Since you are covered by warranty, I would take it to your nearest Apple store immediately. There might be a problem with the RAM. And, you have 14 days to return the machine, so if it is not an easy fix, you might want to consider returning it for another machine.

Oh no! Let's get you back to the correct language. Here are the steps you can follow to change the language back.... http://vz.to/15H11Ee The Lanugage and input option under settings will have a square is the letter A in it.

I accidently backed up my husband's iphone immediately after mine without selecting "set up as a new device". His phone is now all messed up and is set up just like mine. Is there a way to undue this?

If your husband had iCloud setup on the phone and was backing up to it, then he could restore from his iCloud backup.
He can check for a backup in the Settings of his iPhone.
iOS device
Tap Settings, and then tap the iCloud icon.
Tap Storage & Backup.
Tap Manage Storage.

I have been trying to play my movies that I purchased but they have now been down loading for a week.
Why are they taking so long?

Cancel the downloads and reset the iPad (Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts off. Ignor the off slider. Then turn the iPad back on). Go back to the Purchased screen in the I.tunes app and redownload. You may want to down load one at a time.

I have an iMac with OSx 10.5.8. Need to upgrade OS to Lion so I can then upgrade to Snow Leopard. Have to do this because I just got an iPhone 5 and have to upgrade to iTunes 7. Can't find a download to do this. Suggestions?

I have itunes and samsung kies on my mac. how do i stop the contacts from both phones syncing onto each others?

I have an iphone 5 synced to my mac and also connected a samsung s3 to kies(samsung alternative to itunes). For some reason i now have all my dads contacts as well as my own and vice versa. How can i stop this happening?

TS1424 My computer that I downloaded ALL the Itunes on crashed 3 weeks ago and I just got another computer last week, Itunes says to reauthorize my computer,,,can't seem to get it done!!

The computer I used to download all my Itunes on crashed,,I'm using a different one that has let me get access to all of my other accounts. Itunes shows me a message to authorize my computer I'm now using,,,,I've done everything they've said to do and I can't authorize my current computer. HOW do I authorize my computer ???

Calculate Dates for Last week and next three weeks

Hi,
I have a report where I need to calculate dates between last week and the next three weeks (not counting current week). I'm familar with the first part, it could be done by using the LastFullweek function but not sure how I can avoid the current week and calculate the next three weeks.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I JUST GOT AN IPHONE AND I AM TRYING TO CONVERT MY MUSIC INTO RINGTONES. I GOT ONE OF THE APPS THAT DOE THIS AND HAVE MADE RINGTONE. HOWEVER I CANNOT GET THE RINGTONE ON MY IPHONE. I DO NOT HAVE A TONES TAB ON MY IPHONE SCREEN.

I just got an Iphone and I am trying to get my Itunes music as my ringtone. I already got an app and made a ringtone. I even got the tones tab to appear in my Itunes library. I cannot however get a tones tab to appear on my Iphone sync area. Also I cannot get any of my ringtones into the tones folder. They are no longer than 30 seconds so that is not the problem. Any ideas?

Does this app not provide a video on how to sync it with itunes and then sync it to your phone.
If you have transfer the ringtone to your computer, play the ringtone - then it should move to your tones folder in itunes. Just make sure when you play the ringtone it's plays in itunes.

Decide which device will be changing accounts. On that device, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll that you want to keep on the device, save them to the camera roll by opening the photo stream album in the thumbnail view, tapping Edit, then tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share and tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (This will only delete the account from this phone, not from iCloud. The device(s) that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.) When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iDevice. Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
Finally, to delete any data that you don't want in each account (such as deleting your wife's data from your account, and vice versa) you will have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately and manually delete it.

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.
