Your friend needs both a domain name and a web hosting account in order to get his website online. If he has both with GoDaddy.com then yes, you can create and upload the site.
If he has purchased only a domain name he'll need to get a hosting service.

On the left pane is a list of common places.
All the user data is in the /Users folder.
See the magnifying glass on the upper left of the screen. This is spotlight. Type in a file name.

To get to the App Store, you need to upgrade the Tiger machine to Snow Leopard.

I really appreciate all your help. Today I spent some time on the problem. First I purchased any video converter from the ap store and then I connected the camera to the mac with the original usb cable that came with the camera. I turned on the camera and selected backup on pc and the logo came up on my home page. I opened it and after several attempts i found the 3 video files that were on the camera. I then converted them from a tod file to mp4 and then transfered them to imovie. Now I have to figure out how to send the video to youtube or move it to an external hard drive which I have not been able to do. So far I am not too fond of imovie 11. If you could send me the download for imovie 6 I then could try that route. When talking to apple support yesterday about the problem they suggested to get Final Cut Express. You need to get the key from the new device and enter it into the old device. So on the old device select "Pair a device" and the place to enter the key will show up.

I'm using iOS 7.04 on my iPhone and basically can't use it. The screen is going crazy. I type and special characters show up. I have to hit send more than once (it grays out, then hit again) then it sends. I type words in text or email and it backspaces and deletes my entire message. I tap an application and it starts wiggling to delete. I've reboot several times. I'm looking at restoring, but that is a pain in the arse (it's my work phone). I'm nervous it will not restore properly.
