    CASE WHEN "Fiscal Date" = TIMESTAMPADD( SQL_TSI_DAY , -(1), TIMESTAMPADD( SQL_TSI_QUARTER , 1, TIMESTAMPADD( SQL_TSI_DAY , DAY_OF_QUARTER( CURRENT_DATE) * -(1) + 1, CURRENT_DATE))) THEN "Fact - Amount" END;
    Apply the above filter on your amount column.

  • Printing Last Day of previous month

    I need to print Last day of previous month, and the date value is relative to the system date.
    In my previous post i have got the answer to print last day of current month. To print last date in previous month do i need to use RelativeDate? and I am not sure whether I can use RelativeDate for months.
    Raghu

    Right now I have written below formula, and it works fine in all cases like if the current month equals to 01, 03, 05,07,08,10 and 12 and months other than mentioned in above including 02.
    for First day of previous month
    =If (FormatDate(CurrentDate();"MM"))InList("07";"08";"10";"12";"05";"01";"03") Then
    (If(FormatDate(CurrentDate();"dd"))="01" Then
    FormatDate(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-1));"MM")"/01/"FormatNumber(Year(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-1)));"####")Else
    FormatDate(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-31));"MM")"/01/"FormatNumber(Year(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-31)));"####"))Else
    FormatDate(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-30));"MM")"/01/"FormatNumber(Year(LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-30)));"####")
    For Last day of previous month
    =If (FormatDate(CurrentDate();"MM"))InList("07";"08";"10";"12";"05";"03";"01") Then
    (If(FormatDate(CurrentDate();"dd"))="01" Then LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-1))Else
    LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-31)))Else LastDayOfMonth(RelativeDate(CurrentDate();-30))
    Please let me know any other suggestions.

  • How to Print the Value of a variable inside a PL/SQL package

    Hi Friends,
    Here is my Scenario
    I have a PL/SQL Package. Let us call it Baseline Package.
    This Package includes a dynamically built merge Statement.
    Execute Immediate v_merge_query.
    I have a procedure which replaces which few Keywords from the Package Text and Creates a new one depending on Inputs I provide. (This is something like a Code generator)
    Now while Creating the new package, I need to print the Value of v_merge_query.... I Need s Static Query to be Printed inside the new package and not a dynamic query.
    My Question is "Is there a way to print the value of the variable inside a different PL/SQL package?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Mohit

    Print where?
    That PL/SQL code is server-side code. It runs in an Oracle server process.
    That server process does not have a keyboard. Or a screen/monitor. Or display canvas. Or an attached printer.
    That server process is incapable of "printing" as that is not its job or responsibility and not part of its environment.
    What is can do is record data for the client to look at afterwards. This can be done using static PL/SQL session variables. Or a SQL table.
    The former is done by DBMS_OUTPUT - a very primitive interface for writing text into a static PL/SQL string array. That btw resides in expensive private process server memory. The client can query the array after a database call and render the contents.
    PS. Also keep in mind that bind variables are critical for performance and server robustness - especially when (ab)using dynamic SQL.

  • Sap script: Printing the values got from work area in a row

    Hi ,
    I need to print the values which I m getting from a work area like
    A1     A2
    A3     A4
    and so on
    but I m getting it as
    A1
    A2
    A3
    A4.
    Any solutions to this will be highly appreciated.
    Regards,
    Vivek

    Dear vivek,
    how is your work are structure - is it only with single field ?
    In your script after the each value give an extended line comman "=" which will take first and second values for print and after the second value give "line feed" or "carriage return"  command.
    Hope this solves your problem

    Hi,
    you have 4 possibilities.2 at non main window, 2 at main window.
    at non main window.
    1. /: IF &PAGE(C)& = &SAPSCRIPT-FORMPAGES(C)&
    remarks
    remarks
    remarks
       /: ENDIF
    2, /: if &NEXTPAGE& ='0'.
    remarks
    remarks
    remarks
       /: ENDIF
    at main window
    3. Add the remarks at the last item of the main which is printed
    4. add a new item to your main (/E)
        put your remarks in it.
       Change your program in such a way this item will print as last one.
       like
        /E REMARKS
    remarks
    remarks
    remarks
       and in sapscript program add logic at the end.
    CALL FUNCTION 'WRITE_FORM'
    EXPORTING
    element = 'REMARKS'
    EXCEPTIONS
    element = 1
    window = 2.
    I am sure this will do. Make a choice.

  • I need to print the footer in all pages except last page.

    Hi,
    I'm working on PO RTF template. I got one probelm, I need to print the footer in all pages except last page.
    Can someone help me in this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Venki.

