I would like to download a production desciption into my website like I have before, but it says I can't use the copy/paster method anymore. Why?

I have a website - www.pawsitivepamperings.com, and I have been adding products for the last 6 months. I have been using the copy/paste method from my drop shipper. Since the end of last week, it hasn't been working. It has totally stopped my progress! I need help in using this function again - as soon as possible. Can you help me?

I right click, and Copy from an HTML description from my drop shipper. Then I go to my website and right click to Paste.
One of two things happens. (1) if it does copy, the text prints over the image; OR (2) I get a message that Firefox does not apply a Cut/Copy/Paste.
The wording at the bottom of the description box says: Path: table> tbody> tr> td> p> font.
I was told by my webmaster to eliminate the following but I don't see it on my products page: <table align="center" border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="1" width="100%>.
When I have been on a 'live chat' with my support team, a couple of them have overridden the issue and I could precede, but I go to the next product to add, the whole process starts again and I cannot proceed.
Does this make sense?

that's correct. Cloud software can be installed on Mac and/or Windows for no extra cost. No platform swapping process is required.
On the Mac simply sign in to creative.adobe.com with your Adobe ID and download the software. Same as you did on the PC.

Your problem is really with "Time Machine", backup software included with OS X since version 10.5, not with your Time Capsule router. For more information on Time Machine, check these Web pages:

I just downloaded the new Mavericks operating sytem on my mid 2010 MacBook Pro, 17" 2.53GHz, Intel Core I5 machine. My IPhoto is no longer working at all, I'm getting an error message that says - "You Can't open the application "IPhoto" because it is not supported on this type of Mac". I also loaded Mavericks onto my other MacBook Pro 17", mid 2009 model and everything works fine. I would think that the newer Mac would easily work with IPhoto. Also, when I try to download from the App Store, it asks for my Apple ID and Password, I enter it, and then the little spinning color wheel just spins forever, with nothing ever happening. I tried downloading the IPhoto Upgrade but it never actually downloads, HELP!!!

What version of iPhoto do you have installed? Is if one of the versions shown as not compatible in this screenshot?
If it is then go to the App Store and download iPhoto 9.5. It will be free if you have an iPhoto 9 or later verson currently.

I think you can get Windows 7 for around $99. Install the 64bit version as the 32bit version will not be able to use all your new computer's ram if you have more than about 3.5gb.
Back up your quick books data now before the old hard drive dies. You can copy your data over to your new installation of Windows and quick books.

What version exactly did you buy? If you bought CS6, then the license is perpetual and doesn't need any extension. If you bought CC, then you need to renew your plan every year. You can install each Adobe software on 2 machines with a single license for non-concurrent use.

Besides setting the iTunes store to the US, you will also need
a credit card issued in the US with billing address in the US;
you also are supposed to be located in the US when using the
US store, and there are periodic software checks to verify that.
Simply changing the iTunes store to the US iTunes store will
not allow you to make purchases/download free apps without
meeting the other requirements. Do you meet them?

Do you mean in the All Images search in the Finder?
IF so:
1.Never interact with photos that are in iPhoto via the All Images Search. This does not understand the iPhoto Library and it's very, very easy to damage the library this way.
2. What you were seeing was the original file you imported and the thumbnail created by iPhoto for viewing on the iPhoto Window. That thumbnail is not designed for user access.
What are you trying to do ultimately?

You messaged me that the contact sheet look is what want but w/o spaces.
One method is to actually start with the PSE contact sheet tool. I assume your version has it (mine is PSE 2). Maybe your version has an option to remove spaces; mine doesn't. In this example I created a sheet of 4 rows and 3 columns, with the option to not flatten the layers. Each picture appears on a separate layer.
On each row I moved the left and right pics inward to remove the spaces between the pics:
Activate the Move tool. Click on the left pic and use the arrow keys to move it inward. Same with the right pic.
Now to remove the spaces between the rows. To make this easier. lock together the pics on each row. Here I locked the pics on the top row, then used the arrow keys to move the row as a unit downward. An alternative method would be to merge the 3 pics on each row and move that merged layer. Do the same for the remaining rows.
This method works of course if the pictures are all the same size and all aligned vertical or horizontal.
If you don't want to use the contact sheet tool (e.g., if the pics are different sizes or alignment) you can do this:
Create a blank canvas.
Open a picture, select it (Select > All) and copy to the clipboard (Edit > Copy).
Activate the blank canvas and Edit > Paste. The picture will be placed on its own layer.
Do the same with the remaining pics and use the Move tool with mouse and/or arrow keys to position them where you want.
The advantage of the first method is that the rows and columns are precisely aligned. Using the mouse to align the pictures could be a little tricky.
