in my system i have 4 users their are using some non secured sites so it should be blocked so please give me the option to block the sites.

How can I block a site that keeps wanting to change my Java?

I want to block a site that keeps coming up wanting to change my Java program from "Oracle" Java to something else. Is there a way to block specific sites in Firefox?
I am running Windows 8.1 on a Toshiba laptop and have Firefox 25.0.1 Mozilla 26-1.0

hello Nglover1941, you have various adware addons present - maybe one of them is causing the issue. please try these steps:

After I looked something up at Merriam-Webster Dictionayr's online site, I started getting a pop-up for something called Degrees.info, with a URL of

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make a note of those passwords and bookmarks.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.

With the site on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see [https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button]) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.

Internet Options-> Security Tab, more information, please see:
Change security and privacy settings for Internet Explorer
If we want the password to be set as AutoComplete, please follow the steps mentioned in the below article:
Remember passwords and fill out web forms
Navigate to Tools->Internet Options->
Content tab, under AutoComplete, click settings, Select the
User names and passwords on forms check box, then click
OK.

Could firefox developers use some other company besides google to block attack sites and web forgeries. Google are leaving zombie cookies.
