Turn off iMessage and FaceTime and restart
Go to Settings > Messages and turn off iMessage.
Go to Settings > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime.
Restart your device.
Turn iMessage and FaceTime back on.

Regarding my facetime and imessage i cant get it acctivated its giving me a message "An error occurred during activation. Try Again" .. i already done reset on network settings i've already tried to turn on and off my setting.

Its possible that the server can be down now. Have you ever used it before? If you want, try resseting the phone by just holding the sleep/wake key and the home button together for 10 seconds. Then wait 5 seconds when it turns off and press the sleep/wake button to turn it back on. Then try it again. Let me know what the results are.
