I have a Nikon D7100 I have tried to open a raw file but it staes it does not support the format. I am up to date on all downloads.

Hi,
You need version 7.4 or higher to read raw files from, a D7100. Unfortunately, ACR 7.4 is not compatible with PSE 10.
You need to either
- update to a new version of PSE or
- download the DNG converter - use it to conver your NEF files to DNG files which can then be read by PSE 10.

This would indicate that you downloaded a Windows version of the program. Check for a Mac version.

I bought a Nikon D610 and just tried to upload a RAW file to photoshop CS5 and was not able to. It said CS5 doesn't support the new file and to update it. I downloaded camera raw 6 4 1 update and it still doesn't work. Am I missing a step?

Unfortunately, Photoshop CS5 is not going to be able to open your D610 files directly.
The camera is newer than the latest update for your version of the software. Adobe stopped updating older versions to be able to read raw files from newer cameras when they released a new major version of Photoshop. Photoshop CS5 is no longer receiving Camera Raw updates.
To double check this yourself, using Adobe documentation:
First you need to determine whether Adobe has released support for your new camera in your version of Photoshop. To do that, look at these two pages. You'll want to find out the earliest version of Camera Raw that can support your camera, then what version of Photoshop can run that version of Camera Raw.

Since your version of Photoshop cannot support your camera, you can download and install the latest version of the free Adobe DNG Converter, which can take your raw files as input and put out DNG format files, which your version of Photoshop can then open.

The DNG converter does work, but if you want maximum quality from your new camera's raw files (not to mention the convenience and ease of use of directly opening your raw files) you may want to consider upgrading to the latest version of Photoshop. The D7100 requires camera raw 7.4 which is not compatible with Photoshop Elements 10.
Your two main options are
1) Buy a newer version of Photoshop Elements
2) Use the Adobe DNG converter to convert the NEF files to DNG files which can then be used by Photoshop Elements 10.

Do you have the latest camera raw installed for Photoshop? If so, you can find the profiles in /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0/Nikon/ . Lightroom should recognize them if you move them into your home directory's Library folder in the exact same folder structure (but in the Library folder in your home directory). This is assuming you are using Mac OS X. No clue where these files would be on Windows. If you don't have Photoshop, you can install Camera Raw using the combined installer with DNG converter which is a free download from Adobe. This should (I think) give you the profiles in that exact location without owning Photoshop.

As said Firefox for Windows from mozilla.org is a 32-bit application. The WOW64 in UA means it is a 32-bit application on 64-bit Windows.

Have you asked your mobile phone operator to turn on roaming for you? and if you have you will need to turn on DATA ROAMING on the iPhone by going to SETTINGS > GENERAL > MOBILE DATA and turn on DATA ROAMING. You should then be able to see the various Indian Networks listed in SETTINGS > CARRIER and be able to make/receive calls.
If you are in India and didn't ask for Roaming to be activated on your mobile account you're stuck until you return to the UK.
OR
If you have a 'locked' phone that is tied to the UK operator then you will need to find a phone shop that unlocks iPhones but beware this invalidates any Apple Warranty. If you are still in the UK then phone the mobile operator and ask then to unlock your iPhone which they usually do if its not in a contract with them or at the end of the contract period.

You should have Bridge CC installed for CC 2014.
In Windows, right-click on a raw file, and select "choose default program". Photoshop CC 2014 should be listed. Select it. "Always open this file with this program" should also be checkmarked.
If CC 2014 is not on the list, look for the Browse button at the bottom and go to Program Files > Adobe > Adobe Photoshop CC2014 and click on the Photoshop CC 2014.exe to choose it and add to the list.
In Bridge CC Edit > Preferences > File Type Associations, look for your raw file type (CR2 or Nef) and select Photoshop CC 2014 deom the drop-down menu.

Another solution would be to find a Compact Flash-to-USB card adapter that is compatible with the USB adapter in the Camera Connection Kit. Some such adapters draw too much current from the iPad.
You can also get a Secure Digital-to-Compact Flash adapter that would allow you to use SD cards in your camera.

First check the version of the document with Jongware's script "Identify.jsx" (ExtendScript/JavaScript).

If it is CS 5.5 or above, you need someone to open it in the version the script says and export an IDML representation from that. Another way would be to install a 30days version of CS6 or above (CC) and do it yourself.
In regards of the script showing a result for InDesign files higher than CS6:
CS7 = CC v9
CS8 = CC v10 = CC-2014 or CC2014.1
