I have updated my iphone 4s to ios 8 it beacme quite slow n volume of speaker has been droped may i knw whats the reason behind it

after updating it to IOS 8 i m facing this problem and one more thing is is is lagging to-much

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not help and you updated the phone using Wi-Fi, set back again to factory settings, this time using iTunes:
