Identify the response completness
Hi,
How to identify that the response came to the display page is completed or not.
I am using struts with Velocity templates.On click of a button the request sent
to the acion class and return back to vm file with response.But I want to check
the coming response is completed or not.Because if the response is not completed,
on the click of the button on the same page causes the errors.Or is there any
way to enable and disable these buttons based on the response.I have 4 buttons
on this page and 3 buttons are used to create pdf`s.
Any one knows the solutions for this problem please help me.
Than You,

How to change the response of human task if we are using the skip rule
Hi,
We have developed the request workflow in OIM11g for this we are using the Beneficiary Manager approval composite to approve the request by his manager.
We are using the skip rule in the human task component to skip the user if the requester is beneficiary manager.
After the skip rule is executing the the request is going to failed state because of the response it is sending to the OIM
The skip rule is working as expected but the response sending to OIM is COMPLETED instead of APPROVE.
Please let us know the steps to change the response to Approve after the skip rule is executed or how to add the response COMPLETED in OIM.
ThanksYou will have to write a conditional block outisde the task where you would check if the skip condition is met and if yes then you will have to hard code the approved conditions into the payload for the task outcome.
<assign name="SetAutoApproveConditions">
<copy>
<from expression="string('APPROVE')"/>
<to variable="ApprovalTask_1_globalVariable"
part="payload"
query="/task:task/task:systemAttributes/task:outcome"/>
</copy>
<copy>
<from expression="string('COMPLETED')"/>
<to variable="ApprovalTask_1_globalVariable"
part="payload"
query="/task:task/task:systemAttributes/task:state"/>
</copy>
</assign>HTH,

The data in the file [file name] has already been added to the response file
I'm obtaining this error when trying to import(Add) new PDF forms into the PDF Portfolio response file distributed with PDF's. It's a new problem. I've never seen this before. In fact, I imported a few dozen forms back in November. Now, I can only import one PDF form, after which this error is returned for any attempt to import additional PDF's.
I have renamed PDF's, redistributed the Portfolio file, and hunted for any unique identifier in the PDF forms that might be tracked in the Portfolio file, or perhaps a database of imported documents which might now be corrupted. As ANY PDF form can be imported, but only one form, I am suspicious that the issue isn't related to uniqueness, but rather related to something problematic with the PDF forms themselves, or the Portfolio file.
Now I'm completely stumped. Any ideas?
The same behavior appears in both environments that I use: Acrobat 10.1.4.38 forms (Reader Enabled) built and distributed with LiveCycle Designer ES2 Version 9.0.0.2.2... on XP Professional and on Windows Server 2003.
I posted this issue over on the LC Google Group a few days ago. There hasn't been any reply there.

Kind regards,
Brian DHi I had the same problem, it was telling me that 'a.pdf' was already in the response file although the data wasn't there. I exported all the data from that response file as a .csv and in the first column it had 'a.pdf' incorrectly listed in the same row as data from 'b.pdf' but 'b.pdf' was not listed as a source file. I deleted this offending row from the response file and then imported 'a.pdf' and 'b.pdf' again and it worked.
Hope that helps, no idea what caused the glitch although both 'a.pdf' and 'b.pdf' were submitted by the same person in a short time frame so maybe that has something to do with it. -
UDS 4.0 once again: Could not add "DB11.DBB6" to the response list.
Hi,
once again we have heavy trouble with UDS 4.0 connecting to a SINUMERIK OPC server.
Unfortunately the OPC server does not support browsing. GroupList and TagList returns nothing.
The facts:
- MII 12 on Windows Server 2003
- UDS 4.0 SP1 on same server.
- OPC connectivity has been tested with Matrikon Explorer. Tag has been added manually (remember, browsing not possible).
- Creating UDS instance works. UDS can see remote OPC server and is able to create an instance from it.
- Data server has been created in MII 12 to connect to UDS.
- Connection status to UDS is ok. Can also be seen as Debug file shows query details.
- TagQuery has been created with adding the tag manually (browsing not possible).
When we try to test the query we always get the error message
Could not add "DB11.DBB6" to the response list.
and
No Tag selected
The strange thing ist that, if we use a non existing tag like "test123" then the same error occurrs instead of "No valid tags requested".
Here you can find the debug file of UDS:

The Debug file is from a Windows XP Professional system. But the same thing happens with the UDS installed
on Windows Server 2003 (x64).
The following config variations have been tried:
- synchronous / asynchronous
- Cache mode "None"
- Threading model STA / MTA
Any suggestions?
Regards,
MatthiasHi Mathais,
I assume you have installed the OPC enum services in the same machine where xMII UDS is running.
Also make sure that the browsing mode is set to true in the OPC Server.
We had the same issue...and were receiving the same error...but once we changed teh Browing mode at teh OPC server to true, tag quesries started working....
Hope it helps...

