I wish to cancel my membership since it's of no use for me and to be refund, how do i do this?

I've had adobe creative cloud for two days, without using it, and now I want to cancel my membership. I only got it for a school applyment but since it didn't help me AT ALL with my current problem I immiedately tried to cancel my payment, This was about one half an hour before I agreed to buy it. I just want my money back, because otherwize it would be like throwing money in the basket.

Since downloading Firefox, I cannot send email attachments and upload files. How do I fix this?

When I click on "attach file" or "upload file" I always get a message...."Firefox is not responding". Then I have to close the program and open Internet Explorer. I would prefer using Firefox,can you tell me how to fix this problem?

I wish to cancel my membership. I thought I was installing PSE13 but terms came across as if I was in a service so it seems I'm in creative cloud. I'm taking an online class on PSE 13 & want to display both the class lesson as well as PSE13. When I went online to cancel membership, I was reverted to getting on a forum. I'd like to speak with a representative so that I can cancel my membership & not be in membership. Then I'd like to go to a physical store & purchase a PSE 13 disk.

Under the Email ID used here in forum, you have one serial number of PSE13 registered, there is no creative cloud associated with it.
If you have any other Adobe Id, please let us know.

Create a new Apple ID for the second phone. If you are setting the phones up as new phone enter the ID you want to use on each phone.
If both phones are already signed in to one Apple ID then use the settings app to change Apple IDs on one phone.
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on the Apple ID > sign out > sign in with alternate Apple ID.
Note that if you have downloaded apps with the original Apple ID on the phone with the new Apple ID, those apps will still be associated with the old Apple ID and will require the old ID and password in order to update them.

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? That is a very good warning provided by the Download Statusbar extension. Something like that should been built into Firefox. I filed this Bug report a couple of years ago, about the lack of a warning like that.

You might want to ask the developer of the Download Statusbar extension about it. He might know which AV programs are compatible with the Windows API that Firefox uses for the download scan.

I was having trouble with downloads on Ebay using Internet Explorer. They recommended Firefox. And it worked better. However, under My Pictures, the actual pictures disappeared and were replaced with the numbers only. I makes it difficult to remember which picture is which when you wish to download 50 or more items. I would like to have the actual pictures back rather than just the numbers. In fact, I do not have the pictures appearing that I use for Ebay. Thank you.

If images are missing then check that you aren't blocking images from some domains.
*Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.
*Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools > Page Info > Permissions"
*Check "Tools > Page Info > Media" for blocked images
*Select the first image link and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list.
*If an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a check-mark then remove this check-mark to unblock images from this domain.
Make sure that you do not block (third-party) images, the permissions.default.image pref on the about:config page should be 1.
Make sure that you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the Windows/Mac Accessibility settings.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own colors.
*Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Colors : [X] "Allow pages to choose their own colors, instead of my selections above"
Note that these settings affect background images.

Since updates my printing for emails and downloaded documents is miniscule and showing landscape, so how do I reset this to print the page as it appears?

Whenever I print something from online or from a document, I do not have an option to change from landscape back to portrait. I also have miniscule print that is all squished to the left margin and printed on landscape. I cannot use this in business transactions and this has been occuring since an upgrade this fall. Also, I have started using netflix with this computer FYI.
I do not have this problem with Safari as a browser. I really like Firefox because I feel it has kept our PCs here at home safer as well as my MACBOOK.
Please tell me how I can change settings back to what they originally were for data going to my HP printer 3745.

I've had that same exact issue, I received the first e-mail claiming to be from Apple last night (though over the past week I've received two other scam e-mails from different addresses claiming that my bank transactions have been aborted). It said it was from my own address, and I checked it closely to make sure it wasn't a spoof account but found it was indeed my own e-mail address. Five minutes ago I changed my password, and I have just now received a second e-mail exactly the same, still coming from my own account. My best guess at an explanation is that it may have been sent before I changed my password and there was just a delay in the message sending, resulting in it coming through after changing my password.
I've now forwarded the e-mail on as an attachment to the [email protected] address, however this still doesn't help me with regards to stopping these e-mails. It concerns me that even though I changed my password they still possibly have access to my account. I tried checking my account activity but as opening the mail app on my iPhone is considered as a log in and I check it almost twice an hour, it's impossible to tell which could possible be an intruder logging in.

Since updating to OS X Mavericks I get a continuous update request for command line developer tools. How do I stop this?

Since installing OS X Mavericks, automatic updates keep producing download demand for Command Line Developer tools 6.0 and 6.1. I don't need these but cannot seem to stop the updates available, even if they are downloaded and installed. Can anyone tell me how to stop this?

The problem is she entered an email address she thought might be mine ,but actually used by someone else .She said no password was set up .My understanding is an email must have been sent to that address and he or she can set up the password and download .And now I set up an new ID under the ICloud but still the wrong email address still appear as a default one .I tried to delete the set up but I was asked for the password which we don't have .

Since about two weeks the right click doesn't work in firefox, how do i resolve this?

I always used the Nightly version of Firefox, so I figured it was a bug in the new update. But by now I completely removed Nightly, and installed the normal Firefox, but still nothing happens after rightclicking in the screen > in, e.g. the bookmark toolbar it does work properly, but not anywhere while browsing!
