I want to watch TV on my Zen

Okay, please bear with me because I'm new to MP3 players, and the Zen doesn't make it easy for us morons.
I understand that one can play TV shows and other video on the Zen. Okay, how do I do that? I went to iTunes and downloaded an episode of a TV show I enjoy, but I have no flippin' idea how to transfer it to the Zen and get it to play. I tried going to the video converter wizard thing, but it basically didn't? "see" the show on my computer. Are there any alternati'ves I could choose? I don't really care where I get the TV show from, basically, as long as I can download it and play it. Same with video. I understand I can't convert a video that I bought because of encryption, but is there any other way to play video on this? Creative does NOT make this part easy to understand. Thanks for your help.

While Li've Tv isnt possible, I have managed to watch TV programmes on my Zen vision:M with some mixed results mainly concerning screen resolution.
All the programmes are recorded from the Freeview DTT service on my hard disk PVR that sits under my TV, the PVR is linked to my P.C via USB, and its just a case of copying a Tv recording form my freeview recorder ( MPeg2 file with DTT headers) onto my P.C, removing the DVB-T headers/De muxing the file and that leaves me with a basic MPeg2 file, which the creative and other software handles for the final leap to the Zen Vision:M.
The only problem is screen size, as most of the content is transmitted in 6:9 format the video on the Zen vision:m appears stretched, and so far i have been unable to get the aspect ratio looking correct on the vision:m , ie , with a black border at the top and bottom of the screen.
When dealing with standard 'square' non widescreen video theres no problem, as the video fits the vision:m screen.
