I used Itunes to update IOS 5.0.1 to IOS 5.1.1 last night then i cant turn on my iphone 4s now.What can i do?
as the title!!
last night my iphone cant read SIM card suddenly
i changed two cards but still dont work
then i try to revocery and update
but i was ios 5.0.1 so my itunes download ios 5.1.1
then i cant open my iphone now
it only shows itunes icon and a usb line
please help me

The update copied all my apps and content back to my iPad. Are all your apps on your computer's iTunes ? An iPad backup only contains your apps content and settings and not the actual apps, so for the restore to be able to work fully iTunes needs access to the apps. If you re-download them to your computer's iTunes you could then try restoring to your backup and see if that copies them and their content back to the iPad. - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

What do you mean "invalid support"? What EXACTLY did it say? Did it say you had an unsupported SIM after updating the firmware on your phone?

Im trying to restore my iphone 3G, i used itunes to restore it so it downloaded the iOS, after that it gives me the error 1015, when i read about the error then it tells me that i was downgrading, but how come since i used itunes to restore? why didnt it automatically provide me with the latest software made perfectly for the iPhone?
Your phone was jailbroken. You can't get help here.

Reset everything.. did you do this?
Tap Settings / General / Reset / Reset Network Settings
If you're already been there, done that, could be a third party app preventing Safari from accessing the web.
Re sync your apps 5 at a time, then test the iPad. -

It sounds to me like after updating the iOS on your phone, you no longer have your numbers documents and photos.
I would next restore from the backup you created that night whether it was with iCloud or iTunes.

By design, the iphone will sync itunes content with one computer at a time. Any attempt to sync such content with a second computer will result in ALL itunes content being first erased from your phone & then replaced with the content from the second computer. This is a design feature and cannot be overridden. Because you are using a new computer, your phone will see this computer as a "new" computer. The itunes content sync is one way: computer to phone. If you have photos that were synced to your phone or music ripped on your own that were not backed up, you will first have to extract them from your phone using third party software, before you do anything else, as Apple makes no provision to do so:

Once you've done that, do the following in the order specified:
1. Disable auto sync when an iPod/iPhone is connected under iTunes>Preferences(under the edit menu if using Windows)>Devices in itunes.
2. Make sure you have one contact & one event in the supported applications(Address Book & iCal or Outlook, Windows Address Book) on your computer. These entries can be fake, doesn't matter, the important point is that these programs not be empty.
3. Connect your phone, iTunes running, DO NOT SYNC at this point.
4. Store>Authorize this computer.
5. File>Transfer Purchases(To make sure all purchased content on your phone will be in your itunes library).
6. Right click in the device pane & select reset warnings.
7. Right click again and select backup.
8. Right click again & select restore from backup, select the backup you just made. When prompted to create another backup, decline.
9. This MUST be followed by a sync to restore your itunes content, which you select from the various tabs, You'll get a popup regarding your contacts & calendars asking to merge or replace, select merge.
You should be good to go. -
