I can only find the link to something like an extended version. So how do I have to proceed , where can I find the proper link. My system has W 8.1 32 Bit.

Don't know. Could be any number of reasons. Re-read the how to install RAM manual again for your model iMac. Double & triple check to make sure you purchased the right RAM chips. Make sure they are seated properly. If you didn't hear a snap when seated, the RAM is not properly seated.

I have been waiting to get Photoshop all of 2014 and now I finally can. I tried downloading the free trial but then it took me to a page that said I could not download it because it was not supported. I am using a 2008 iMac that I got for christmas. Please help I really want photoshop!

Error when trying to download the free trial of cs6
When I try to download the free trial of photoshop cs6 extended it says there is an error.." This application cannot be installed because this installer has been mis-configured. Please contact the application author for assistance." why does this happen and how can I fix it? Is it because I tried lightroom before? That's the only thing I could think of, so I deleted and unistalled that. Please help!
You need to provide system information and otehr details. This error is mostly known on Mac when downloading with Safari, so simply try another browser. Anything beyond that requires more info on your part.

I have tried to download the update for itunes several times. Each time it get to the installation part and stall and then reverses and give me an erorr message. My current version when I open it, it says there is an error and I will not be able to download a CD into itunes, although I have completed several CD downloads.
Go to http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and download the full installer. Run the installer and you will be up-to-date. Sometimes the updater just gets in a weird state...

Anyone tried to download the Dell DJ firmware to use with their Zen Tou
I've been reading on the boards that these two devices are quite similar, so I was wondering if anyone has tried downloading the PlaysForSure firmware for the Dell DJ and tried to use it on the Zen Touch?
I've been sitting on an un-opened Zen Touch (which I recieved for my birthday two months ago), trying to decide whether to trust that the firmware will be released and open it OR return it and purchase something that will work immediately with my Yahoo! Unlimited subscription. Anyone have any advice? I really do want to open it, but I don't want all the songs that I've downloaded via subscription to go to waste. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO! HELP!You can't use the Dell firmware on the Touch.

OK, I'll take you through what happens. When I click download firefox 4 I get a pop up window that asks "what should Firefox do with this file?"
Below I have two choices:
_Open with (choose)
_Save File
So I go to choose and pick an application.
So I choose Acrobate Reader 5.0. Acrobate gives me a popup that says "Acrobat could not open firefox 4.0-4.dmg because it is either not a supported file type or because the fire has been corrupted....
So I try download again (I should point out that I am currently running Firefox 3.6.16) The popup that asks me to choose a file to open firefox 4.0.dmg pops up again.
So I choose Adobe Reader 9. Nothing happens. So I cancel.
So what application should I go to to open Firefox 4.0.dmgsee also these pages and threads about Fast Browser Search (FBSMTWB in the user agent).
