i forgot my icloud account and password , and find my iphone is activated. is there a way to recover my icloud account?
Do you have access to old emails or could you ask a friend to provide you information about your iCloud ID? If not, do you rember your ID for "Find My iPhone", because it could be the same ID as for iCloud. After you have obtained the information about your ID you can reset your password here: https://iforgot.apple.com

My ex-boyfriend stole my email address and credit card information to make purchases with Apple and now my Apple ID has a balance. Is there any way I can retract the purchases so I don't have to pay for his theft? I had no idea he had done this until I tried to sign in to the ITunes store and found all his information and a whole bunch of song purchases. I had to go to my email and reset everything. I only have a 2.10 balance due to him, but I just want to find out if there is a way to erase it because of this circumstance.
You need to immediately pull credit reports to see what else he has done. Then "freeze" the credit report at all three agencies. That way even you need to lift the freeze to add credit cards or other credit items to your SSN.

Place the iPod in recovery mode after the firmware download is complete and then restore using the instructions in the article. Sometimes recovery mode timeouts and returns to disabled before the firmware download is complete.

I have microsoft outlook installed on my Mac book pro, I can only use the outlook with the office server where it was setup, outlook won't work out of office, is there any way I can reset the settings in order to be able to use outlook every where?
I can see my folders by clicking the X next to my name on the Inbox Folder. So I have my folders now, just cannot see them in the left colum or see multiple windows on Outlook. At this point, I can use the folders, just with limited functionality. Thanks -Gina

My laptop was stolen and i have a new one, is there any way to move all the picture folders to the new computer and not lose them? They stole my external harddrive too so unfortunately if i lose these, i have no way to get them back?
What randers4 said. HOWEVER, if the photos were taken with a higher resolution camera than the iPhone what you recover will not be as high a resolution as the originals.

While trying to sync my calendar to my new mac, I lost all my calendar events on my iPhone. Best guess is I didn't set up icloud on my phone first and my computer deleted them. Is there any way to recover my calendar from iCloud?
Your music will only be where you put it.
Did you copy all of your music from your backup copy of your old computer to your new one? -

Please help!! I forgot my password and now i can't access to my iphone. How can i disable the "lost mode" and how can i fix this problem?
You will need to restore your iPhone from the same computer that you most recently synced to.
Read this: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1212
If you can't do the restore then you will need to try recovery mode.

I have an ipad and iphone 3gs 32gb, an iphone 5 and nano 16gb and also purchased 15gb on icloud. My iphone 5 won't sync as it says it is over capacity. Is there any way to store on icloud and not my device? Is having the various capacities on each device is pointless?
Just select less to sync with the iphone 5.
Each device will only sync what you select. -
(Sorry about the bad english!)
If you had "Find My iPhone" enabled in Settings > iCloud then you may be able to locate it. If not, you cannot locate it. If it was enabled then you can try locating it via http://icloud.com on a computer or the App "Find My iPhone" on another iDevice. Note: this will only work if your device is connected to a network and the device hasn't already been restored as new and/or "Find My iPhone" has not been disabled on it. Note: Disabling "Find My iPhone" is much more difficult in iOS 7.
If you think that your device was stolen rather than lost then you should report it to the police. In either case you should contact your carrier, change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

Is there a way to just remove the administrator's password?
I want to just remove my account but it won't let me get rid of the password. I plan to pawn the computer for extra cash but they won't take it with a password and the computer refuses to let me delete the password entirely. It goes so far as asking if I really want to remove the password and I click ok and then if I click something else it says I'm not allowed to change the password to an empty one because it's too short.
Also, I can't change the owner of the computer - it was given me by a friend and still her name is there but nowhere can I find where to change that.Prepare Your Mac for Sale
Boot from the OS Installer Disc that came with the computer. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select the startup volume from the left side list then click on the Erase tab. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled) then click on the Options button. Select the one pass Zero Data option and click on the OK button. Then click on the Erase button.
Note: You can skip the Zero Data option if you are not concerned about removing sensitive personal data from the hard drive. If you choose to skip this part of the process then it is possible for others to recover data from the hard drive. The Zero Data procedure will prevent others from getting access to your personal information.
This process will take 30 minutes to several hours depending upon the size of the hard drive. After formatting has completed quit DU and return to the installer. Now complete the OS X installation. At the completion of the installation do not restart the computer. Instead just shut it off. The next user will be presented with the Setup Assistant when they turn on the computer just as it would if new out of the box.
This applies to OS X systems. There are similar processes using the Disk First Aid and the installer CD for the Mac OS version.
