I redeemed a new gilt card and tried to purchase a movie. I got an error box that my credit balance didn't adjust properly, that I should click OK then purchase again. When this happened it charged me for the same movie TWICE. How do I get the $9.99 back for the duplicate deduction?

Apple does not allow iTunes credits to be re-gifted. i.e. For an iTunes credit, you may not buy songs or movies for someone else. It has to go against a credit card.

I tried powering down and re-starting the iPhone (as suggested at http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1275). This seems to have cleared the "...not connected to the Internet" problem, and iOS 6.1 is now in the process of downloading.

To transfer the product from one system to another , first step would be to deactivate the product from that machine so that you have an empty seat available for you . Second step , will be to get the media and install the product on the new machine and then activate it using the serial number that you will have .

My phone is stuck because I tried to sync my computer music with my Iphone and now all my Iphone does is show a pic of the power cord with an arrow going up to the word Itunes with the blue circle and the Music symbol in it! I cant even use my phone! Ugh, so frustrated! I entered a gift card and downloaded 2 songs and now what was going to take 2 min and cost $2.00 has now cost me hours in time and frustration. Anyone know the techno how this works? I know its more simple than it is for me.... I just don't have the tech stuff down. Kids get this stuff better than me...

You need to use the AppleID & Password you used to set up the iPhone.

I am trying to re-download some songs I deleted by mistake. I go to purchases and it only shows me options for Apps and Books, no list for Music. How can I get the music list to show up or alternatively how can I re-download the songs?

I messed up and deleted a few songs by mistake. When I go to the "purchases" option it only lists apps and books that have been downloaded, but music is not an option to see what was downloaded previously. Anyone know how I can re-download the songs ?

I thought that I was updating my phone...but it went into Recovery mode with the USB cord pointing to itunes and music notes in a circle. How can I get my Iphone 4 back to working without losing my data? I tried turning the phone off and it is uplugged.

Your phone is in recovery mode. All data on it are already lost. You must connect your phone to your computer and restore through iTunes.
