No, we told you why you could get the paid books in the Pakistani iTunes Store; because Apple has not been able to obtain the rights to sell them there. There is no "fix", in Settings or anywhere else, to that problem. You cannot purchase paid iBooks in Pakistan, and you cannot use another country's iTunes Store.
You did not ask any other questions that I can see.
And you're being a bit rude in your replies, though perhaps that is due to an incomplete mastery of English and not intended to be impolite.

Your iPad may show the wifi signal level, but you still may not be wifi connected to the internet.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

Are you sure that your iPad is connected to WiFi? It may be using cellular data.
Go to Settings > WiFi and see if you are connected. -

How can i close my iPad and restarted it ?Hold down on the sleep button and home button at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears on the screen - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons and see if it restarts.

please suggest??You can't transfer any content from one account to another account (nor can accounts be merged) - all content will remain tied to the account that downloaded it.
Do you not have copies of all of your downloads e.g. on your computer or backup of your downloads/library ? Whilst you are in Australia you can't redownload your UK purchases (you have to be in a country to use its store), if you have them on your computer's iTunes library then you should be able to stream them from it to your Apple TV -

Have you tried turning your phone completely off and then back on? After trying that you might want to Reset your phone by depressing the Sleep Button and the Home Button at the same time for at least 15 Seconds. Then try your App Download again. If those efforts don't work there are additional threads about various App Download issues you will want to review.

iphone got switched to new zealand and I changed it back to US in my itunes but phone store still says NZ!! Help!!
I don't know how it got switched but I'm trying to update apps and it says my ID isn't valid in NZ, to switch back but of course it doesn't tell me HOW.
I went into ITUNES and checked USA and synced my phone, tried again and still get the NZ warning. What am I missing here? How do I switch the PHONE back to USA store????On your phone:

1 to create a big camera for i pads and ipods and iphones so we can put it in another ipad or ipod or iphone and it has a zoom lens

H.MThe iPad 1 can't run the newer operating systems. It'd be like trying to play a bluray disc in your 6 year old dvd player....it simply lacks the hardware to make the software run.
No suggestion about the camera, but given that Apple's attitude seems to be to focus more on the more mobile devices for photography (the iPhone and Touch cameras got features, the iPad and mini didn't), that is highly unlikely. You can tell Apple what you want, but you'd probably be money ahead to get a digital camera.
as to the photos, anything put on via iTunes has to come off via iTunes.Your main alternative would be to look for photo apps that offer file exchange that may give you more functionality. -
I changed my AppleID password and now my iPad2 is locked with a message... "iCloud Backup is unable to access the account. Review your account information in Settings." It will not allow me to unlock the device or go to settings or ignore the message. Suggestions?

I am having the same problem I enter my password it says I have to go to a website my info.apple for additional security then goes to website an get safari cannot open the page bc it could not establish a secure connection to server..... i downloaded apps from the itunes store and tried to sync them to my ipod touch but its not syncing.i even restarted my ipod several times but it doesnt seem to work....i tried to delete and re-install the apps but that too doesnt seem to work... and while syncing,the apps are shown in my ipod and after the ipod is synced the apps disappear... dunno wat to do .................please help........
Do you have Restrictions set that prevent adding the apps? (Settings>General>Restrictions).
