ICWC Transfer Button on contextarea

Hi guru,
I'm working on CRM 5.0. I'm trying to customize contextareapage on ICWC.
I have the button "Transfer" that is called by javascript. when you click on it a popup appear and you can select Queue tab and select from a table or select a destination or switch to Dial Pad where you can call anyone.
how can I customize the queue and its address? is it possible? where???
how can I hide the Dial Pad? is it possible? How can I do?

I believe that it's possible only with some development... Are you using Win or WebClient?
I did a search in my system (CRM 2007 WebClient) and maybe you can try change the HTML page that contains the code for DialPad:
1. SE80
2. Choose Package and value CRM_IC_CMP_CCS
3. Navigate to CRM_IC_CMP_CCS IC\BSP Library\BSP Applications\ICCMP_CCS\Pages with Flow Logic\TTransferDialog.htm and CRM_IC_CMP_CCS IC\BSP Library\BSP Applications\ICCMP_CCS\Pages with Flow Logic\transferDialog.htm and do the necessary changes.

Transfer Button in Siebel Accounts Assets

Hello all,
The Transfer button in the Accounts > Assets screen is showing the following error:
Cannot create business component 'Bulk Inventory Txn Popup VBC' for applet 'Asset Bulk Inventory Txn Popup Applet'.(SBL-UIF-00300)
We added the Business Component Bulk Inventory Txn Popup VBC to the given Business Object Asset Management but the error pop up remains even after restarting the services. Are there any more Business Objects to add the Business Component to?

I'm using Siebel 8.0. What if we installed the patch 8.1 would the error appear again? because we need to install it regarding our testing environment to test the BI Reports.
BTW, What is the reports engines we can use with Siebel and what is the recommended one from your experience?

Query on Web , Enhanced menu- Query properties- Transfer button not working

Hello to all experts,
When We execute a query from query designer on to the web, if a user wants to go to Enhanced menu->Query properties and select any of the options existing there example "Tabular view, supress zeros ect ect " when he clicks on the button "TRANSFER at the bottom " to transfer his selected options , nothing happens... I have never seen this ? Bw netweaver platform 3.5 highest running patch is SAPKW35012
Does this have to do with any global query settings where tto look in for these settings? Also if this may help When we open query designer in local view I see that many buttons are inactive "Cell view" "Switch to global " ect and in Web application designer the "VIEW" option is grayed out as well ... Were are these settings maintained? Does anyone have any input , the most inportant being why iis the query properties "TRANSFER" button in Enhanced menu not working, i have seen no note on this

Nothing happened, meaning that the screen did not move, or the scaling factor was not set? Did you try to do it again?

How to you get the transfer button in the lower right hand corner?

I am trying to transfer my purchases from one computer to another through home sharing. The songs come up, but there is no transfer button in the lower right hand corner, so i cannot transfer the purchases. How do you get the button there?

On the top-bar of iTunes, Under "advanced" click "switch to mini-player". That will automatically switch it to that size.
You can change it back to normal size mode by clicking the "maximize" symbol.
Of course, you can adjust the location of it on the screen at anytime by dragging its border (like any other program).

Siebel - CCA Consultative Transfer button

We are working with Siebel 8.0.0.5 and CCA 8.1 (I think) on Windows Environment.
The customer wants to be able to do Consultative transfer, but the functionality seems to be broken. Here is what happens:
1. someone calls in. Gets into the Queue. As soon an an agent becomes available, the call goes to that agent.
2. Then the Agent (A) clicks on the Consultative Transfer button. A popup opens up and the agent selects another agent (B). During this time, the outside caller gets hold music.
3. As soon as Agent A selects Agent B from the pick list, Agent B gets a screen pop and their phone rings.
4. Agent A and B are able to talk but We cannot figure out how Agent A can then transfer the outside caller to Agent B. We have clicked all the buttons but the outside caller keeps getting the hold music and the call doesn't get released from Agent A to Agent B.
Any one know what we may be doing wrojng?

You need to click on the 'complete transfer' icon in the CTI toolbar.
This is the same button as the consultative transfer button. Once you have the third party on the line...that buttons function toggles to the 'complete transfer' function.
If you mouse over it you will see the tool tip change to 'complete transfer' once you are talking to the other agent and the original caller is on hold.

Problem using transfer button in VARIABLE SCREEN

We are using BEX web designer and using bw query designing the template...and the template after genreation shows the variable screen but the trnsfer button is not functioning properly it does not show the value in the text box.
I have also hard coded the "&VARIABLE_SCREEN=X" in the url, but still the same problem is occuring.
can anyone tel what is the problem like

Call Web Dyn Pro from ICWC on Button event

Hi ,
How to call web dynpro application from ICWC (CRM 5.0) ?
In the srvTHead View a new button is provided and on click even the web dynpro application should be called.
I tried calling the web page using function module CALL_BROWSER and cl_gui_frontend_services=>execute.
is there any other way to call the web dynPro from ICWC.

Try doing a rebuild on your project and if that fails too the check the project/zip file you downladed from SDN. t should have the external jar file.

