I need to update my Adobe Master Collection5 , but it is failing, and I really need Camera raw, I do have serial number, can I do it?

I needed to update my Photoshop 5 ability to read Raw files from a more current camera. I tried to update my software but it failed I do have the serial number for the master collection, so I do not understand why it won't download. HELP?

Exactly! The password I used to log on here and write my post I figured was the same Apple ID password I would use to reset my computer login password. But my computer isn't recognizing it as the correct password so it wont let me update my login password. I have 2 user accounts on my computer.
As far as the link you provided, I already looked to that for help earlier. It states:

Firefox keeps telling me I need to update by Adobe Reader plugin but I've done it 3 times, even uninstalled and reinstalled Reader and still tells me need update plugin. Why?

Is it possible to uninstall Adobe Premiere Elements 13 from one computer and put it on another PC, using the same serial number?

I had installed Adobe Premiere Elements 13 on my laptop, which is slow. Is it possible to completely remove the program from my laptop, and reinstall it on another PC, using the SAME installation disc?

If all you have is the Premiere Elements 13 purchased activated serial number on one Windows computer, you can go ahead and do nothing else but install the program from the disc on the second Windows computer with the same purchased serial number.
That will leave you with the purchased activated serial number on two of your computers.
Adobe allows you the same purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers. So, nothing to do but to use one at a time.
Lots of scenarios beyond.
1. Deactivate Premiere Elements 13 from computer 1. Do not bother to uninstall. Deactivation is not the same as uninstall.
To deactivate, in an opened Premiere Elements 13 project, go to Help Menu/Sign Out. Close out of there.
Then do nothing, leave the program in the deactivated/installed state.
2. Deactivate and Uninstall Premiere Elements 13 from computer 1.

A few years ago I bought LR 3 last year I upgraded it to LR 4. The question I need answered is this: I had to buy a new computer and when I downloaded LR 4 I placed the serial number as requested, but it needs the SSN to LR 3. I don't have it and have it.

I cannot locate my earlier light room 3 serial number so how can I obtain it?

This are plain text files which can be opened in Window's Notepad or it's equivalent in OS X.

You need to buy PSE13. But you can continue with PSE9 if you download and install the free DNG converter to convert your CR2 files to the Adobe universal Raw format and the DNG files will work with yoir existing software(keep your originals as backups and for use in the camera manufactures software)

What Adobe Digital app on your iPad? If you are talking about a third-party app (like Bluefire Reader) you need to connect your iPad to your computer, open iTunes, select the iPad, and select Apps in the Sidebar. Downgrading the iOS is not supported. If you are using Safari this try clearing its cache via Settings > Safari.
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Are you sure it is a 4G iPod? Does it have a camera?
