Estoy utilizando IMAQ-Vision for Measurement Studio for Visual Basic. Es
una
aplicacion de control de calidad:
Deseo detectar fisuras y/o fracturas en una superficie (tabletas
farmaceuticas). Segun la informacion que he checado, esto se puede llevar a
cabo a traves de "Edge Detection". Necesito informacion sobre la funcion
ConcentricRake y Spoke de IMAQ-Vision for Measurement Studio for Visual
Basic.
Otra duda: ?donde puedo encontrar la ayuda actualizada de todas las
funciones de Measuremet Studio for VB (IMAQ-Vision)?. Baje una informacion
de la red recientemente, pero por ejemplo no me aparece la descripcion de
la
funcion ParticleFilter.

Gracias por contactar National Instruments Email Support. No se muy bien a que te refieras con el tipo de informacion que buscas sobre esa funcion, pero si te refieres a la definicion o ayuda, al instalar Vision y los archivos de soporte para VB instalas asi mismo la ayuda, entonces por ejemplo en tu codigo tecleas cwimaqvision1.ConcentricRake, despues das click con el boton derecho arriba de esta funcion y eliges "definition", posteriormente cuando lo encuentres presiona el boton con el signo de interrogacion, ahi viene toda la definicion de los parametros asi como un programa ejemplo. Haz lo mismo para las demas funciones que buscas. Ahora bien, tambien puedes accesar a la ayuda si vas a Start >> Programs >> National Instruments >> Vision >> Documentation >> y
ahi encuentras el archivo de ayuda para Visual Basic.
En caso de que busques informacion de para que se utiliza te recomiendo que bajes los siguientes manuales de la red... tienes que ir a www.ni.com, despues a tu izquierda das click en "technical documents", despues "product manuals", despues "all manual revisions", despues "vision", despues "software", despues "imaq vision", en este directorio encuentras los archivos "IMAQ Vision Concepts Manual" y "IMAQ Vision User Manual". Ahora puedes seguir a otro directorio si das click en "IMAQ Vision" (arriba de la lista), despues en "imaq vision for measurement studio", en este directorio te recomiendo "IMAQ Vision for Measurement Studio User Manual: Visual Basic".
En realidad esos son los lugares donde te recomendaria buscar.

The Customer use a SAP Enterprise Portal (Sun OS) without a SAP Gateway.
So we installed the SAP Gateway on Windows 2003 with AntiVir VSA.

No thats not the Problem.
The Customer use a SAP Portal on Sun OS without a SAP Gateway.
Enterprise Portal Server --> VSCAN Destination to --> over TCP /IP --> another Server (Windows 2003) with AntiVir VSA und vscan_rfc + SAP Gateway
Now the Customer use the installation from SAP "setupvscanrfc_78-10003831.exe"
Content for this Installation is: SAP Gateway + vscan_rfc
The Problem is that the VSI Interface shows a errormessage by scanning file bigger as 100kb:
If Files bigger as 100 kb the Destination must copy the File to the Virus Scan Apdater, but thats not working.
com.sap.security.core.server.vsi.api.exception.VSIServiceException: The virus scan server VSCAN_FE0BOS192 is not running on localhost!
VSCAN_FE0BOS192 is the Destination on Portal-Site...
Need this Installation also a SAP Gateway on the Portal Site or whats the Problem?

This might be very helpfull for programming some drivers for Linux.
Creative afraid of bad programmers that would steal their ideas to built their own soundcard.
Like you see there are millions of copies of graphiccards of ATi or nVidia. ;-)

Thanks for reading my post, when I heard about Firefox releasing a Mobile OS for Android I was filled with joy, I know a lot of work is needed to get it user friendly and bug free but its great to hear this.
I am curious on a few things really and here are my questions some might be easy some might not have answers just yet.
I have a HTC Desire X smartphone would I be able to install Firefox OS onto this?
If "Yes" will it be an easy installation or will I need Linux background to fully understand its process?
Any dates yet on its release?
Will Mozilla be releasing this out in the market were you get a choice of IOS, Android, Windows and Firefox phones? or will it be only be available to download manually and install?

