workaround you could download and run Firefox, but that's not going to stop possible crashes when other Mac applications want to access the web.
You should also run Disk Utility on your hard drive as libraries do not in general just go bad like that unless you had a failed upgrade along the line.

I finally resolved my problem after spending way too much time on it. I simply handed my 160GB iPod to my husband to put his fav Stones & Beatles songs on and I went back to my 80GB Microsoft Zune which has never disappointed me.
After spending so much time trying to figure this out I did finally take it back to Apple Store who performed a diagnostic and found there was a problem with the device. They replaced it with a refurbished one which has similar issues. All I wanted to do was listen to my music. Was that too much to ask? So I am happy to be free of this problematic device. No more Apple for me!!

You need to download it on one of the iMacs via App store but not install since after it installs the installation download gets deleted.
After it is downloaded you can copy to a USB device. You can also make a bootable USB install device by:
downloading and using DiskMaker X

The issue eventually resolved itself, I still don't really know why. I kept up with Windows update, and attempted downloading iTunes again from the Apple website, and it just... worked. It now works fine. I don't know why it took approximately 4 months to work, though.
I'm sorry I don't have any more helpful information. Posting here was my last resort, and clearly Apple never bothered to reply.

Where are you downloading the app from?
The only one I can find is for iOS based devices > Blockbuster On Demand for iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad on the iTunes App Store

You can send iTunes an email about your password and they can reset it on their end and email you the temp password. When they reset the password they usually make it something generic like Apple06.11

If they don't get back to you, you can also call AppleCare: 1-800-275-2273 and see if they are able to reset.

I upgraded IClick DVD Copy, but it will not work with Firefox. It has not been upgraded since I have been with firefox. Is there anything I can do?

I went to use 1 Click DVD Copy and there was an upgrade, so I went to the web site and downloaded the new version. After it was downloaded, I tried to use it; however, the disk to click to copy CD's was distorted and messed up my desktop. I did not have this problem the last time I did this when I was not with Firefox.

Next problem is that when moving through the installer and get to custom install, as I only want to install iDVD and iWeb, I am presented with the option to install iDVD, Sounds & Jingles and iWeb, but not sure what is going on with the other 3 options iLife Support etc, they seem to be greyed out but still look like they may install over the top of the newer versions already on my imac. Is it ok for me to just go ahead and hit install? Or do I have a problem?

Yep, just install iDVD (plus sounds and jingles) and iWeb if you want it (but note that iWeb apparently won't work if you upgrade to Mountain Lion).
Then use Software Update to get any late iDVD updates.

Thank you for posting your list of installed Extensions. One of them might be intercepting the menu command. Since you have the Add-on Compatibility Reporter, it's possible that an older add-on that doesn't actually work well with Firefox 5 could be to blame. Could you try disabling the "HP Smart Web Printing" extension and see whether that makes any difference?
Also, you can simulate a print button on a web site by pasting this to the location bar and pressing Enter. You also can save it as a bookmark for easier access (when scripts are saved as bookmarks, we call them bookmarklets). Hopefully you won't need it for long.

Yes, of course it is legal.
To convert the format, follow one of these documents:
iTunes 11 for Windows: Save a copy of a song in a new file format
iTunes 11 for Mac: Save a copy of a song in a new file format
Also note that you have the option of buying your files in MP3 format in the first place, from Amazon MP3 or other online retailers. MP3 files will work in iTunes as well as virtually every other player, program, and device.
