I purchased a TV show in HD but where's the SD version?
I purchased a TV show season in HD and usually the SD version starts to download along with the HD version when I click the "Buy" button, however, this time not only did it not appear in Downloads, when I go to the show's iTunes store page it shows all the episodes in SD are already "downloaded" and won't let me click on any of them. I checked in Purchased to see if I had to download them from there but they won't show up.

Fill out a customer service request, they will respond. I had a problem with my account and Apple was very helpful.
BTW... the store is still down.

If you go into the purchases tab in the mac app store, does it list mountain lion? If it does you will be able to downlaod and install from there.

The latest episode in it is 23 July: the later episodes haven't made it into the feed so either the connection to Feedburner has failed or there is something about the recent episodes which is causing them not to make it into the feed. It's not obvious from looking at the web page what this might be. -

I am unable to view the full content of various web sites after purchasing Advanced System Care Pro. I was using the free version before with no problems. I cannot figure out if or which setting was changed. I tried doing a system restore but that did not work. I tried turning off all features of ASC pro but that did not work. Javascript is enabled. I am getting messages that I can't download and read .pdf files since I have the wrong Adobe reader. I know about their security disasters of course, but I downloaded the latest version of Adobe Reader from the Adobe web site and I have other ,pdf file readers as well, and for some reason they won't work either. I have 5 computers running top end processors and RAM. By this I mean I have one, this one which I am using that has an AMD Phenom Black 3.2 Quad-core with 8 GBs of Corsair top DDR2 RAM, my other two AMD have either an Athlon II triple core with 4 GBs of DDR2 Corsair RAM, one with the Phenom X4 965 3.4 GHz Quad-core with 8 GBs of their best DDR2 RAM, and two Intels with the i7 920 Processors using the triple channel 1366 socket processors and one with 8 GBs of low latency DDR3 RAM and the other with 4 GBs of the same RAM. I am getting the message on this one, which has a fresh install of XP Pro X64 operating system, as do the other 4 as well. I have run Avast Business Pro Anti-virus on this one, which I am getting the message on with a single result which I deleted, and also both Spybot Search and Destroy, which came back clean as well as Malwarebytes Antimalware, which got a lot of tracing cookies now removed, and SuperAntiSpware which also found a few cookies also now deleted. Can you tell me what I need to do to get these files to show as .pdf files rather than as a clean blank page. One other issue is that I wish to know how to turn off my downloads so they are saved and Mozilla will give me the option of returning them instead of me losing them all together as it does now. Thanks for your assistance. If there is another Adobe reader I should download and install, could you provide me with the link to it? I appreciate your assistance here

But what specifically are you entering in the Save In: field of the dialog that includes the Save button to initiate the export process.
Are you saving it as a file to the Desktop or to a specific folder on the Desktop? Have you given the export a distinctive file name?
The screenshot shows the Save In: to the Desktop as a file.
I have no idea of your background with the program, so I ask these questions so as to take nothing for granted.
If the computer Desktop is crowded, as mine often is, it is easy to have difficulty spotting a file save to the Desktop.

Why does Chrome insist Adobe Flash Player is out of date, but I have the latest version?
I run Mac OSx 10.5.8. I am trying to use Chrome, but the Flash is not working on either Safari or Chrome. Chrome insists Adobe Flash is out of date

I have tried updating via Adobe website over 10 times.
I have tried switches which just run the outdated plugins...
I have tried renaming the system plugin in the Library and pasting in Chrome package contents
I don't have two flash plugins in the chrome:plugins

I would repeat myself... "available updates for Adobe Flash Player are automatically included in Chrome system updates".
Chrome automatically updates when new versions of Flash Player are available. The integrated Google Chrome Flash plug-in cannot be uninstalled using the Flash Player uninstaller. You can only enable or disable the integrated plug-in.
Therefore, as it's showing you're at the latest version 10.3.183.23, it would appear it is an issue 'internal' to Chrome's system updates; reason why I had referred you to their support, or alternativelly, post to their forums.

If I bought an album but now want the deluxe version do i have to buy the whole album again because som of the material says album only. That would mean buying the same songs over again.
Delete the three tracks from your library, sending them to recycle bin, then download them again from your purchased history. If the problem persists use the "report a problem" links from your account history to contact the iTunes store support staff.

Since I have Yosemite on my iMac I can't view PDF files in Safari anymore. It keeps telling me to upgrade my Adobe Reader, but it is the latest version. Please help? I don't have this problem on my Macbook that does not have Yosemite installed.
Back up all data before making any changes. Please take each of the following steps until the problem is resolved.
Step 1
If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, and the problem is just that you can't print or save PDF's displayed in Safari, you may be able to do so by moving the cursor to the the bottom edge of the page, somewhere near the middle. A black toolbar should appear under the cursor. Click the printer or disk icon.
Step 2
There should be a setting in its preferences of the Adobe application such as Display PDF in Browser. I don't use those applications myself, so I can't be more precise. Deselect that setting, if it's selected.
Step 3
If you get a message such as ""Adobe Reader blocked for this website," then from the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Security
and check the box marked
Allow Plug-ins
Then click
Manage Website Settings...
and make any required changes to the security settings for the Adobe PDF plugin.
Step 4
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
From the folder that opens, move to the Trash any items that have "Adobe" or “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari.
Step 5
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it, if it's present. The same goes for a plugin called "iGetter," and perhaps others—I don't have a complete list. Don't remove Silverlight if you use the "Netflix" video-streaming service.
Step 6
Do as in Step 4 with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari. -
