I have a new computer. I want to keep using Acrobat X Pro - how do I download it on to my new computer?

I've downloaded it, but it says my valid serial number isn't eligible for an upgrade. I'm not trying to upgrade! I just want to use the software I've already purchased.

if your acrobat pro x is an upgrade from a previous version, after entering your pro x serial number you will be prompted to select the qualifying product (a previous acrobat version) and you will be prompted for the previous versions serial number.
if you enter the correct serial number at the correct time, installation should proceed.

To create workflow in SharePoint, I recommend to use SharePoint Designer to achieve this goal.
Firstly, we need to allow the site to be edited in SharePoint Designer, please refer to the "SharePoint Designer settings page" part in the article below:

Could you please confirm whether you are using Acrobat 9 pro or standard.
Firstly, you need to deactivate Acrobat from your old machine by choosing "Help > Deactivate"
Then, you can install it on the new machine and activate it from the Help menu with the same serial number.

Is there a way to merge the bookmarks from each computer into one bookmark library that contains all the bookmarks from both computers, so that I don't lose any bookmarks by syncing?

Hi,
Firefox Sync works by merging all the info in all your computers. It doesn't replace anything. So if you have information A in one device and information B in other device, after setting up Sync you will have information A+B in both devices.
I hope this clarifies the situation.

Adobe does not sell older versions of their software. If you wish to purchase an older version you will have to find and take your chances with a third party vendor.

I have been creating forms in InDesign and pulling into Acrobat XI Pro to do form fields. My client would like to fill in the PDF form using Reader, save under a different name locally on their device, and redistribute. The problem I have is that, sometimes, they want to redistribute the form as Read Only. I know how to flatten the form on a mobile device, but uncertain how they can do that with a PC or Mac using Adobe Reader. I looked at FormsCentral thinking there might be a solution going that route, but don't believe there is. Any advice?

FormsCentral won't help with flattening a form. You could set up the form in Acrobat so that the fields are set to read-only, using JavaScript. Not quite the same as flattening but it's the best Reader can do.
Note that when Reader is used to e-sign a document, it gets flattened, but this won't be possible if you need to Reader-enable the form and under certain other conditions.

If you want both iPad to be identical .....
Without connecting your iPad to your laptop, start iTunes. Go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. Check the box next to "Prevent your iPod etc. from automatically syncing." Click OK.
Now connect your iPad to your Mac and start iTunes.
When iTunes starts, right click on your iPad under Devices in the left column. Select Transfer purchases.
After it finishes transferring all your apps to the Mac, right click on your iPad and select Backup your iPad.
Sync the iPad and eject it when it is complete.
Quit iTunes
Connect the second iPad.
Launch iTunes
Right click on the iPad name on the left side and select - Restore from Backup
Select the backup of the first iPad and let it restore from that backup.
When it finishes restoring - sync with iTunes to transfer all of the apps and any other content that you want onto that iPad
Eject the iPad when you are done.
Check the second iPad and if all of the content did not sync as you wanted - or you want to remove some of the content - connect it again and then choose the content that you want - uncheck what you do not want - and click on Apply in the lower right corner of iTunes.

If you mean a PDF document and want to separate it into several parts, there is no way of doing it with just the free Reader, buy it can be done with Acrobat. If you are talking of another type of document, please post full details.

Try changing your Apple ID password at iforgot.apple.com first.
Also:
How to reset your Apple ID security questions.
Go to appleid.apple.com, click on the blue button that says 'Manage Your Apple ID'.
Log in with your Apple ID and password. (If you have forgotten your Apple ID password, go to iforgot.apple.com first to reset your password with a password recovery email)

The normal process is to request the unlock with the carrier. They process it and pass it on to Apple to be applied to the Apple's iPhone database. The carrier would then inform you when Apple has provisioned the unlock, and you would restore your iPhone as a new device in iTunes to apply the unlock (you would get a message at the end of that restore as new in iTunes indicating the unlock was successfully applied). You could then restore your iPhone from backup to get everything back as it was.
However, for some carriers, you seem to beed to complete the iTunes restore from within the country where they provide service. Regardless, have you tried restoring as new in iTunes to see if it processes any provisioned unlock request? Just be sure to backup the iPhone first, before restoring as new.

I want to buy Adobe Acrobat XI Pro full version, but I don't know what the difference is between limited access to online services offered by the full version and the full access that's offered by the month-to-month version. The retail version of Acrobat costs around US449$ and the monthly subscription is available for a very nominal fee of 19.99$ per month.
The software is the same and there's no difference between the functionality of Acrobat except that in the retail version you have a serial number to permanently activate the software whereas in subscription Acrobat validates the license very month to check if the subscription is active or not.
