I want to buy IDES ECC 6.0 software. Can anyone please guide me?

Hi,
I have seen related questions in the forums here, but the only answer I get is to contact the sales people.
I wanted to buy ides ECC 6.0 software for educational purpose and so I have contacted info.india at sap. But there was no response.
How can I contact SAP sales people for India? (It seems that we need to know extension number to use the telephone)
There is a US-based website which claims that they have authorization to sell IDES installed hard disks. Did anyone come across such reliable sources here?
What would be the price of ECC 6.0 IDES Training version and Solution manager 7.0 software?
Do they deliver the software in the form of DVDs to our mailing address?
What is the procedure to buy IDES SOFTWARE and whom should I contact?

Again: There is no license for home use
http://service.sap.com/ides states:
Order an IDES system  free of charge via the Service Marketplace software catalogue. To order an IDES system free of charge, you need the corresponding SAP license.
On top, Solution Manager only works if you have an S-Number and a saprouter connection to the SAP backend systems which you only get if you have a license. So even if you had the software it doesn't work.
As of now there's no chance to legally get an IDES system as an individual to "train".
