I have a Podcast Provider Page and want to know how set up an iTunes store.  I've seen other providers that have this and it looks great.  Any suggestions?

I have a Provider Page for the podcasts on my network and want to set up an iTunes store.  I am really at a loss over this.  Does anyone know how to do this?  The provider's that have this are able to put banner art work and include an about section.  This would really help.
Thanks!

The only information I can give you is that given at the bottom of this page:
