hi
Can you share screen shot of NTG & which version of CVP u are using . have you created Network VRU Labels.
SIP Call With IVR Service is Terminated With Reason Code: Q.850;Cause=38
Symptom:
Any failure of the bootstrap VoiceXML Server fetches to Call Server causes the SIP IVR Service
leg of call to be terminated by the recovery handoff TCL scripts on VoiceXML Server Gateway
with a Q850 code of 38.
Message:
Q.850;Cause=38
Cause:
If the Unified CVP loses network connectivity, the VoiceXML Server Gateway is not able to
get information from the IVR Service, and as a result a code 38 rejection is generated in the
Gateway logs.
remove the following lines from the network interface config in IOS:
Action:
no ip route-cache cef
no ip route-cache
no ip mroute-cache
keepalive 1800
no cdp enable
This I got it from CVP 4.x Troubleshooting guide. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cust_contact/contact_center/customer_voice_portal/cvp4_0/troubleshooting/guide/cvp40tsg.pdf

  • Failure to install SQL Server 2012 SP1 CU8/9 with a "Failed to retrieve data for this request." error

    Hi all,
Has anyone come across SQL Server 2012 SP1 CU8/9 failing to install with a “Failed to retrieve data for this request.” error.
The error is too generic for a useful search on web, for me at least anyway.
Had no problems patching a whole bunch of other servers in the same environment.
I’m no good at reading these error logs. For some reason the primary replica is referenced in the detailed log???
The CU8/9 patch has been run by both Domain Admins and local Admin with no luck.
We are trying to patch a secondary failover replica. (SharePoint 2013 is installed on this server.)
This is from the summary log:

    Hello SQL Ranger,
Thanks for posting the detailed log. I dont have exact solution for this but I can give you some hint what could be reason patch has failed below message points to fact that there is some issue with account which is used to install CU patch.Have alook at
below log.It says that when patch was trying to get details from other node in cluster it was not able to.

IMO I strongly feel it is issue with the account. Microsoft has also documented about this for SQL Server 2008 .Have a look at following links
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-US;2000257
Please also assign privilege mentioned in below link

  • Failed to find uninstaller for add-on

    Hi,
Whenever I try to uninstall my addon, I get the following error:
failed to find uninstaller for add-on
When creating the ard file, I specify that the installer and uninstaller are the same file. Do I have to embed a copy of the installer inside the installer so that it gets copied to the installation folder? When I do that it seems to work. But, it doesn't make sense. Why doesn't Business One just pull the installer down from the server to uninstall it?
    Thanks.

    Hi,
When u build the Add-on, u can build with current patch level and the dll's should be delete in Temp folder and then u delete the old add-on's in C:\\program files\sap\sap business one\add-on's\........ and the path follows like that and u may removee the add-on's in that folder and register the new add-on's version in sap then u may install the add-on's without failure.

  • Fail to find uninstaller for add-on

I receive the error message "Fail to find uninstaller for add-on" when upgrading my addon. My uninstaller.exe is copied into the addon subfolder in the AddOns folder of SBO during installation and it is invoked when I upgrade the addon. The uninstaller.exe just displays a message. What could be the problem?
    Thank You, Miki

I'm having the identical problem. The error message is displayed after the installer completes.
I specified the uninstaller program when generating the ard; it is not the same as my installer program. The uninstall.exe was installed in the same add on directory as the exe file for the addon itself. Is it expected to be somewhere else?
Looking in the SBO-Common.SARI I can see my add on and UnInstName is set to "Uninstall.exe". InstIsUn is set to "N" and IParams is blank.
    Thanks for any assistance.
    Bill Faulk
on edit: It does actually execute the uninstall.exe the next time I start SAP. It just shows an error when I install it.

Knowing who is your email provider would be a good starting point.

  • Leopard install fails with panic: "Unable to find driver for this platform"

I have an early 2006 20" iMac with OSX 10.4.11 installed. Running perfectly with latest Firmware, permissions repaired, just perfect. I now want to upgrade to OSX 10.5, so I insert the Leopard Install DVD, reboot, and then to my horror a kernel panic, screen goes black with message panic(CPU 0 ...): "Unable to find driver for this platform", with the usual boxed message about holding the start button.
    Grateful for any help.

I finally managed to install Leopard by using a 2nd iMac to read the install DVD, and using firewire and Target Mode as described in http://reviews.cnet.com/8301-13727_7-10327225-263.html?tag=mfiredir . This seems to imply that the kernel panic is due to some hardware fault with my iMac's optical drive.

  • Real racing 3 - error, failed to find players

    Hi, first time here.
love RR3 but the online multiplayer can be a pain.
at times when I try to race it will be fine, but then often after a race when I want to race again it comes up with 'error, failed to find players', and once that happens I have to leave the game for a while, turn ipad off and on or reset ipad to be allowed to race again. This is with online multiplayer only, everything else works well. No perceived problems with game centre synching or my internet.
    any ideas?
    david.

    Hey Bendigodave,
One thing that may be happening is one or more of the players you just played with has left the party. If you mean when you exit out of a party and start another matchmaking, then you first want to check your internet speed and connection. you can download a speed test app for that. Secondly, a nice fresh start for your Game Center account may help. Signing out of Game Center by going to Settings>Game Center> Tapping on your blue apple ID and signing out, then signing back in. Maybe that will help something out? If not, make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app and iPad. 7.0.3 is a couple versions behind. iPads are currently on 7.1.2. If all else fails, contact EA about it. they have excellent customer service. I hope this helps!

  • ELoad throwing error - Failed to find navigation path

    Hi,
I have a script that runs fine in eTester but fails in eLoad with error - Failed to find navigation path when it tries to click on a dynamic link on a page. I think it records the text of the link based on what account I have searched on. If I iterate through my records in the data bank, the script runs just fine in eTester. However, it fails with the "Failed to find navigation path" error in eLoad. Any ideas?
    Thanks.

Are you able to build the regular expression without the company data?
For example if my html had this in it:
    <INPUT type="text" id=ticker name=ticker value="TER">
and I want to extract TER to use somewhere else, I would create a custom variable with this regular expression:
    <INPUT type="text" id=ticker name=ticker value="(.+?)">
I would have to make the regular expression smaller if the ticker was in there. For example if the html was
    <INPUT type="text" id=ticker name=ticker val= "Teradyne" value="TER">
I would have to make the regular expression:
    <INPUT type="text" id=ticker name=ticker val=".+?" value="(.+?)">

  • Error message connection server ::invoke::failed to find service connection url.  I have read posts that say turning genius on and off will fix.  no luck.

Something has gone haywire with apple tv.  It still streams music via airplay from ipad or PC, but I cant get a menu of any functions.  Instead I get error message noted above.  I have tried rebooting, turning genius on and off in itunes, signing in and out of itunes and app store, all as suggested by others with this problem, but nothing works.  This started a week or two ago.  Please advise if there is a fix.  This is either ATV 2 or 3.

    Hi,
I doubt " tkcrrsarc: (WARN) Failed to find ARCH for message (message:0x1)" message would be creating connection problem. These messages can be ignored and it does not create any problem in normal functioning of database.
You should be looking at something else for connection problem. Might be you may have to take help of cluster admin.

Hi, I have a problem with getting my apple Id working for me. It's been 2 months since it happened and Apple failed to act. I can tell my story proerly, but am not sure, you guys can help, so I just copy my message to them today, I am trying to get it across all the places around to pay their attention. This is a desperate move, so if you are not the right people to help me to get my message accross, may be you can advise where can I go.
Thank you, and sorry for the language.

