Today I updated my iPad 2 to IOS5 and now I don't have a calendar on my iPad but it is still on my iPhone and iMac. Can anyone help me please?

It sounds like you are are connected to your cellular network but cannot get cellular data to work when trying to surf the internet with Safari. First I would check in the Settings to see if Cellular data is enabled, or if Safari is disabled in the Cellular settings:
For the following options, go to Settings > Cellular Data and turn the options on or off, or follow the onscreen instructions.
Turn Cellular Data on or off. If Cellular Data is off, all data services will use only Wi-Fi—including email, web browsing, push notifications, and other services. If Cellular Data is on, carrier charges may be incurred. For example, using certain features and services that transfer data, such as Messages, could result in charges to your data plan.

If she deletes your account, any photos in your photostream album will be removed from her device, her own photos in camera roll or other albums will not. If there are any photos in your photostream album she wants, there are 2 options available to her:
Copy those photos to her camera roll before deleting your account.
Create a shared photostream album yourself and share it with her.

Excel on imac - have trashed/deleted workbooks via finer but the frozen icon still appears on excel homepage. Can't get it off the page even though information comes up that it is in trash, and trash has been emptied. Grandma is screaming!

Excel on imac. Have deleted/trashed workbooks from Finder and they have disappeared from the finder listing but the frozen icon remains on the Excel Workbook Gallery Under my Recent Workbooks. Clicking on the empty icon which is still titled shows that they are in trash but I can't get rid of the icon which is a waste of space as well as annoying. Help - Grandma is screaming!

Backup first if you can. If you can't backup, there is nothing that you can do about it anyway. You can restore from the backup. if you have a recent backup already yoy can restore from that backup after yoy restore the iPad.
If you sync with iTunes, your apps are in your iTunes library and you can simply sync again after you restore. I am guessing that you don't sync with iTunes or you would not be in a panic.
You can always download your apps again for free as long as you use the same Apple ID that you bought them with. You will lose your data, but you can get the apps back. Read this for more information.

Sorry. There's nothing anyone can do. The current version of the facebook app will not run on 4.2.1. The iPhone 3G won't run anything higher than 4.2.1. You're stuck.

Well, we can't as we don't know what you consider as "more than enough". The built is quite heavy (like it can be 800mb) then it needs to be extracted to be installed before everything unneeded gets deleted...

You may need to try this More than Once...
Some users have reported as many as 8 or 9 attempts were necessary before success.
Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...

App Store>Purchased>Select "All"
Note: Look out for apps that have the word "Update"
