       Where is the serial number & activation code for the " Adobe Photoshop Elements 13?? there is a series of numbers on the back on the back of the dvd sleeve.....
      <non-serial # removed-kglad>, but this cannot be the right  code. kindly help me in this.

    There is nothing to prevent him from downloading and installing the trial version (Adobe - Download free trial version Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 | Adobe).  At the point all you need to do is provide him with the serial number so that he can activate it.  If the intent is that he be the owner of the software then you might want to see about transfering the license...

    I doubt the license is affecting the performance - it might be a case of the software being too old for the machine.
    In any case, you can contact Adobe support thru chat and have them reset your activation count to eliminatre your doubts regarding the license.

    To use the ExportPDF service, simply visit http://exportpdf.acrobat.com and click 'Sign in' at the top right corner.  Enter your Adobe ID (email address) credentials to log into the service.  As ExportPDF is web-based, you simply utilize the tool through your web browser.  After you're logged in, you should see the ExportPDF interface, with a button saying 'Select PDF file..' to get the process started.
    You may also access ExportPDF via Adobe Reader by choosing File > Save as Word or Excel Online.

  • Numbers update error occurred and cannot correct.  I went to purchases as directed by screen and cannot get any response to take action.  Help?

    During an update for Numbers an error occurred while I was away from the computer. I then got a message that  an error occurred during Numbers update and to go to purchases to correct.  Went to purchases and it shows that an error occurred but I cannot get any response to attempted commands. Any suggestions as to how I can get my Numbers application to update?

    When I selected "Check for Unfinished Downloads" on the store pulldown menu it produced message "All purchases have been downloaded", the "paused" on Keynote line disappeared, and the "Resume" changed to "Installed."
    I installed Mavericks update 10.9.3 on May 30, 2014, and 10.9.4 on July 8, 2014, with no error messages, just "Installation completed."  The last previous updates of the 3 apps was May 13,2014, also with no error notice.  Everything seems to be working as far as I know, so do you think I need to do anything?

    I was referred here by customer service.  I have downloaded Photoshop elements 5.0 to a new PC.  After accepting the agreement I receive an error message saying  "Your Adobe Photoshop Elements user name, organization, or serial number is missing or invalid. The application cannot continue and must now exit."  There is no place to enter the serial number.

    All your pictures will remain safe even after uninstalling the program. Your pictures are saved to your system in form of catalog present at C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\Catalogs\<your catalog><br />When you reinstall the program you can open this catalog and view all your photos again.

    Which version of OS X do you have? It's not clear from your post whether "installed an upgrade" means you just installed PSE 13 as an upgrade or you installed an update to PSE 13, like ACR 9 or 13.1. Please clarify.

    cancel the akamai download and download files 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 directly.  put both in the same directory and double click the exe to start installation.

    first, rename OOBE Folder to OOBE.old.
    to find OOBE:
    64 bit win OS: Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    32 bit win OS: Program Files \Common Files\Adobe\OOBE
    mac os: HD>library>application support>adobe>caps
    mac os: USER>library>application support>adobe>OOB
    if that fails or isn't the exact error you see, uninstall, clean (http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html) and reinstall.
    if you're using a dvd to install:
    copy the disc contents to a desktop directory and install from that directory.
    if you're using a mac:
    1. Try to Create a new user account in Mac with Administrator Priviledges.
    2. Login to the New user, Navigate to Mac HD> Application> Utilities> Adobe Installer folder, Locate products like Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, Adobe Air and un-install them
    3. Navigate to User Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
    4. Navigate to Mac HD> Library> Application Support> Adobe and move Adobe to Trash.
    5. Start the installation again.
