Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
You will not lose data by resetting.
If this does not help and you updated the phone using Wi-Fi, set back again to factory settings, this time using iTunes:

Regarding iOS 7.0 you have totally lost the plot.
We buy apple why?
Quality.
Intuitive interface.
Stable software.
Design.
All that Steve Jobs consider sacrosanct.
Quality is about ongoing support longevity of product.
Its not about trying to sell to every person on the planet, others are way ahead of you.
So try respective the customers you have, it wont be long before theirs a better operating system and your lead in hardware is marginal.

If you have an iPhone or iPad do not update to ISO 7 unless you want an operating system that looks like windows 8. The graphics looks like it was designed by a artistically challenged mongoose and the operating system is not intuitive something apple users expect. Overly complicated ugly and generally change for the sake of apples paranoia since the death of Steve Jobs.You need to update iTunes to 11.1 on your PC

I have updated my iphone 3gs to ios 5 from 4.1 and it has locked back to the orginal sim card in america but as i live in ireland an american simcard wont work here is there any way i can unlock ios 5 or delete it off my iphone and go back to 4.1 so i can use my iphone ?
It sounds like you have a hacked/unofficially unlocked iphone. When you update, it will indeed lock it back, as it should.
The ONLY place that can legitimately unlock an iphone is the carrier to which they are locked and no U.S. carrier does this. -

Why would you expect it to work in 8.3, if it didn't work in a previous version? What troubleshooting have you done? Have you tried putting the car system into Pairing mode?

I have updated my iphone 4s as well as my daughters iphone 4 to ios 6.1.3. After the upgrade, both of our batteries drain very fast and in a few hours. Last nite, I slept with the phone at 90% charge at around 11:00 PM and this morning by 6 AM it is compltely drained.
I tried various things including a restore but doesnt look like it works.
This is very frustrating and waste of time and feel trapped as I cannot go back to my old iOS version which was working fine. And it is a shame on Apple to do this to customers like me who have so many Apple Devices at home. For an 800 dollar device, if I have to go through this kind of problems, this would be the last one I purchased.Thank you wjsten for your soon reply. Unfortunately on these days I'm in a country that Apple don't have any retail store here and for sake of time I prefer to fix it myself to DHL it to the nearest country to use its warranty. Do you have any idea how can I fix it? Do you think it's a software issue?

Since i have updated my Iphone 5S to IOS8 or higher, the push mail does not work automatically, i have to refresh manually, I haven't this problem with earlier versions !
I use Microsoft Exchange Mail server.

In between my iPhones sound gets disabled. No music, no notifications alerts, and no audio for videos but when call comes the ringtone rings properly.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have tried as you suggested, and when opening the "purchased" apps some have the icloud logo next to them, but I only have "OPEN" against "Find My iPhone". When opening it up, it goes through the same routine; needs to be updated before proceeding, and wouldn't update because I don't have IOS8.
Anything else I could try, or am I doomed!

I know that you can Tag photos INSIDE iphoto, but is there a way (program or method or function) that allows you to tag photos OUTSIDE of iphoto (for example, if the photo is on my computer in some random folder) and then later on import into iPhoto