    This question has been answered already multiple times - please search the forum before posting a question - in case you did and you didn't find it - we added a feature
    in 5.6.2 to solve this problem - It is described in the user guide in the RTF template section search for start@last-page:
    Last Page Support
    XML Publisher now has the ability to show content only on the last page. This is useful for documents such as checks, invoices or purchase orders where you want want content such as the check or a summary in a specific place only on the last page.
    The basic command is:
    <?start@last-page:body?>
    <?end body?>
    http://forums.oracle.com/forums/search.jspa?threadID=&q=%40last-page&objID=f245&dateRange=last90days&userID=&numResults=15&rankBy=9
    Any content above or below these two tags will only appear on the last page of the document.
    Hope that helps,

  • Need to clear last selected prompt values while refreshing webi report

    While using ALL within cascading prompts its  still showing the last prompt values selected  in infoview and not while editing and trying to run webi reports.
    Is there any way to clear this?
    I have implemented following options to resolve but did not work
    1) Delete the .lov files of universe.
    2) Delete the contents in data folder by going into storage directory
    3) Implemented the non_persistent concept in prompts
    Code is as follows for the filter with in universe
    @Select(Customised LOV\State) = @Prompt('Select State','A','Customised LOV\State',mono,free,Not_Persistent,,)
    or
    'ALL' = @Prompt('Select State','A','Customised LOV\State',mono,free,Not_Persistent,,)

    Hi,
    In Web Intelligence, the Query Filter Condition consists of 3 parts:
    - Object on which condition is applied
    - Operator (=,<,>,matches pattern, etc)
    - Operands (constant, LIst of Values, etc)
    You will find a button with a "?" sign which is also called as Prompt properties. When you click on this button, a new window will open and in this you have an option for "Keep last values selected" which is checked by default.
    Uncheck this check box --> Click OK. Run the report and save --> Relaunch InfoView to avoid any caching problems.
    Hope this works for you

  • For loop- seems to be just going to last value

    Hi guys, carrying on from the thread I created yesterday I have managed to get the socket working between my server and my client, but I am having an issue when re-constructing a string that is being sent from the client to the server. I am talking about the for loop in line 151, which seems to just going straight to the last value of the for loop and thus the board isn't being reconstructed properly.
    I'm including both the server and client code which just needs to compiled (host is set to localhost on port 4500) and you will see what I mean after inputting a move from the client. Can anyone spot the problem?

    1) I don't think that even compiles. Since you're catching IOException, your throws clause is bogus--that method can never throw IOE.I have removed the try and catch statements in the main method. I cannot, however get rid of the throws IOException in the main method other my program won't compile.Right. Don't catch it, since you're not handling it. Just declare that it throws it.
    Indeed, this is what I have done :)

    3) Don't name methods the same as your class name.See answer to 4.
    4) Start method names with lowercase letters.
    try
    serverSocket=new ServerSocket(portNo);
    catch (IOException ex)
    System.err.println("Could not create socket on port" +portNo);
    System.exit(1);
    ServerSocket is a part of the java.net package. I am just creating an instance of it. http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/java/net/ServerSocket.html
    I don't know what you're talking about. You had a class named Server and a method named Server. That's confusing.Changed- I didn't spot it, so I have named it startServer now.

    5) There's almost no point to ever calling System.exit. Here, again, since you're not
    actually handling the exception, don't bother catcing it.Sorry, but this was how I was taught when I started java. My understanding is that System.exit properly terminated applications so this freed up memory so it's abit of a habit of mine, is this wrong to do in this instance?Calling it in response to an exception is wrong. It's not that method's job to decide to shut down the VM. Just let the exception bubble up (or else handle it properly). You do not need to call System.exit to free up memory. It's freed up automatically when the VM exits. The OS takes care of that, without any help from you.Removed- thanks for clearing that up for me :)

    line 151 of the server code or client code?Line 151 of my server code. My client is working fine up to this step of the programming I have done- it's just the server part I'm having issues with. You can compile and run the client fine- you can compile the server but as explained in the original post, I'm having a logical error when redrawing the board when it gets the 68 charecter string from the client (first 64 charecters are for the board, then the original position (x and y respectively), followed up the new position (x and y respectively again).
    I'm including an updated version of the code, after all the comments above so we have an updated version for trying to solve the problem I'm having. The client code does not need to be updated as it has not changed yet, so you can use the code in the original post.

  • How to print last page in sap script in ladscape format?

    Hi all,
    can any 1 tell me How to print last page in sap script in ladscape format?
    Thanks In advance.
    Pravin

    Hi Pravin Sherkar,
    we can do this in SAP Scripts.
    we need to create two pages, one of landscape and another of potrait.
    now after filling the data at last we need to call the page which is of format landscape using START_FORM  function module.
    You can use condition &PAGE& = &FORMPAGES&.
    Please check this link

  • How to display the last value of a field in a group in the group header

    I need to display the last quiz score from a group of quiz scores as part of the header of a group of units (the quiz score values are in the detail record).  I can not use the group footer, which would be the natural place to find the last value.  It must be in the group header because there will be a subsequent group within the unit group.  In other words, the grouping is as follows:
    Unit Group Header (Display last quiz score in unit)
    SubUnit Group Header (Display other detail summaries)
    Detail Record (including quiz score)
    SubUnit Group Footer
    Unit Group Footer
    While there is a minimum/maximum summary function, there is not a first/last function.

    Who is constantly amazed at the ability of users to request report features that are not easily implented through Crystal Reports...

    Hi Fuskie,
    One suggestion to display the last quiz score in the Group Header, other than what had already been suggested, will be to use a linked subreport in the Group Header. It is not an efficient way to display the information, but it could do the trick.
    Another suggestion will be to insert a subreport in the report header, then store the last quiz score in an array for each group, then share it with the main report and display the  values in the appropriate group. In this way it will only connect twice to the data source, one for the main report and once for the subreport, instead of multiple connection for each group.
    Finally, the most efficient way will be to have this value calculated on the database side using a command object or a stored procedure.
