I have been trying to downloadi-tunes update 11.0.1it will not download keeps asking me to insert a disc
I have been tryiong to download i-tunes update 11.0.1but it keeps telling me to insert cd-rom which i don't have any ideas
the feature you are trying to use is on a cd-rom or other removable disk that is not available insert disc.

(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Most likely a hardware failure, & if so, you won't be able to restore/activte your phone. If you've tried at least two times, & are still getting this error, make an appointment at any Apple store, or call AppleCare.

I have updated to iOS8. Now cannot connect to BT speaker that I have been using for months. BT discovers it but will not pair. I have tried switching both off & on but nothing helps.
I am sure the BT speaker not the problem because it works fine with iOS8 on my iPad!
... And no I am not trying to connect both at once. To be sure I have switched the iPad off completely and switched the speaker off & on but still with the same failure to pair. The iPhone sees the speaker but then gives me the pairing unsuccessful message when asked to connect. -
I have been trying to publish my podcast to iTunes with no success – I keep getting the following error message

New to all this and would really appreciate some help.

PS: I should say that I have an ITunes account - I have full permissions over the website etc. I am using Powerpress plug in on a wordpress site.My guess would be that you've fallen over a glitch in the Store, in which case all you can do is wait a bit and try again, but it is only a guess. Without being able to look at your feed it's not possible to say whether there might be a problem there.

Are you sending files from the Adobe Send interface, Adobe Reader, or the Outlook plug-in?
Have you checked to see whether the files that you're sending appear in the Recent Files/Sent Files list when you're logged on to https://cloud.acrobat.com? (It could be that they're uploading, but not being sent.)
It would also be worthwhile to send the files in smaller batches, to see whether a particular file or files is problematic, and causing the error.
Please let us know how it goes. If you're still having trouble, please let us know where you're sending from, and whether you're able to send the files in smaller batches. It would also be helpful to know the exact error message that you're receiving.

I have a new iPad2 - just out of the box. Everything works, except I cannot download or update applications. It will not accept my password. My iPod will accept the password. What might the problem be? Any ideas?

Use iTunes on your computer. With the iPad connected, sign into your Apple account and check for updates.
Doing this should straighten out the problem.

I have been using firefox for a while, then it would not connect, I have change nothing on my computer. I double checked the firewall and browsers .
I downloaded another exe and it still will not go to the page.
What can I doA possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

I downloaded some movies and the I-Tunes extra for the movies will not download
I downloaded three movies on ITUNES and the ITUNES Extra for them specific movies will not download. I have the latst update version of ITUNES installed. I've hit the download button and it states "ITUNES extra has errors please try again".
Can anybody assist!Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

New Apps or updates not downloading. It says "waiting" and will not download on 4s
I have a new 4S. I tried to update my apps and they're just stuck on "waiting". Will not load. Help.
No messages pop up.
I am able to access the app store, browse and send/receive mail. so my internet connection is fine. Also my ipad works just fine over the same network.
The app is a very small file. (A flashlight app for iphone)
