I want to order photos saved on my iPad at a Walmart or CVS.  Suggestions?

I have photos saved on my iPad and would like to print copies at a Walmart or CVS.  Any suggestions on an easy way to do this?  My Walmart photos account does bot allow an electronic submission.

Yep, it specifies it's compatible with both Mac and PC. Below you will see the requirements
PC with USB 2.0 port
Windows 7; Windows Vista; or Windows XP Home or Professional with Service Pack 3 or later
iTunes 10.2 or later recommended

  • I want to order photos on iPhoto. I have logged in one photo, and then my choices are cancel and buy now. How do I order more than one photo at a time?

I would like to order more than one photo on iPhoto. I have downloaded one picture, and then my choices are cancel and buy now. I would like to download other photos to have them printed, too. How do I do that?

Wich version of iPhoto do you have? You need iPhoto '09 or '11 to order prints.
Make an album of all photos you want to order in the same order.
Then select all photos at once, when you use Share > order prints.
You should see a panel like this, where you can mark the quantities. The screenshot is from iPhoto 9.6:

  • What is "Label" when completing credit information on ordering photos?

What does it mean when a window identified as "Label" if found on application for credit card use.  It isn't clear what is required.  I've entered Myself and other things to no avail.  Need help.  Want to order photos!

The "other" consists of the iOS itself and app data including saved messages, email, web pages, games, etc. You can see and individually delete stored app data:
Setting > General > Usage > Manage Storage  > (swipe across entries to delete)
If the other is much greater than 1 GB, it may contain corrupted data or file system errors (metadata).  To get rid of this, restore in iTunes using a backup, and if needed as a new phone, without using a backup.

  • Where are imported photos saved, during a iTunes sync with IOS devices?

When i sync my iPhone/iPad, on one of the steps it says importing photos.
Are these photos being transfered form my iPad to my PC, or the other way around?

They are being synced from your computer to your iPad - you can specify which photos that you want to sync to your iPad via the Photos tab : syncing photos.
If you want to copy photos taken with the iPad, copied onto it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites to your computer then it's done outside of iTunes : photos to computer.

  • Re-order photos

    How i can re-order photo's on my Ipad 2??

You can't - if you are syncing photos from folders on your computer then they will be sorted by capture date. To re-order them you will need to manipulate their dates on your computer and then re-sync : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4221

  • Photo editing on the iPad?

Setting asidde why one might want to do photo editing on the iPad, are there any apps for that? And if there are, where do the photos get stored? Thanks--

I also looked into editing the photo in iPad ,and I agree with the previous reader the t it luck the pixel level control. The only thing it good for is just a quick color correction and some sort of easy editing. My other concern is that, even if iPad is terrific tool to see a photos , there is no way to categorize, rate or sort them without using the big brother MAC! why? I can't get it why can't I star's rate the photo?

  • Do i have to have my photos saved to photostream in order to view them on pc?

I recently lost my ipod and I didn't have the pictures saved to my photostream, Can i still access them?

You don't have to use photo stream at all in order to get your camera roll photos on your computer.  You can also import them using your usb cable as explained here: iOS: Import personal photos and videos from iOS devices to your computer.
If you want to use photo stream, any photos you add to your camera roll on your iOS devices are added to your photo stream when certain conditions are met (the device is connected to wifi, has the camera app closed and bas at least 20% battery life remaining).  These photos are then streamed to all your iOS devices and computers sharing the photo stream.  Each photo only remains in iCloud for 30 days, allowing sufficient time for your devices/computers do download it, and is then removed from iCloud.  On you PC, these photos are found in your iCloud photo folder (called Photo Stream by default).  If you delete a photo from this folder, or from the corresponding folder on any of your iOS devices (the My Photo Stream album), it is deleted from all of them.  That's why you must periodically copy these photos to a different folder on your PC if you want to keep them indefinitely without worrying that they might be inadvertently deleted from one of your iOS devices.  With that as background, the answers to your questions are:
You can permanently save a photo stream photo on your PC in the Photo Stream folder, but it is vulnerable to being deleted if it is deleted from any of your iOS devices.  As a precaution, it is therefore important to copy them to a different folder to prevent this.
You can never redownload photo stream photos older than 30 days from iCloud as they only remain there for 30 days.  At any point in time, only photos added in the last 30 days are available.
You would have to use a utility program the find duplicate filenames, then restrict it to looking only for photo stream files (.jpg, .png).
If you need to free up space on your phone you'll have delete or sync data off of it.  One way is to delete some of your photos & videos.  Import them to your computer using your usb cable first; you will get an option to delete them after they are imported.  Photos imported this way will permanently stay on your computer and are not at risk of being deleted by deleting them from any of your other devices.

  • HT201302 I have Windows XP laptop. Can I get the photos Saved on the iPad1 iOS4.3 from emails and websites etc. Onto my laptop as backup or in case I want to delete the photos from the iPad?

I have Windows XP laptop. Can I get the photos Saved on the iPad1 iOS4.3 from emails and websites etc. Onto my laptop as backup or in case I want to delete the photos from the iPad?
It never seems to synch fully with the laptop?

Ivon, when you are satisfied that you have successfully imported the new folders to the iPad you can go back (as I have described above) and delete the originals of those you copied out in order to avoid 'duplication' and also save space.
The method I have described also has advantages over creating new albums within the Photos app on the iPad since it 'duplicates' the photos and only permits the deletion of all so called copies. King_Penguin is correct when he states you can copy out photos originally taken with the iPad etc.

