Icon users - if you're looking for Cyan......
I decided to contact support for myself to see what they say. Here's the transcript.

Visitor: Hello! I have the Lumia Icon and I was wondering if you guys have ANY idea when we can expect to get the Cyan update? And furthermore, the Denim update that we are supposed to get before the end of the year?
Kim: Good Afternoon!
Kim: Great question! We do not have an idea of when the software updates will be made available by the phone manufacturer. You can definitely reach out to Nokia and see when the updates would be available for download from their site or when they would be pushed out to your phone once they have been tested.
Visitor: Really? They are saying it's being held up by Verizon.....
Kim: I would be more than happy to get a link from the manufacturer's site and then put it here in to the chat for you.
Kim: We do test it before they release it, however the software does come from the manufacturer for the phone

Visitor: Even on their website it says that it is dependent upon your service provider. Does this mean since you guys don't know anything we are probably just never getting it since you don't plan to continue selling the Icon?
Kim: We complete the testing for the software and then provide our results to the manufacturer per the information that was provided by our network engineers
Kim: As far as the information that I have available to me, the software is then sent back to the manufacturer in order for it to be released to the devices and made available on the manufacturer website.
Kim: I am not sure why the information on their page reflects that it is based on the cellular service provider
Visitor: I don't know, but I'm being told that by everyone....I love this phone, but I'm starting to think I signed into a 2-year plan for an outdated phone :/
So, I don't think we'll ever get a correct response.....
Before Lumia Black, I had the Nokia 521 and was through T-mobile. We were pretty much the LAST to get the upgrade. When we switched to the Icon, I was ecstatic thinking SURELY we'd get the update early because it's the new ICON, it's 'top-of-the-line' and it's on Verizon, not T-mobile.....we *ALMOST* went with the 1020, but after checking specs we liked this option better. I'm not saying I don't like my Icon, I LOVE it, but I just thought I'd be higher up on the totem pole for updates now.....finding out that they are discontinuing the Icon was even MORE heartbreaking because now my 'top-of-the-line' phone will end up being a paperweight in a year (maybe less).
Another thing that really burns me is that when they announced the Denim, I was so excited because Icon was one of the FIRST to get it. I was thinking, "Oh, well, I won't be so upset about the Cyan delay if we get Denim first." but now that Icon is the bottom of the barrel, I kinda think we may get left behind with that one.

I am getting error while accessing url of lyncweb.domain.com, dialin.domain.com and meet.domain.com pointing to RP server.
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

In IIS ARR proxy server following server farms are added and configured as per link ttp://y0av.me/2013/07/22/lync2013_iisarr/
In proxy server had setup only following server farm : While running remote connectivity web service test : meet, dialin, lyncdiscover and lyncweb.
The client inside works fine internally and through vpn. Login with external client also working fine. But we are getting error in MRCA as follows.
a) While testing remote connectivity for lync getting error : The certificate couldn't be validated because SSL negotiation wasn't successful. This could have occurred as a result of a network error or because of a problem with the certificate installation.
Certificate was installed properly.
b) For remote web test under Lync throws error : A Web exception occurred because an HTTP 502 - BadGateway response was received from IIS7.

The Built in SharePoint 2013 Help Menu (?) on our Enterprise Farm for both the sites and Central
Admin does not work.
On Central Admin help the error comes back as: "Sorry, the page you're looking for can't be found".
The site collections Help menu gets the error :
"Unfortunately, help seems to be broken...
There aren't any help collections in the current language for the site you're using."
We have installed on all servers in the farm:

We are only using Default English (US) language packs.
In the directory of

there are cab files.
There are no pending upgrades on any SharePoint or SQL server, all other SharePoint components are working
normally.
Any ideas or suggestions?

I'm interested in getting the local help to work while this is offline, I saw the following in an article, did you do this and it still does not work for you?

When I click on anything in the site I get the message " The page you were looking for doesn't exist." This website works for everyone else, but not on my iPad 2 or iPhone 5. I cleared my cache and history on the iPad, but it still isn't working.

Your first statement explains the second statement. To use the German iTunes Store, you need to prove that you're a resident of Germany (that is required by the content owners who will not allow cross-border sales) and the only way Apple can provide such a verification is by requiring that you enter in either a German credit card or a German-purchased iTunes prepaid card. Since I presume the former is not a possibility, you'll need to do the latter if you wish to purchase content from the iTunes Store. Again, this is not Apple's choice but is forced on them by the content owners as a requirement for Apple being allowed to sell the content. The EU is working on regulations that would force the content owners to allow access pan-EU, but that's still in the works.
You do not need an iTunes Store account to activate and run your iPad, though; at least, I didn't need one for either of my two iPads. If you only want to set up an account so you can get free iPad apps, take a look here:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is apparently critical. This seems to come and go, or only apply to App Stores in specific countries, so you may not see the option for "None" when asked for a payment type.

When you open a new browser tab, underneath the box to type in what you are looking for is the recently visited list. I want to disable or delete this list...how do I get rid of this list???
The drop-down list displays items from your History and/or Bookmarks.
You can control what shows (or nothing at all): Options > Privacy, "Location Bar" section. Options are:

Hi There,
Need your assistance on the issue that we are facing in prod environment.
We are able to open web console from remote machine and able to view monitoring pane as well as my workplace folders from console . Able to view and access alerts and other folder in the monitoring pane. We are able to view and access My Workplace folder
and able to view the reports in Favorite Reports folder. But when I click on run Report we are getting the below error "500 Internal Server Error - There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."
In our environment we have 3 servers one is SQL server and two are SCOM servers. Please advise how to fix this issue. Do we have to do any thing from SQL End?
Errors: Event ID 21029: Performance data from the OpsMgr connector could not be collected since opening the shared data failed with error "5L".
Event ID 6002 : Performance data from the Health Service could not be collected since opening the shared data failed with error 5L (Access is denied.).

No longer easy to use. No longer logical. You now have to trawl through all the files just in case you missed what youi were looking for. Simple alphabetical order is all that is required not this over engineered confusion.
Clicking on the "name" column in any Finder list view will sort by name. Also, make sure you're not looking at the "All My Files" shortcut which is (in my opinion) confusing to many people and doesn't tell you where the files actually live.

StonyArcHope you are refering it to the actual page, which you invoke for any cfm/cfc request then yes, its extension would be .cfm/.cfc page but if you are refering it to its corresponding encoded pages from {ColdFusion10}\cfusion\wwwroot\WEB-INF\cfclasses then its extension would be .class.

You've used the wrong name for the folder that holds the html page.

www.artworksforyouth.org redirects to www.artworksforyouth.com which then redirects to your iWeb page.
Rather than the word "Site" in your URL you need to use ArtWorks%20for%20Youth -

I have created a web app in our SP 2010 test env. From our dev environment I brought in a content db and attached it to this web app using Mount Powershell command.The command worked without errors.The content db had one site collection in it. When I navigate
to that site I get the error below.I followed the same approach in dev and didn't have any issues.The content DB was migrated from MOSS 2007 site collection.
Please help.
