Identification for oroginal and cancelled GRN

I have cancelled one GRN. But in the original GRN, Is there any identification? so that I can identify that it is cancelled...

    If you check in MSEG table, the cancelled GRN record will show the original GRN number in field 'SMBLN'.
for e.g.
MBLNR                    MJAHR      EBELN                    SMBLN
5000007242     2009     9000040301
5000007264     2009     9000040301     5000007242
5000007265     2009     9000040301
The original Material doc was 5000007242, which was cancelled thru material doc 5000007264.
And again GRN was done with Material doc 5000007265.

It is simple, here is some sample code. You must use getbykey to get the document. Then once you got it you can make whatever changes you need. Then update it. where i have oOrder.Update() you can have oOrder.cancel

How can I show a error popup and cancel navigation?

I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6 with WL 10.3.5. I am new to ADF / JDeveloper...
My use case is as follows:
I have a bounded task flow with two view activities linked by a control flow case. The from activity is a simple table that allows a user to click a commandLink to go to a details page to modify the record (the to activity in described task flow).
When a user clicks the commandLink to edit the record I need to execute a AM method that returns a boolean based on a PL/SQL procedure. If this AM method returns false I need to inform the user that the record is ineligible for editing and cancel navigation to the details page (stay on the current page). If true is returned I need to allow the user to proceed to the edit page.
What is the best way to accomplish this? I have looked at http://andrejusb.blogspot.com/2011/10/how-to-disable-action-conditionally.html but I kept getting "navigationContext resolved to null". I have also tried inserting a method call activity in the task flow between the two view activities. Using this approach I am able to execute the AM method but I cannot figure out how to route the user based on the return.
Am I even close? Any pointers?

Hi,
As another option you can try this way as well,
1. From View Activity2, put a return control flow case saying "back" to View acitivity1 (this output will be used to go to first view activity from either view activity2 (back button) or loop inside view activity 1
2. On your command button, in Action property (not Action listener), create a managed bean method and use it to drive the navigation (it expects a string return value)
3. Inside your managed bean, invoke your AM method and based on true/false of AM value you return either "Back" or <viewactivit2 outcome>
4. If giving "Back" doesn't work, try to return null and see if that works.

Iam facing problem in customizing default edit mode of portlet, my question is how to remove those default buttons and how to implement our own links for SAVE and CANCEL functionality. Because if we implement our own <form> in edit JSP page then default form will override our own <form> and default buttons works rather then our own forms.
Please someone help me on this.

Ah, this one is easy, if im not mistaken, set this tag in your provider.xml
<renderCustomize>false</renderCustomize>
Defines whether RenderManager should automatically render the portlet's container (border and title) in "Edit" and "EditDefaults" modes before and after processing/invoking the page.
This however means you have to write your own renderer for the customize page. Then you can add your own code for the buttons and the events behind them.
I created my own derived container and added this line to my provider.xml
<containerRenderer class="nl.rsm.eventCalendar.myContainerRenderer"/>
This is however for rendering the showmode of the servlet, dont know if this is the same
render class for the editmode.
Do you realy need custom save functionality, Oracle also has something called DBPreferenceStore, you can store self defined attributes into the database. Perhaps this is sufficiant enough.

          I am now involved in workflow development for SAP HCM training and event management.
          When firm booking or cancel booking is done at PV12 transaction, workflow should trigger.
          Should workflow trigger on booking or canceling it, I have to maintain infotype details in HR master tables.
          So, please state about what is the infotype for firm booking and cancel booking for which I'll be grateful.

Your best corse of action would be to either email apple support or ring them giving them your debit I'd and the order number where they will be able to look at what's wrong and set u going on the right track

I am not aware of any T-code through which you can see the cancelled invoice. I think either you have to go for development (SQVI)
or
Extract the list of your all billing document like billing document created from 01.01.2010 to 22.04.2010
Now go to SE16 --> Table VBFA --> Give your billing document number in field "Preceding Doc." --> and in the field "Subs.doc.categ." --> choose entry "N Invoice cancellation" --> system will show you all the entries for which cancellation billing document has been created.
or
Go to SE16 --> Table VBRK --> enter your billing document list --> In the field "Posting status" --> Choose option "E Billing Document Canceled"

What are logics for the SAP UI icons of "Back", "Exit" and "Cancel"?

Hi SAP experts,
This question may sound kind of strange - isn't that obvious?
While, it is in fact a very important and difficult issue for UI app implementations when UI flow should be kept persistant. I have been feeling confused when doing UI implementations in Personas, specially when at some screens I need to add my own "BACK" button in order to go back to the previous screen (which can be different screens depending flow conditions.)
Can anyone explain what the basic logic is used for the SAP "Back", "Exit" and "Cancel" buttons (see below)?
Here are my understandings (which may not be accurate or correct):
1. "Back" icon (left): By pressing this icon, all the changes made in the current screen are discarded, and UI moves back to the previous screen. If there are some fields already been filled with values in the previous screen, there can be two UI behaviours depending on the platforms used:
a) Some platform will restore the values so the screen looks EXACTLY like before.
b) Some others will leave all fields empty (While, this can be annoying if you have to re-fill all the fields).
2. "Exit" icon (middle): By pressing this icon, all the changes made in the current screen are discarded, and UI moves back to the "Initial (or Home)" screen which in most time should be the first launching page of the app.
3. "Cancel" icon(right): I am very confused by this key - what is the special functionality of this key compared to those of the "Back" key and "Exit" key?
I have been working in many years on developing UI apps for mobile devices, and there were no such three types of keys for UI navigations. Maybe I missed some special points that is special only on SAP?

By the way, just want to share some finding - in Personas, when replacing the Exit or Cancel buttons by transactions, I found that "/n" and "SMEN" does not give the same result, and it depends on whether it is the Exit button or Cancel button that is to be replaced.

I sent my iphone in for repair and the status was canceled repair request.

I sent my iphone 3GS in for repair and when I checked on the status of the repair, it said repair request canceled. Does this mean it has been fixed and on its way back or they are sending a new one back? I am confused.

They will not repair your iPhone they will check it and assuming no user induced damage will send back a replacement refurbished unit to you ( reason for no accessories )
There must be a contact number where you arranged the return
