Turn off My PhotoStream in iCloud on both the iPad and the Mac. PhotoStream is what shares your photos (unless you are using iCloud Photo Library Beta, in which case, all photos uploaded are accessible from all devices signed onto the same Apple/iCloud ID).

On the iPad open Settings/iCloud and delete the account using the button at the bottom. Once deleted log in using the other account. For iTunes Stores use Settings/iTunes & Apps Stores, tapp on the Apple ID at the top then sign out. Once done sign in using the other account. Once you are happy with the changes plug your iPad into your computer to update the backup.

I'm not understanding what you're wanting. You don't sync ipad to iPad. You can sync both devices to the same iTunes account or same computer.
And you can choose the content on each device. I have an iPod and iPad and maintain separate content on each one.

Yes, you could, because in this case you would have something like a backup in the cloud. BTW, personally I also like Flickr. Flickr offers you 1 TB (1000 GB) of free storage and automatic upload for photos since iOS 7 (it is a very attractive offer, at least for me)

Depends on whether your carrier supports Personal Hotspot & how/if they charge for this feature. Some carriers include Personal Hotspot as part of your data plan, some require it be provisioned on your account. Contact your carrier & see what their requirements are. The fact that you have the Personal Hotspot setting indicates your carrier supports this feature.

If you are UPDATING your app, it may be because that previous app was downloaded using another Apple ID.
If not, you can try going to:
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Tap the top bar with your Apple ID>Sign Out and then Sign back in
This may fix the issue you are having with it wanting to use another Apple ID.

Material in order and invoice, but i don't want it appears in delivery

I have a problem. I have a dummy material (insurance) which is a service. I want that material appears in order and invoice (va02, vf02) like a normal item, but i don't want this material in the delivery (vl02).
I change item category for this dummy material to LEIS (service without delivery, before was DIEN, with delivery), but it still appears in delivery.
I have to do it through materials. We have ruled out a solution based in price conditions.
Can you help me? Have you some ideas what i have to do?

First of all, thank you to everyone has answered to my post.
I've tried with some of your solutions and it works for take the material out of the delivery, but our problem still being there, because we have to do the billing from the delivery. When we do billing, this dummy material doesn't appear in the invoice.
Maybe what I asked before is impossible, so i think there's another option. The problem we have is about delivery note which includes this service. But, can I print the delivery note without this material? I wouldn't like modify the printing program, there's another option for taking the items which i don't want to see out of the output?

Is there any way of creating separate I.d.'s under 1 apple I.d.? My kids are too young to have there own apple I.d. And then they wouldn't be able to access all the music and apps we have purchased .....or would they. I'm am finding this confusing with the numerous devices we have in the family. When they sync I don't want all of their friends contact info nor do I want them to have mine. I also don't want their goofy photos. I am the only one with the password for the iTunes account. I had to take them off of iCloud for this reason. I am not tech savvy but I can figure things out when pointed in the right direction. Please help! Thanks and merry Christmas!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You can use different ID's for iTunes and iCloud.
Just delete the account in settings > iCloud and create them their own account.
if the children are minors, you wiil need to create and be responsible for each account yourself.
