Hello,
Please perform the below mentioned steps that should resolve the issue.
- Please check if the cartriges have more 50% of ink in them.
- Try making a photo copy of a document /photo in black. Does it print in Black ?
Touch on the SETUP ( wrench icon ), then
touch TOOLS, then
touch CLEAN PRINTHEAD
You might have to try the above mentioned steps 2-3 times.
If issue persists, please call HP Tech Support for further assistance.
If you are in US , the toll free # is 1-800-474-6836 .
If you are not in US , then log on to www.hp.com , at bottom-left corner there is a world map icon, click on it and then select the region you belong to, which would then provide support options for you for that region.

Hi Chris thanks for the reply , my iMessage was working until I listened to voda domes instructions to do a network reset now it's says waiting for activation , I have reset the phone I have a SIM card change as Vodafone thought my SIM card was faulty and took the phone back to the shop and changed it for a new one , I've been on many forum sites and a lot of people are having the same problem as I can send a txt message bit can't receive them Andy account is set up correctly on vodafones side ... iPod touches or any iDevices from Apple sync only to one computer. If you sync to a different computer, all your music will be replace with the music from the new computer's iTunes. If the music were purchased from iTunes, you can re-download them again otherwise the music on iPod touch will be deleted. Do you have iTunes backup?

Have you tried the transferring purchases in the File drop down menu? Also you can download your purchase by checking the second article to see your purchases within your library or by going to the iTunes Store and click the Purchases link.

You can do it with Leopard but it depends upon the iTunes version which you did not reveal. Also make sure you are looking in the right place for purchases.
Consider buying a backup drive so you do not need to do this again. If you are going to run old hardware and software you need to live differently because yes, at some time you will find your version of iTunes no longer works. You're lucky it still works with Leopard. As you can see, some versions still work with the iTunes Store but not for repeat downloading.

I have tried everything and I still cannot get Itunes to download onto my computer. When I try to uninstall it I get the error message of The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter and alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "iTunes.msi" in the box below. So when I cancel out of it because nothing works its says, "The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. So I have tried uninstalling everything and all but Itunes uninstalls from my programs. I have tried deleting it off my hard drive still nothing. I tried downloading those "free" windows installer clean up programs, yeah those are so not free. Can someone please help me??

The usual response from the computer after the download is that Bonjour64.msi cannot be found although it is on my computer.
Unfortunately, these sorts of msi-related troubles have gotten more complicated to deal with ever since Microsoft pulled the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from their Download Center on June 25. First we have to find a copy of the utility.
Let's try Googling. (Best not to use Bing, I think.) Look for a working download site for at least version 3.0 of the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. After downloading the utility installer file (msicuu2.exe), scan the file for malware, just in case. (I use the free version of Malwarebytes AntiMalware to do single-file scans for that.)
If the file is clean, to install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you've downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any BonJour entries and click "Remove".
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try reinstalling iTunes again. Does the install go through properly now?
(If you do find a clean download site for the correct version of CleanUp, please don't tell me where it is. Without wishing to sound paranoid (although I grant it does sound paranoid), there is a non-zero chance that posting links to download locations for the utility here at Discussions leads to that download location being shut down.)

I had that happen with a MacBook. It turned out that the metal case above the slot was slightly bent down.
Putting a flat blade screwdriver in the slot and gently twisting it to move the metal case up allowed it to eject. Don't put it in too far you only want to bend the case not the drive.
The case can get bent down by picking it up with your thumb pressing down on the case above the slot.

Put iPhone into Recovery Mode and Restore with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer with USB Cable, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click Restore button of iTunes. If any Error messages are given write them down so you can look up cause and solution. If still problem, and if you have Warranty or AppleCare make Genius reservation and take to Apple for resolution.