Hi all,
I am able to install the Windows Adobe Creative Cloud application fine on Windows 7 box but the application fails to establish a connection with Adobe server/-s.
We use a proxy with Websense as our network security solution. Proxy configuration script is set in Internet Options. We have not tried to whitelist anything as per http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/proxy-authentication-support-creative-cloud.html as the errors suggest the application does not even connect to the proxy server/Websense at all.
Please see below snippet from that DLM.log file that contains the error messages - please have a look. Could anybody tell me what it means or advise how to resolve this please? I don't see the Adobe Creative Cloud tool to have any options where manual proxy settings can be setup to try that.

Is there a way to identify the iTunes user?
Since the StoreKit API does not return subscription InApp purchases during a restoreCompletedTransactions call, only way to know for sure that someone purchased an app is to tie the initial purchase to the iTunes account in the server (developer server) and restore the active subscriptions on all devices that use that iTunes account.
Does the SDK provide for a call which will uniquely identify the user? Something like a UUID? The SDK provides for a unique device identifier but that is of no use to restore the subscriptions on the other devices the user may be using.
I do not understand why Apple did not think of this case when they decided not to support Subscription InApp purchases in the call to query for completed transactions. This is insane and short-sighted on part of Apple with no thought given to the developers needs.
-TRSI have been working to create such a solution when Submit All first appeared, but that version was pretty buggy and I never got back to it. Maybe it is possible, but I cannot guarantee you that it can. When trying I have spent many hours to fix it without success. For the moment I don't have any incentive to restart with that problem. Hope you or some other user has more courage.

How to identify the Open Schedule Lines.
Hi All,
I am writing an ABAP report which requires to identify the OPEN SALES ORDER SCHEDULE LINES.
The requirement is to identify the Open Sales Order Schedule Lines for a particular month (user Processing month in the selection screen). Here the Schedules line item could have been delivered already. If it is not Billed then it is OPEN schedule line.
Can anyone help me to understand the logic which I need to apply to identify only the Open sales order scshedule lines.
I am using the following tables:
VBAK,VBAP,VBUK,VBUP,VBEP. Is there any other table which I need to use? I am trying to avoid using table VBFA due to performance issues.
Thanks in Advance
Regards
Gopalakrishnan SHi Gopal,
If you want to find status of any sales order line item then you can find from following method from VBUP table.
In VBUP table there is a field FKSTK.By this filed status we can find billing status of particular sale order and this field has four possible values and these are
<i><b>field value field value meaning</b></i>
if this value is space then order is not Not Relevant for billing
if this value is 'A' then order is Not yet processed
if this value is 'B' then order is Partially processed
if this value is 'C' then order Completely processed
If you want to find status for the header then go to VBUK table and process is same as above.
In these table we can find all types of status.

The communication with our TP is going well, we are able to send, receive messages over AS2 and send back MDN, but we are not able
to receive their MDN.
Edit:
It seems that after the latest MLR patch, the error changed to [IPT_HttpSendError] HTTP encounters send error :. Premature EOF encounter but the roots seem to lead to the problem with MDN as B2B is sending the message a couple of times now and gives the mentioned EOF error.
Please advise,
Thank you
Edited by: Kamil Zadora on Jan 30, 2009 3:44 AMHi Ramesh,
Yes, agreement uses AS2 IDentifiers. Incoming messages are recognized correctly, and we send back sync MDN that is correctly received by our TP. They also recieve our messages correctly although Oracle B2B does not recognize the MDN from them. I think that this causes that, now after applying the latest MLR patch, B2B tries to send it around 6 times and gives the Unexpected EOF error.
Thank you for your help in advance,
Kind regards, -
Is this really the response that you want your customer support to give.
Sorry for the lenght of the original email but I had quite a few issues that have happen. I just wanted a second source saying that this canned response is the actual response that Best Buy wants to stand behind before I either go up the ladder to make sure that the upper management are wanting to let go of business for what I consider not that hard of a fix on Best Buy's side. So far no one that I've talked to or chatted with or have received an email from seems to have actually listened/read what the problems I've had are. The best I've received so far appears to be a quick glance and canned response. I feel this response was in poor taste considering the issue that I described about the website itself and the issue I was trying to deal with in looking at product on the website.
There wasn't even a mention that John, the employee that actually tried to help would get any kind of attention for doing his job in an environment of no one else wanting to do theirs. The way all of this is coming off to me is that this is how Best Buy actually wants to do business. Is this the case?
Emails as follows ......