G729 transfer button inactive

Hi,
Got a weird problem with my CCM4.0(2)SR1; let me explain :
Have 2 different regions (central office + remote site); when I call from the outside to the central office (using the g711alaw codec), I may transfer calls to wherever I want; but when I call from the outside to the remote site (passing from the central office by a 3725 router, connected to the remote site by a vpn connection) and using the g729 codec, and I wish to transfer a call to another phone in the remote site, pressing the "transfer" hotkey does nothing.
BUT if I use the g711 codec to communicate between both sites, everything works well.
Conclusion : not enough bandwidth ? or misconfiguration?

Not Getting Transfer Button in Shipment Cost Document.

I am trying to transfer my files and settings from a windows 7 Ultimate 32bit machine to a windows Professional 64 bit machine

used easy transfer both machines are on a domain both are the same user yet i get an error message that says
" Windows Easy transfer can't log onto your domain"
Your new computer might not be connected to the domain.
Tried via the network same message yet both machines can see each other.
Tried saving it to a file on my external buffalo drive (Same message)
Downloaded it to the new machines Desktop (Same Message)
Can any one helps given up trying to talk to Support they want a Mortgage just to speak to them Grr

Have a try to change the user account from the current user account.
You can do this by pressing the advanced button at the bottom of the screen where you see the transfer button.

My Mac keeps restarting the initial setup process whenever I try to transfer files onto it?

My mac was having issues opening most of my applications, and the ones that it did open would just give me the spinning beach ball until I force quitted out of them. I brought it in to the genius bar and they ran some tests... but were unable to pinpoint the problem. However, earlier this year, I had the symptoms of a hard drive crash, and I was able to "fix" it by simply removing the hard drive from my computer, blowing on it, and putting it back in. I told the genius this, and she said that my symptoms were such that she wouldn't be surprised if it was the hard drive that was the problem. So I bought a new hard drive and an enclosure.
So then I set my mac up again and reinstall snow leopard, and I am trying to use migration assistant to transfer my files from my old hard drive (which, by the way, never officially crashed and was not turning up any suspicious readings on any of the tests ran on it). Migration assistant refused to work... I would wait for hours while it "calculated" the volume of the files I wanted to transfer... I didn't even get to hit the "transfer" button before MA freezed up, it was as soon as the first screen, the one where I selected which files I wanted to transfer, opened. The "settings" files were the only ones that ever calculated (171 KB), the "users," "applications," and "other files" all seemed to get caught in a loop and would never calculate.
So I decided that maybe MA is the problem and that I should try to transfer my files using set up assistant. I went back to the genius bar to have my mac wiped and snow leopard 10.6.8 downloaded again. This time, when I was going through the set up procedure, I clicked the "transfer files from another volume on this mac" button (whereas last time I ignored this step to use MA), but AGAIN, I am brought to the "calculation" page that fails to calculate. Only this time, it only bothers to calculate for about 45 seconds before the screen blacks out and I am brought to the beginning of the set up process (the "use English for the main language" part). At first, it used to play the start up video too, but now it just brings me to the language screen.
Anyways, I am about ready to tear my eyebrows out. All I want to do is transfer my stupid files. Does anyone know why my mac keeps starting the set-up process over/how I can make set up assistant work??
P.S. when I had my mac set up the second time, I tried copying files to my desktop by dragging them out of the hard drive. THIS would actually calculate how many files it needed to copy over, but within a few minutes, I would get some strange error message saying that something couldn't be copied because some file was open/couldn't be found (I got both kinds). And then the whole process would abort.
Should I put my old hard drive back in my mac and try to do a clone or something on it? I don't really know how this works but I thought it was unneccessary since everything should be on the hard drive...? Will it mess up my new OS install to have the old hard drive put into the computer before it's been set up?
My old hard drive also had all the software updates and was the same OS version as on the new one.

Do you have a backup that you can restore from? Your old hard drive seems to be the problem.

When I was updating my ipod there was a button that asked about transfering purchases and I didnt read it, and I didnt update manually so i think thats why i lost everything. and part 2 is posted,but the entry is not removed from list when i run that tcode again.why is it so?

Now what you are thinking a/c document generated and part 2 posted it is actually not
1.If you check in table J_1IPART2 you will not get any entry even though system showed that Part 2 posted with a number
2.Now secondly about A/C document if you check that a/c document you will find that it is actually it was your earlier a/c document which was generated after you posted Part2 in J1IEX ( i.e after GR ) and not the transfer of credit entry
So verify what I told is also happening in your system or not
This problem is due to closed posting Period both from MM and FI (i.e both must be open)
So make sure your
1.Material period is open (MMRV)
2.Check FI period is also open
If not open the current period and then post J2I8 and check it must not appear again in the list

How to transfer video I shot from iPhone5 to my Mac?

Sorry to be such a dolt, but I don't get it. I don't see anything explaining in the iPhone5 manual really how to get the videos you shoot in the phone into your Mac (in my case an iMac). I have iCloud, I have a photo stream. iPhoto does not make any of my videos show up. I see some things say "email it" - I know of no ISP that would allow something the size of a video to be emailed. I thought iCloud would make it stream or appear in some way to my computer.
Can anyone please shed some light on how we get the videos we shoot from the iPhone5 into our computer, so we can save them or load them onto YouTube?
