I Have been trying to email a document from pages on my iPad in PDF format. i go through all the steps and it seems to send it but the recipient doesn't receive it. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

You could test that by dropping a largish image into a test Pages document and duplicating it until your document won't send.
Some eMail clients have ceiling levels for file sizes, as do some receiving servers.
Also test to see if you can simply export your file to pdf, in which case it will be retained on your iPad. That would be a first step.

iPad 2 with iOS 7.01 After the last backup to Icloud, unrequested by me, my calendar has been filled with public holidays of the UK which there doesn't seem to be any way of deleting. Also, I have been trying to delete a birthday from the calendar for months, this time using all variations of 'delete' and it keeps popping up again!
Are you also restoring from your backup? That sounds like what is happening or someone else has your Apple ID.
A backup to iCloud would have no way to add UK holidays to your calendar. Open Calendar, tap on Calendars at the bottom middle of the page and untick the ones you don't want. -

I have been trying to develop digital pictures from my ipad2 photo library. I don't have iPhoto. When I develop them with snapfish or Walgreens they are fuzzy and blurry (low res/pixels). I know it's not the camera because I have printed these same photos before. They are crystal clear on my iPad. I don't know what to try next .

Trying to print a document from Pages, when I go to print it won't let me select the document. It is grey and I can't click it. What should I do?
I'm not clear on how you're trying to print. When you select Print from the file menu in Pages the current document is already selected. Perhaps you need to show the details in the print dialog. The first screenshot is from Mountain Lion the second from an earlier OS where you click the blue down-facing triangle button (sorry, I can't remember which one).

If mean by way of Safari, that is correct. Only content of the Camera or Photos apps are available. you will need to find an alternate app such as iCab Mobile for uploading documents to a website.

since upgrading to yosemite i cannot email a document from pages. the "send via email" won't highlight and nothing happens
The Send a Copy option is only in Pages v5.5.1 on Yosemite, and is accessible from the Share toolbar item on the document window. In your case, with Pages ’09 v4.3, as I mentioned, the Menu > Share > Send via Email items are inoperable with Yosemitie.
You workaround is to use the Menu > Share > Export > PDF… option, or the File > Export > PDF… option — and then drag/drop the PDF from disk onto your Mail message body after the content. Or, you can use the paper-clip icon in the Mail Compose toolbar to attach the PDF. The PDF will appear as a page in your email. Right-click (two-finger tap) on this image, and from the contextual menu — select icon view.
Yes, it subverts set behavior patterns. Apple isn't concerned with end-of-life application compatibility with future OS X versions. -

i have a targus 4.0 bluetooth usb adapter and so i can pair my iphone 4s and ipad air wirelessly, it seems to pair ok but when i try to connect i get a error message or not compatible. can some one tell me if it i can use this bluetooth with my devices, thanks

You can only add songs to your iOS device from iTunes via Wi-Fi sync or via your cable, not Bluetooth.

I have a problem with my ipad. Before I can make online documentation but when I updated my iOS, I can no longer make notes. How can I fix this?
What does "online documentation" mean exactly? Are you using the Notes app to try to create notes in iCloud, for example?
If so, that should still work in iOS 7.1.
If not, please tell us specific symptoms of what is (or is not) happening. -

Hi Lila,
Bring up the document you want to email, and tap the wrench in the upper right-hand corner. Under that Tools icon you will see several options, select Share and Print.
Select Email Document
Then select the document format you wish to send the document in: Pages, PDF, or Word
Tap on one, and the document will format into that selection, and then take you to a blank email page with the document attached and ready to go!

I am getting an unexpected shut down of iMovie when I try to share a movie from a project that is made up of still pictures, one video clip and music. Have tried to create the movie several times with different formats and continue to get the message. When I removed all music I was able to create the movie without a problem but when I added the music back, I was unable to create the movie. I'm using iMoive 11' version 9.0.9

BillI'm no expert in iMovie, but I've found that processing memory (as well as sheer hard disk space for the project to 'turn around in') can be a big issue with constructing, editing, and distilling projects in iMovie. I've improved the success by moving 2gb of image files off to an external drive, but only really got moving again on an hour-long project by doubling RAM and again freeing up h/d space.
Some tunes are also an issue, but if you can see it in the iTunes list to place in your project, it should work okay... Does the project run with any other piece of music, or does just that one tune mess it up?