I need more information about imovie

Hi, I have some problems with the imovie, sometimes I save a project and when I return it to open has changed and it is listened to very badly or one is slow, also there are times that I apply an effect and duplicated scenes appear to me that before they were not. It wanted to know as I can solve these problems. Another problem which I have with the imovie is that the projects occupy much space and I cannot save more than five projects because if I do not remain without space, I can solve this?, finally it would thank for much that you could say to me all the effects, transitions and titles that are available for the imovie. Welcome to the discussions.
If you are having problems with iMovie, these are some recommendations that might help:
First, you need space on the hard drive for iMovie to operate. You probably need at least 15GB, preferrably 20GB for adequate function.
Next, make sure that you have updated versions of your software: iMovie, QuickTime, iPhoto.
Try deleting the preference file for iMovie. Close iMovie. Go to yourusername->library->preferences->com.apple.imovie.plist. Drag this plist file to the trash. Open iMovie. iMovie makes a new preference file whenever one is trashed.
See if this helps with the problem of the effects/ duplicated scenes.
It is probably best to work on one or two projects at a time because of the space requirements.
There are other things to do to save your projects and save space:
If you have completely finished the movie and do not wish to do more editing, you can burn it to DVD. First, create a DVD project, and when you are ready to burn the DVD, save your project as a disk image. Then, you will be able to burn DVDs from that disk image. For single layer DVDs, the amount of space will be 4.7 GB or less. You can save the disk images for each of your movies and delete the original iMovie projects.
You could also export the finished iMovies back to your camcorder to save them on DV tape, and then delete them from your computer.
You can export an iMovie as a Quicktime movie and then import that into a new iMovie project and delete the old one. The QuickTime movie will be smaller than the original because it will have only the clips you have chosen to be in the movie.
iMovie uses nondestructive editing, so it saves an entire clip in its files even if you put in only a short part of it. For instance, if you have a 15 minute clip and you use only 30 seconds of it in your movie and delete the rest, iMovie still saves the entire 15 minutes. It makes the size of your movie quite large. When you export it as a QuickTime movie, only the 30 seconds you actually want will be saved in the movie.
Consider getting a large external hard drive for your movie projects...and be sure to format it for Macs.

Need more information about the functions of each method of the classes in Workflow API's of BPEL
The Java documentation of the workflow API (especially Identity Service classes) is having a one liner explanation for the methods of each class. We need to implement our own Identity Service that implements the BPMIdentityService interface. We are not able to map the function of each methods of this interface to what our security subsystem provides. We feel that we need more detailed information about what each method of each class is doing internally so that we can map to whatever our security subsystem provides.
The BPEL Developers Guide does not talk about the functionality of each methods of this interface. If anybody can guide me to look into some documentation that has this information or if anybody has this information, then please do the necessary help.

The module is not very sophisticated. Profficiency in Java or ABAP will be a great bonus here. There are plenty of good materials regarding XI on SDN. I suggest to start with step-by-step guides and master all basic integration scenarios

In particular, I am analyzing the example "Even Angle Reference Signal Processing (Digital Tacho, DAQmx).vi", whose documentation I am reproducing in the following:
DESCRIPTIONS:
This VI demonstrates how to extract even angle reference signals and remove the slow-roll errors. It uses DAQmx VIs to acquire sound or vibration signals and a digital tachometer signal. This VI includes a two-step process: acquire data at low rotational speed to extract even angle reference; use the even angle reference to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Run the VI.
2. On the DAQ Configurations tab, specify the sample rate, samples per channel, device and channel configurations, and tachometer channel information.
NOTE: You need to use DSA PXI-447x/PXI-446x and PXI TIO device in a PXI chassis to run this example. The DSA device must be in slot 2 of the PXI chassis.
3. Switch to Extract Even Angle Reference tab. Specify the number of samples to acquire and the # of revs in reference which determines the number of samples in even angle reference. Click Start to take a one-shot data acquisition of the vibration and tachometer signals. After the acquisition, you can see the extracted even angle references in Even Angle Reference.
4. Switch to the Remove Slow-roll Errors tab. Click Start to acquire data continuously and view the compensate results. Click Stop in this tab to stop the acquisition.

My question is: How is the synchronization produced at the time of the compensation ? How is it possible to eliminate the errors in a synchronized fashion with respect to the surface of the shaft bearing in mind that I am acquired data at a low rotation speed in order to get the "even angle reference" and then I use it to remove the errors in the vibration signal acquired at normal operation. In this application both operations are made in different acquisitions, therefore the reference of the correction signal is lost. Is it simply compensated without synchronizing ?
Our application is based on FPGA and we need to clarity those aspects before implementing the procedure.
