Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?

You'll have to contact iTunes store support regarding your credit card information problem: http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. I'm not clear on what you're saying about your backup. Are you saying that when you connect to iTunes it's asking you to restore from backup even though you already have?

There's a glitch somewhere. iphoto just wont open. upgraded to yosemite and downloaded iPhoto upgrader and it doesn't work, just keeps telling me to upgrade when I did already or quit, so no way to do photos on this brand new mac. that's a pity!!

You need to have iPhoto 11 v9.6 (which you can get from the App Store) to use iPhoto on Yosemite. If you already have iPhoto 11 then the update is free. Otherwise it's a purchase.

Create your own user account on your computer, open iTunes, log into your iTunes account on the iTunes Store then sync your iPhone.

I downloaded Safari 5.1 onto Mac OS 10.6.8 some time ago. Yesterday the back/forward arrows next to the url window changed to a , which adds the current url as a bookmark. I want the arrows back. What happened, and how can I fix this? Thanks. kammro

Been having the same problems all week. And am got a generic, not-at-all-helpful response from my initial inquiry with support, then absolutely no response to my follow-up requests. There seem to be a fair number of people posting this problem, so not sure why we're being ignored.
Was able to eventually download the episodes manually via the 'purchased' link, but it's about 10 more steps than normal.
Also noticed that itunes isn't recognizing my purchases at all, not just season passes. If I go to a page of a show where I buy episodes individually, it doesn't show which episodes I have previously bought like it used to.

They don't normally appear in the download screen ... until I attempt to download another movie. Then they just start appearing. If you click edit - a normal movie download has a circle that appears on the left hand side that allows you to select and delete ... these movies don't have that option so you need to find the movie in you list (under movies) and select the download cloud symbol again to stop it downloading ...you may need to do this a number of times before it stops for a while ... or until you try to download a movie then it starts all over again.
i have logged out of my itunes account. restarted the iPad, removed all movies, restarted the iPad, logged back into my iTunes account and restarted my iPad .... but as soon as I tried to download a single movies ... the other movies started appearing in the downloads again.

I have the EXACT issue as Hatchs88 and the response doesn't help. I found a 3 of 4 missing songs as "song".tmp file in the music directory but I can't do anything here... It is not clear how or where you "added" your email, but you cannot create an Apple ID using an email address that is already associated with another Apple ID.
If that is what you did, delete that email address from your family's Apple ID. You should be free to create a new one.
Do all that by starting here: https://appleid.apple.com/
Select "Manage your Apple ID". Log in with your family's Apple ID and then delete your own email address wherever it appears.
Save Changes, log out, and create the new one using the same website. This time select "Create an Apple ID".
Please don't forget your security questions, and be sure to specify a "rescue email address" that is separate from all other Apple IDs. You will avoid so many problems that way...

Currently you can only re-download music purchases in the US, it hasn't been rolled out to the rest of the world yet. Have you not got a backup of your purchases on external or flash drives or CDs/DVDs ? If so then you can copy that back onto your computer and add them to iTunes.

"Sounds like you guys are using the same apple id for imessage. You will need to create a separate id for you wife. OR go to settings - message - receive&send and make sure your phone number is the default for both you and yoru wife.