I am sorry to say that, but your security makes my life miserable – it’s been 2 months since my Apple ID account got stuck, and since then I cannot update 37 applications (to date), i.e. most of my applications. Half of them I bought. I also paid for iCloud, and it is not working. I paid money and I am stuck with old applications and no iCloud. Your security *****. Your service ***** too. It took your service 1 month to finally understand why this happened to me, and it took me tens of emails to you and 3 hours of telephone conversation to find out the reason for my problem. And the problem is still not fixed. NOT FIXED. You just leave your customer – the one who paid you money and spent so much time with you trying to help you help me – and nothing. You tell me:  “Vitas, Stick your stinky iphone in your *** and enjoy life, we do not care!” *************.
It is ******* outrageous, and you should know that,  guys. Get into the ******* database and correct the bug. Get someone in the partners-telephone carriers company (it is Orange as carreer and Cellcom as seller of the phone)  authorized to Identify me in personal encounter in one of the branches in Israel (where I live) and make sure it is really me, and get the ******* system accept my password and let me use my phone.
Otherwise **** off. None of my friends will get my advise to buy an iphone or any of apple products. And I think you should be very attentive to cases like this, guys. Do your work for the money we pay, or disappear. There are many others eager to take your place, and if the problem is not fixed I will eventually go to the others. My patience is lost, and as soon as I can afford another phone I will change it. AND I WILL TRY TO GIVE BAAAAAD PUBLICITY TO APPLE – I am threatening here, so ACT NOW.

Well, it seems waiting is not my strong suit..! I renamed a javascript file called recovery to sessionstore. This file was in the folder sessionstore-backups I had copied from mozilla 3 days ago, when my tabs were still in place. I replaced the sessionstore in mozilla's default folder with the renamed file and then started mozilla. And the tabs reappeared as they were 3 days ago!
So there goes the tab problem. But again when I started mozilla the window saying "a script has stopped responding" appeared, this time the script being: chrome//browser/contenttabbrowser.xml2542
If someone knows how to fix this and make firefox launch normally, please reply! Thank you

  • WES 7 OSD standalone (works) vs bootable (fails) - Failed to find suitable device driver for device (help)

    Hi everyone,
I'm trying to deploy a Windows Embedded Standard 7 (trial key at the moment) image in SCCM 2012 SP1 with a very simple task sequence.
    I have a 'build and capture' and an OSD TS. I'm testing these on Hyper-V PCs and both work fine when i create stand alone media. The problem arrises when I try to deploy (or build & capture) with a bootable media;
The TS starts, formats the disk, applies the OS, Windows and network settings, Apply Device Drivers etc., but when it reboots into Windows
(or WES7 to be exact) it cant boot. The Windows Boot Manager reports a 0xc0000359 for storvsc.sys
And I can't figure out what's wrong. I will post the SMSTS log further down below. The SAME TS works fine when it's a stand alone media.
    I have tried to:
    - Apply the WIM manually (nothing wrong - boots fine)
    - Create and apply driver package for the Hyper-V machines (from the MSI's Windows5.x-HyperVIntegrationServices-x86 and Windows5.x-HyperVIntegrationServices-x64)
    - No dice
    - Create a new boot image with the hyper-v drivers in it. No dice
    - Google everything related I can think of.
I suspect it has something to do with the lines where it says:
"Failed to find a suitable device driver for device xxx”
It also has a couple of 401 errors when trying to get the packages, but it seems like it DOES end up getting the content.

  • "Preview for Files Not Available" & "Failed to Find a Place for the Imported File"??

When I export RAW images into LR, some say "Preview for Files Not Available".  Also, it says "Failed to Find a Place for the Imported File".  Why?  What can I do to resolve this

    Hi,
Tried with this but still the same issue..
Stop the application services, recompile the JSP files manually, and start the application services. Check the login page then.

Spotlight has stopped working properly. Even when a known file is entered (with full file name) in search, it fails to find it. It finds some things, but is not to be depended upon. Any ideas?

Try reindexing spotlight: Spotlight: How to re-index folders or volumes - Apple Support
If you still have problems, open Console app, select All Messages, then search for mds in the search field. Then search for mdworker. See if there are any messages indicating it is having problems with certain files.
You can also delete the index altogether and cause it to reindex with a command in Terminal. I have always assumed the method above will do the same, but I'm not certain. You must run this command while  logged into an admin account. Copy the whole line and paste it into Terminal.
    sudo mdutil -E /
sudo temporarily elevates your privileges and will ask for your password. When you type it in, there won't be any response in the Terminal. Just type it and hit return.
