These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple here and they don't monitor these forums - I've asked the hosts to remove yout account ids from your post.
In terms of combining accounts it's not currently possible to do so, nor to copy/transfer content from account to another.

    If it is in your itunes on your computer, then select it to sync just like everything else that you sync.

    I have to 100% agree. Skype customer service is the absolute PITS. I couldnt access my account on one of my computers (I do have access via the apps on my iphone, ipad and work computer). I had forgotten my password and the email address I used to create the account originall (a yahoo one) was deactivated a year ago because their service was on a par with what Skype is offering now, absolutely APPALLING. A company that makes it's money on providing PHONE CALLS that doesnt provided TELEPHONE SUPPORT? Irony of ironies. Just the WORST. I have filled in the verification form about 5 times and each time I get a stock reply email like this:
    Thank you for contacting Skype customer support.
    This is in reference to your email regarding recovering your account. 
    We understand that you have filled out the verification web form four times already but we regret that your account is still not successfully verified.
    As described in the Skype Privacy Statement (http://www.skype.com/en/legal/privacy), we are only able to pull up account, investigate on the customer's concern, confirm to them anything about their account or update anything in their account and assist them properly only in cases where we are able to verify the account user's identity.

    As has been observed above and elsewhere, Skype does not use a central call center or generic e-mail address.  Instead, Skype uses a web form format and instant message chat for its customer support functions.   Here is a link to the instruction on how to contact Skype Customer Service via their secure portal: Contact Customer Service
    Skype is aware of lingering and sporadic problems with the website when contacting their customer service agents. If you experience difficulty reaching Skype Customer Service or find yourself redirected back to the Community, please try again using a different web browser and - most importantly - choosing a different path through the various drop-down menu options presented. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also block reaching an agent.
    I tested contacting Skype Customer Service several times today; most instances, I was transferred directly to start an instant message chat session with a customer service agent (FireFox v. 32 browser at the time; now on v. 33).   I did see the "We are having problems..." message, though.  It may take a few attempts, however people are getting through and I proved it is possible.

    If you go to Settings > iTunes & AppStore , you can sign out from your account, and sign in with the one you've used to purchase apps.This will not remove any apps you already have on it.
    Then you can go to AppStore and download apps you've purchased (either via "Purchased" button in "Updates", or simply search for them and download them.
    That way you can have multiple accounts' apps on your iPad. When updating, you will be prompted for the credentials for account you've purchased given App with.

    That's consistent with another application (other than QuickTime) having dropped old QuickTime componentry in non-standard locations on the PC.
    So we'll go looking for the older QuickTime componentry in the most common locations for it to be stashed.
    First we'll need to change some view options on the PC.
    1. Open My Computer from the desktop or Start menu.
    2. In the Tools menu, click Folder Options.
    3. Click the View tab.
    4. In the "Advanced settings" pane under "Hidden files and folders" make sure that the "Show hidden files and folders" option is selected, and the "Hide extensions for known file types" option is unchecked.

    It's under Settings > General > About.
    Any Apple Support advisor is going to ask for that information if you need support with your device.
    If it's just your Apple ID/iCloud account, they might not need that.

    All of your apps and media should be in iTunes on your computer.
    If they are, plug the phone in and sync what you want to the device.
    If they are not, you can redownload Apps from the app store at no charge.
    Also, if you have a backup of your old device, you could restore that to the new device and it will put everything back.
    You do sync your device with your computer regularly, correct?????

    this has gone on long enough and I'm sick and tired of hearing the same talk over and over again .
    For some ungodly reason twice now I've been charged randomly for in app purchases that I have only purchased once ,I have made the purchase using a gift credit but have also been charged to my card which has declined the purchase ,I have contacted support and they say send an email with the details ,I've sent 4 emails and after many weeks am still yet to receive a call back ,the issue with the overcharge means my icloud account has been rendered unusable ,even previous purchases I have made cannot be restored aswell because my sons ipad is linked to my account his has been stuffed up too ,we can't even update our apps and to restore this I could make the payment ,out of principal I refuse to do so .
    This overcharge problem has happened twice now ,the first time they said it was a system glitch and they credited my account ,problem solved ,but this time round after completing the instructions I was informed to do I'm still waiting for a fix

    We're not Apple, we're just other users like you who can possibly provide advice.
    Was this an audiobook or was it an iBook?  Audiobooks can only be downloaded once per payment.  You can avoid multiple payments by transferring the files while syncing.
    If it was an iBook it should have warned you about making a second payment.  There are specific steps to downloading past purchases.
    Downloading (using iOS or computer) past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not all media formats are available in all countries (see: iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match Availability by Country - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5085); apps, books (not audiobooks), music, t.v. shows, and movies (some - not all studios have permitted this).  Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.  Discontinued items not available. For items not included in the iCloud list (e.g., ringtones, audiobooks), or locations or computer systems where iCloud is not (yet?) available, you only get one download per fee paid.  Apple notes it is your responsibility to back up your purchases.
    Select the iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
    Click on Purchased on the right side under Quick Links.
    You can re-download your available previous purchases.

    This also happened before where they charged me twice but it was just 2 bucks so it was a big deal but this time it's almost $14 and I want that money back.
