I have just upgraded my Ipad2 to the latest operating system and on restarting it is some foreign language and is asking for the sim card number when I don't have a sim card. What do I do?

i have to apologize up front for the cheeky response. but i just couldnt resist. if your ipad is speaking in tongues. i would call a priest and perform an exorcism on it first.

If it is asking for a serial number for a previous version then you purchased an upgrade version rather than a standalone version. You should be able to determine this based on the price you paid. If you do not own an earlier version then you need to purchase a full version rather than an upgrade. If you did purchase a full version but acquired an upgrade version then you will need to acquire the full version.

What is the resolution of the picture that you are trying to print?
Go to Image>resize>image size, read the resolution in px/in, then report back, please.
Also, are you in a position to try printing with another printer in an attempt to narrow this down?

You need iTunes version 11 for iOS 7.
iTunes version 11 requires OS X 10.6.8 or later...

If you have an iTunes backup that includes the photos you may be able to extract them from the backup using a 3rd party utility such as http://www.wideanglesoftware.com/ibackupextractor/

That is because that sync ability (for contacts and calendars) has been removed. Use iCloud instead.

In the folder you selected, when you created the iPhoto Library. By default the library is called "iPhoto Library.photolibrary" and in the Pictures folder, like Barry Hemphill pointed out, but you could have selected a different folder.
iPhoto '11 can tell you the path to the library: Ctrl-click the title "iPhoto" in the title bar of the iPhoto application window. You will see the path to the current iPhoto library in the drop down menu:

This usually happens when you had/ have a newer Adobe product like a trial on the system and it points to updated install components. You will have to uninstall each and every bit of Adobe software and then reinstall in the proper order. Running the cleaner tool may also be required.
