I have just reset my ipad as my apple id was disabled, but once reset I went to download an app and it said apple id disabled again? What is wrong and how can I fix it?

Someboby please help me.....THIS IS DOING MY HEAD IN!! I have had to reset my Ipad as my apple Id has been disabled which reset fine but after the reset I have gone to download an app it was automatically disabled again. Any ideas on why this is happening or how I can fix it would be awesome.

Apple ID being disabled is a different error, and one not related to your iPad.

Thank you for responding. I just went to the link. I previously checked on system preferences but everything there appears as it should. I also went through the other steps such as trying a headset. There is also no sound with this. I don't remember doing anything different on my computer between yesterday and today that may have to do with software or how preferences are selected. So I fear something is physically broken. Do you have any other suggestions for troubleshooting?

Today, I was on Tumblr, when something popped up. It disappeared before I was able to read it. Suddenly, the page refreshed. Not one picture loaded. I am only able to read the text. None of the pictures on the website are showing up. I tried everything. Restarting the computer, opening a new Firefox window, and everything else I could think of. Tumblr is running fine, on IE. Help!

With Tumblr on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see [https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button]) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.
This should hopefully resolve your issue, but also see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Images+or+animations+do+not+show
Some add-ons can also block images, for example if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block the images.

What does "it will not let me purchase it" mean exactly? Are you getting an error message?

Is this a POP (POP3) email account? If so, you MacBook Pro may be retrieving the email and deleting it off the server before your phone can. Another possibility is that both your Mac and your phone are trying to retrieving it at the same time, and the POP server, which will only allow a single email client connection at a time, is locking out your phone resulting in the "has not been downloaded from the server" error.

It's a really bad idea to post your iPhone's serial number and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
Any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. As you have apparently already created three accounts (or if it's a used phone the previous owner did) you cannot create any more one it. This is tied to the hardware, not the account, and there is no way round it.
You can create a new iCloud account on another iOS device or on a Mac, and then you will be able to sign into that on your iPhone.
