Where is MQ coming in to picture here, You receiving data from SAP and sending Main Frame system,as per your post.
so we can SAP->PI-->MAINFRAMES.most of the times we sent data to main frame system in the form of test files,so you can use receiver adapter file and use file content conversion.
thats it.

My iPhone has two identical options under "iTunes wi-fi sync" that are the same computer. I only have one user on my computer, and I tried moving my iTunes file in Finder to organize it and now my library's not synced with my phone. Help?

I have the same problem. Right now my iPhone 5S shows 3 instances of the computer to which it is connected under Settings » General » iTunes WiFi Sync. I'm having problems connecting and syncing, and this is probably the cause: the phone chooses one of these connections, and it isn't the one that's actually in use. What's probably happening is that the phone and computer establish a connection using a dynamic IP address, the address becomes "disassociated" due to error, another address is associated, the phone retains each address/link, and each link is displayed as if it represents a separate computer (the fact that the name of the computer is identical is ignored, as the only thing that is considered important is the IP address). But that's all conjecture. More important, I'm not sure how to fix the problem. A network reset doesn't do it.

  • XML data (Output) into a flat file

I need to convert XML data into a flat file, which is having "|" as delimiter and ftp the same to a server. The XML data is an output of BPEL activity. The XML data is employee records. Each employee records should come as one line in the flat file.
Is it possible to do this? if so, what will be the steps
    Thanks

    Hi,
You need to use file adapter to write your XML payload as a flat file.
Following are the steps to write XML payload into a flat file:
    1. Create a sample flat file and add few rows in which fields should be delimited with pipe symbol. See the record sample given below:
    Name|Age|Address|City|State|Zip
    Sam|32|2788 Viking Dr|Green Bay|WI|54304
Here first row is the header row, you can remove the header row if it is not required.
    2. Create a file adapter service using adapter configuration wizard. Give file name and folder location where you want to write flat file. On step 5 of the adapter configuration wizard you have to define or select message schema. Click on Define Schema for Native Format button, then Native Format Builder Wizard will be opened, here you can define message schema for your flat file.
2.1 Here you need to select Delimited for file type.
2.2 Give details about your flat file, select your sample flat file here, which you have created in step 1 above.
2.3 Click Next button twice and go to step 4, here give namespace and element names you want and click on Next.
2.4 In step 5 you need to specify delimiters. Wizard doesn’t shows *|* as a delimiter so you need to enter *|* in the Delimited By combo box and click on Next button.
2.5 Complete remaining steps and click on Finish in the wizard.
    3. Finish "Adapter Creation Wizard". Add BPEL activities (assign, invoke) to pass XML payload to file adapter and file adapter will generate *|* delimited flat file and write it to the given folder.
See the following article for more details on Native Format Builder Wizard:

  • Convertion of flat file to XML using DOM

    Hi!
I need help for convert a flat file to XML using DOM and by taking the validation of a specified DTD. Can any body help me in this regard.
    Bye,
    lat

first you have to decide how the flat file will map to xml. Will you use attributes or pcdata for your fields, or both? Will there be a hierarchy, or will it be mostly flat?
Once decided, you'd probably just use a BufferedReader to read the lines one at a time, and generate Dom nodes as appropriate, and stick them in the tree.

Did you buy PSE in the mac app store? If not, just go to Help>Updates in the editor and update camera raw and you should be able to open the raw files in PSE 12 directly without the DNG converter.

  • Converting Idoc flat file representation to XML

    Hi ,
I went through the guide for How To Convert Between IDoc and XML in XI 3.0. I'm concerned with the second part of the guide which says convert from falt file representation of Idoc to XML. Can anyone tell me what are the other design and configuration objects to be created for this scenario ( message types, interfaces, mapping , etc )
Also which step of the pipeline does the converted XML goes to ?
The program also expects a filename, what if I want to pass the file name dynamically ? Any ideas on this one.
    Hope someone replies this time.........:)
Thanks for you help and improving my knowledge
    Thanks
    Advait Gode.