  • I want to order files (e.g., photos) in a particular order (not necessarily an order that is an option in MacOS. Ie, my own custom order, and I want them STAY in that order until I change the order. Is this possible?

I want to order files (e.g., photos) in a particular order (not necessarily an order that is an option in MacOS. Ie, my own custom order, and I want them STAY in that order until I change the order. Is this possible?

Custom sort order is not a typical option in the list view of any desktop computing systems I know of. The way you're seeing it work is also how it works in Windows and other systems.
There is no "None" sort order. What you're seeing is a "None" option under "Arrange By." Arranging is not the same as sorting; arranging is how the files are grouped in the window. For example, you can arrange (group) files by Kind while sorting by Name. You'll notice that if you are in List view and you choose Arrange By "None," in the window there is still a sort triangle next to the column name that it's sorting by.
If Arrange is set to None, the files appear in one big group (the traditional view) that is controlled by the Sort order (where there is no None option).
I didn't even know the difference between Sort and Arrange until I saw your question and did a little research! This Macworld article helped:
How to arrange and sort files in Lion Finder (also applies to later OSs like Mavericks)
As for your main question, how to do a custom sort order in the Finder, you can only rearrange files manually in Icon view. As with other operating systems, if you want to create a custom sort order for photos there are other ways:
Use a photo organizer application like iPhoto or Lightroom. Some let you have custom sort orders in folders, but others only let you have a custom sort inside a different container like an "album" or "collection". Having those additional container types is part of why photos are often best managed in an organizer application and not on the desktop.
Rename the files. You can use a renaming utility program to rename the photos with numbers that will enforce your sort order when sorted by name on the desktop, like
    01 Photo.jpg
    01 Photo.jpg
    01 Photo.jpg
    or
    Photo 01.jpg
    Photo 02.jpg
    Photo 03.jpg

Well, there is a whole world of free or affordable software out there like GIMP, PDPaint and similar. Otherwise if you want to stick with Adobe stuff signing up for the CC photography program would be the most cost-efficient way...

1.)  How do I organized my photo album on my ipad?
2.)  How do I remove an album on my ipad?
3.)  i have taken over 1,000 photos on ipad, now it won't sync stuff to the ipad because it said there is not enough space.  I want to delete some past synced photos from the computer to create space, but I don't know how to find it on computer.  It sycned a portion of a file onto the ipad which is useless to me so I want to delete it all & start fresh.
4.)  I was thinking about copying some of those photos over so it would show up as new data maybe then it would sync to my ipad as a new & competed album.  Or will this create more problem because it would only be creating more photos?
5.)  By the way, I don't know how to use dropbox or anything like it, so I take photos of some files & web screen that I use regularly to always have access regardless of internet access.  That is why I have so many photos.  But I want to be able to separate & organized them by files, web screens, or topics.  I also want to be able to delete & update as needed.
6.)  If needed I am willing to delete 4 G of downloaded app to create space.  Will this help the space issue?  Also could I just leave the downloaded app to my computer only & only sync to to ipad as needed, since I don't need app as regularly.  I NEED "photo" ALL of the TIME!  I am out in the field, instead of carrying stack & stack of papers, I carry ipad with photo of these daily needed papers!

1, you can't at the moment, though with iOS 5 in the Autumn, from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios5/features.html#photos :
Even organize your photos in albums — right on your device
2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad

Just because I have an imac pre 2007 why can I not order photo albums???!!
I spent hours building a photo album for my parents only to find out that because my mac is earlier than 2007, even though I have 10.6.8, I can no longer order?! What is with that? This makes no sense. I can go online to various "photo shop" place and regardless of the OS and computer I am working from I can order a photo album so why can I no longer do this through iPhoto on my MAC?
How do I order my album now? If somebody could please explain as I am going home in 1 month and really wanted to surprise my aging parents with this book.

    I found this:

  • I still don't totally understand the difference on my iPhone between PhotoStream (with iCloud icon), Photos (the icon) and Albums and Camera Roll (under Photos icon) and and Camera Roll (under Camera icon).  I want to delete photos from my iPhone 4.

I  don’t  understand the difference on my iPhone between PhotoStream (with iCloud icon), Photos (the icon) and Albums and Camera Roll (under Photos icon) and and Camera Roll (under Camera icon).  They seem to be more or less the same thing, but deleting photos in one place does not delete them elsewhere.
When I tried to import from my camera to my iMac computer the computer would not recognized 900 of the 920 photos on the camera so I had to (successfully) use the Image Capture application to import them.
I want to delete photos from my iPhone 4 in order to free up storage (I only have 8GB.)  But in synching I do not want to delete any images from my iPhoto on my computer.
Is there a way that I can Delete All under Edit in either Photos or Camera on my iPhone and check about 20 ijmages to remain on the iPhone?  I could find no command to Select All and then uncheck the 20 photos I want to keep.
I have the 8GB iPhone and the iMac with OS 10.9.2 and iPhoto '09 Version 8.1.2.
    Help!

I have Version 6.1.3 because the clogged storage will not allow me to upload Version 7.1.  Catch 22.  This is basically a storage issue, I believe.  I cannot delete enough stuff on my iPhone to allow me to either back up or upload the new OS 7.  I am unwilling to pay for more storage in iCloud, so I want to delete stuff I don't need.  But I haven't yet figured out how to successfully do that.  I synch my phone and computer.  I want to delete mail on the Mail app and photos and still keep my photos on my computer on iPhoto, but not on my phone.  I seem unable to do that.  Any advice?
