I have licensed version of Flash Builder with Master Collection CS5.5 how to upgrade to Flash Builder 4.7

Did not take advantage of the free upgrade awhile back and need to upgrade my Flash Builder 4.6 licensed in Master Collection 5.5 to version 4.7.
My serial is not working from my MC5.5 and my individual license from my Flash Builder is not working.
Any ideas on to solve this issue?
Tried to purchase an upgrade on their site but cannot find one that will let me upgrade from 4.6 to 4.7.

No. You'll either have to pay for CS6 at full price. Or you'll need a subscription to the Creative Cloud. I highly recommend the latter.

Guidance with master collection CS5

I'm getting CS5 master collection for the holidays. I know just enough about web design to know I have NO IDEA what I'm getting. I have a basic understanding of old Frontpage 2003, so at least I am aware of HTML code but not any advance skills needed for web design. I am going to use this software to build websites that are very graphic/image heavy sites. I will not need any parts of the package that deals with presentations/hand-outs or anything not realted to a web site. I am planning to buy classroom in a book for each program or any better books you guys suggest. I am very serious about this project and know I have lots to learn.
If anyone can give me some feedback to these questions I would feel less lost:
1. Is there an order that is better to learn these programs in?
2. What books do you suggest to go along with each program?
3. Are all the programs generated towrds design or are some more about presentations?
I don't want to skip anything useful but I wonder if some programs maybe for things I don't need. I am willing to learn them all if it will make better web design skills for me. Thanks for the guidance and answers.

Dreamweaver is the web authoring application but I will warn you straight out to make sure you work on your HTML and CSS skills before embarking on this journey. Learning Dreamweaver is not that hard, but if you try to use it as a WYSIWYG web design tool, you will be in for a world of pain.

CS6 perpetual Mac is version 13.0.6 Windows is version 13.0.1.3 Subscription cloud version is 13.1.2. If you have a cloud subscription and a perpetual licence you would not be able to have both version install at the same time on same machine. What does your Creative Cloud desktop application show and if you start CS6 if the flash screen shows or you can get to menu Help>About Photoshop what version i shown 13.0.6 or 13.0.1.3 or 13.1.2?

Can I sell licensed full version Master Collection CS5 without license transfer?

I purchase a full version of Adobe Master Collection CS5 on eBay and registered it with Adobe. I am now using the Creative Cloud and do not need it anymore but apparently Adobe has a rule that if you purchased it from eBay and/or it was discounted by a high margin that you can not transfer the registration. Does this prevent me from selling it to a someone who does not mind that they can not register it?

No. Your AdobeID is yours alone - letting anyone else use it would breach your license.
There is no special limitation on transfer of software that was legally purchased from a reseller, even if it was discounted - with the exception of educational and volume licenses. You're only allowed to transfer four licenses in your lifetime (that's to stop people setting themselves up as a bulk reseller) but the same license can be transferred more than once.

Will not work. To my knowledge, dual converting like that isn't supported. The Mac must detect the connected video output device and that sort of info cannot be done across an analog component uni-directional connection.

Have you moved or deleted those tracks on your computer (the gift card has got nothing to do with it) ?
You might be able to re-download them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes (re-downloading isn't possible in all countries) - if those songs appear there then delete the entries from your iTunes library (where you are clicking on them to play them and gettinf the 'original file' error), and they should then get a cloud symbol against them for re-downloading.
If they don't appear in that link then have you got them on, for example, an external drive ?

Software invariably gets the blame when it does not work as expected and your issue may in fact be a software bug.
However, reasons for software problems are many and varied including old or bad hardware, poorly configured systems or operating system issues such as permissions. All, some or none of those may apply to your computer.
Hard to tell without working through the troubleshooting steps systematically.

Can a student purchase both PC and MAC versions of the creative suite master collection?

Hi, hoping someone can help.
I started my course on a PC (I had only recently had a PC built when I started, therefore I couldn't justify buying a Mac at the time). I'm now about to purchase my first iMac and I am still a student so I will need the creative suite on the Mac. I have the Master Collection CS5 for PC.
I am unsure whether they allow a student to purchase both platforms?
I am fine with uninstalling the PC version. I know I won't be able to transfer the PC CS5 to Mac CS5.5. If I need to pay for the student version of the Master Collection for Mac, I am able to afford that (barely, but it's a necessity!) however there is no way I would be able to afford the Retail version.
What are my options?

Hi vjadore, there's good news. There do exist some clear limitations of the Student Editions, but with Adobe's rules you can purchase one product twice for both platforms if you'd like
However, one of the assumptions in your post was not quite right...
You actually can change your existing software from one operating system to the other... even the Education versions. This is called an Adobe platform "crossgrade" and people do it all the time. Here are the instructions for getting a crossgrade done, if that's what you want to do

Selecting language in Trial Version of CS 5.5 Master Collection.

A quick question, I recently decided to give CS 5.5 a try, by downloading the Trial Version of CS 5.5 Master Collection.
However for some reason I cannot select the English language (I do have 5 or 6 other options, but not English).
I already tried changing my settings within Windows 7 from Dutch to English, but still I cannot select the English language for some weird reason.
If I check the files within the package, there are English files in there (en_US), however I cannot select this from the setup menu.
Can someone please tell me how I can select the English language for installing the Trial Version of CS5.5 Master Collection?
It should be selectable right?

Well, what language version did you choose when downloading? There are different installers for different language sub-sets, e.g. European, North American, International English etc.. If you did not choose the proper language in the first place, it may not even be in the installer package. And en_US is just the default language folder for all apps because they are developed in that language and then localized. The folder being there must not mean anything.

Ok will you can try running the uninstaller which is located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installer. It may not function due to the method you utilized to remove the software. If you still have problems then you can try running the CS5 Cleanup Script - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html.