    Hi Advait,
Let me give you a small overview on how inbound IDOCs work before answering your question-
The control record is the key in identifying the routing of the IDOC. If you try to think IDOCs as normal mails(post), the control record is the envolope. It contains information like who the sender is and who the receiver should be and what the envelope contains (no different than receiving mails/letters by post).
Then the data records contain the actual data, in our example would be the actual letter. The status records contain the tracking information.
Traditionally SAP's IDOC interface (even before XI comes in picture) has utility programs to post incoming IDOCs in to SAP. One such program is RSEINB00 which basically takes  the IDOC file name and the port as input. This program opens the file and posts the contents to the SAP IDOC interface (which is a set of function modules) via the port. The idea is to read the control record and determine the routing and further posting to application. Note that one information in the control record is the message type/idoc type which decides how the data records need to be parsed.
Now in XI scenario, what happens if we receive data as flat file? Normally, we use flat file adapter and in the file adapter we provide information on how to parse the file. But, if the incoming file is flat and in IDOC structure, why do we have to configure the file adapter, when the parsing capability is already available using RSEINB00/Standard IDOC interface.
This the reason, the guide suggests you to use RSEINB00. Now, your concern is what if you need to provide a dynamic filename. My idea is to write a wrapper program. This would be an ABAP program in your integration engine. This program will determine the file name (based on a logic which should be known to you) and then call program RSEINB00 using a SUBMIT/RETURN. You would then schedule this ABAP program in background to run in fixed schedules.
There are other ways of handling your scenario as well but from limited information from your request, I will stop with this now. Post me if you have any more queries.

  • Classes for converting a flat file to XML

I've been asked to convert text in a flat file to an XML document. The XML document must conform to an XML schema. Currenlty, there is no requirement to store the resulting xml in the database.
    Therefore my approach will be:
    1. parse the flat file and store the contents in an array (the flat file and target xml is fairly simple in structure)
    2. Transfer the contents of the array to the xml structure
    3. validate the xml against the schema
I'm new to Java. Therefore, what classes should I be using to assist in step 2. Obvoiusly, I dont want to have to write my own implementation from scratch (i.e. a method to build an element, method to escape reserved characters etc).
Could you please suggest classes that cover both DOM and SAX API's.
I'm working with a 9.2.0.4 database and XDK.
    Thanks

  • Which is the better format for message handling - flat files or SOAP?

We have the possibility to specify from our EDI partner how to send messages into XI. We can ask them to send the messages in as SOAP or flat files.
Is there a definite preference for one format over the other? Can somebody advise with reasons?
    BR,
    Tony.

    >>We have the possibility to specify from our EDI partner how to send messages into XI. We can ask them to send the messages in as SOAP or flat files.
I would strongly suggest you go with SOAP rather than File.
Reason : In case of file, the EDI partner will send a file to a machine in your network where FTP server is running and you make your XI server poll the particular folder every 10 min or so. But in case of SOAP, the <b>communication is real time</b>. Your EDI partner can invoke either the SOAP adapter directly or send a SOAP msg directly to Integration Server.
    Just my ideas.

  • Which is the best software to convert the video files for itouch?

I got a 3rd gen itouch. Is there any software that helps to convert the video files. so I can sync those files to my itouch. " Handbrake " used to work pretty good. but now i still can convert the video files to m4v format but itunes doesn't allow me to put those files in. Please Help!

You may have different menu options than Half bit Bit Ah. The support page on how to do it is at https://support.apple.com/kb/TS1497. In part it says:
If you did not purchase videos from the iTunes Store, they are may not be in a format that you can play on your iPhone/iPod. In many cases, you can convert them to the correct format using iTunes or QuickTime.
    * Using iTunes: Select a video and choose Advanced > Create iPod or iPhone Version
    * Using Mac OS X v10.6: Open the video in QuickTime Player and choose Share > iTunes and then select the iPhone & iPod option.
    Hope that helps!

  • I have one image which is refusing to synch to LR Mobile... driving me nuts it is!

    Hi all
I have Lightroom and Lightroom Mobile happily synching away. Not a problem. Except for one image. One image out of ~400 simply refuses to synch to any collection I put it in.
Anyone have any ideas / pointers one what I should look at or change to force it to synch?
    CHeers
    Paul

No - there is nothing distinctive as far as I can see. All the files exist - the underlying files are all in Explorer (Win7/64)
I first noticed the issue this afternoon when I started playing with Adobe Slate and wanted to synch LRM to Slate. All good, all fine - except I had 114 images in the Collection in LR and only 113 in the Collection in LRMobile. I did a manual reconciliation between the two and discovered which file it was and then saw the little additional symbol under the Synch icon on the image indicating an error with the Synch.
It was then that I Googled it all, discovered the "All Synch Errors" group, found I had three problem images and ended up here!
Cheers for your help thus far John - at least I know I've checked in all the right areas...