On April 24, 2015 between the hours of 6:00 - 7:30 PM my wife and I went into your store located at 6455 N Decatur Blvd
Las Vegas, NV 89131 store number 1421. This was the absolute worst customer experience I have received in quite a long time. I am an elite plus member and spend thousands of dollars at best buy every year.
Upon entering this store we noticed that the displays looked even smaller than they have over recent months. We went in looking for two simple items. One was a HDTV antenna and the other a 3d blu ray movie that was a new release. I asked one associate if they had the items in the store and he looked up the movie for me and said that they had four copies of it and pointed me in the direction of where it should reside. He also told me to ask about the antenna at the appropriate department.
Upon, going to the area where the movies are kept we became confused, and disappointed as the rhyme and reason behind the sorting of new releases of blu ray, 3d, dvd, tv, etc all seem to make no sense. The store used to have all new releases in one big area where you would find it if it was released fairly new on whatever format it was sold in the new release section. Not any longer. Now the areas are small and the top tabs have things like favorite 3d releases/TV shows right now/Dvd's on sale all next to each other that make no sense. Why are the sections so small and why are they so convoluted? I couldn't find what I was looking for and since it was a new release and could find the blu ray version and the dvd version I was surely just missing it. Apparently I wasn't the only one.
We went looking for someone to assist us. There was no one to be found in that department. So we wandered around the store for a while looking for help and looking at product. We made it from the far back corner of the store all the way to the registers in the front of the store without coming across a single person who worked as an associate. We came across the direct TV rep, and a solar panel rep who were more than willing to sell everyone that walked by their products, which doesn't look well since they are doing their job but making it more obvious that the actual store is lacking in the customer service department.
After we made it all the way back to the front of the store I asked the same associate who couldn't quite help me all the way to speak to the store manager. We didn't get to the store manager because he was off, which is fine. We did however get to talk to an assistant who's name is John. He tried everything he could to help. He was on top of his game and had excellent customer service skills. It wasn't enough however as his computer said they had the 3d blu ray I was looking for in stock, four of them, and after leaving us in the area where we could talk to the associate who specialized in the area about HD antennas he looked for about twenty minutes and couldn't find the product either. During this twenty minutes the associate that was supposed to help us was wondering around the store I guess helping another customer, at least I'm hoping as she didn't state that was what she was doing but just kept saying that she would be with us in a minute. During this time my wife and I had talked to two more customers who were in the same boat as us. A lovely woman who was prepared to buy a TV and Blu Ray player on the spot and just couldn't decide which model of player would work for her. She was waiting even longer than my wife and I.
Upon John's return I had to ask him what was going on in the store, and he couldn't give an answer. I understand that employees cannot talk about the store policies and the politics and staffing and such but I wanted to make sure that he knew that my experience was that there wasn't that many customers in the store and that there didn't in my opinion seem to be a huge lack of employees at that moment. John tried to make up my experience by offering me the product I was looking for in a different format and that they would order it in the format that I was looking for and letting me exchange it at no cost because of the hassle I went through. This is exactly what I would have expected and he did a great job. Absolutely everything and everyone else in that store fell short of every expectation. I did not take him up on his offer but thanked him for doing a great job.
Upon coming home and trying to send this email through the website. On a few different occasions I was met with an error that my message did not get through. That was the extent of the message and there was no support given on what to do next nor was there any information on where to send an email. It did give the toll free best buy number but not what numbers to choose to get to the correct department.
Then on Friday May 8th, I was looking to purchase a monitor larger than 70" and proceeded to look on bestbuy.com for said monitors. When looking to see what my closest store had in stock I decided it would be easier to call the store to find out what they did have in store rather than clicking each individual monitor and checking if it was available in my chosen store. The first store I called was 1044 and I was helped in a timely manner. They said they carried only one monitor that was 70" or above in store. Then I called store 358 twice. The first time I called the phone rang for about a minute and then I was placed on store hold without a greeting or a can you please hold. I just heard the sound of someone picking up the phone and then store music. I was then on hold for over ten minutes before I decided to call back. When I called back this time the phone just rang until it went busy. I then decided to call store 542 where I was greeted within thirty seconds. I asked them what they had in stock and was transferred. The person I was transferred to did not give me their name I asked them what they had over 70" and they weren't sure there was just silence for a lot longer than there should have been so I asked if there was an easier way to find out what was available on the best buy website in store. She explained that I could click the product and see if it was available at the certain store and I explained that I wanted to be able to look at several products at once like all the monitors that were over 70" and see if they were available in my closest stores. She kept explaining it to me in the way I was already doing it and I kept trying to explain that I already did that and was looking to try to do more than one product at a time. She then told me that she didn't have time for this and that I should just go to amazon or something.
So based off of my last in store experience. The lack of any help I can find on your website for situations like this and because of the utter disrespect shown to me over the phone I not only purchased my monitor through amazon.com based on her suggestions but I will not be doing any business with best buy either in store or online again. Not only have you lost the thousands that I spend there on a yearly basis but you are also now out the thousands of dollars that I spend there on a yearly basis for my company.
Except for John in store and the phone experience with 1044 I am beside myself in the complete downhill slope that best buy has taken.Hello marikcraven,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, not only surrounding your store and online experience, but your feedback regarding the response you received. It certainly seems that we’ve let you down on multiple levels.
It is discouraging to hear that you, your wife, and John were unable to locate the 3D Blu-ray movie you desired, although our system indicated we had a few available. While I’m delighted to hear you were satisfied with John’s effort, it is disheartening to hear the rest of the staff left you so underwhelmed, and ultimately it doesn’t sound like you left with your antenna either. I am truly sorry for any frustration or dismay this visit may have caused. I’m glad that you ensured you brought up your concerns surrounding the lack of assistance with John.
In regards to your experience with BestBuy.com, it is strange that you encountered trouble when sending your message. Although, it seems that you were finally able to send the message, I am sorry for any frustration it may have caused you. I’m sure your frustration only heightened once you spent the time dealing with the error only to receive a response you found unsatisfactory.
As far as searching for inventory on BestBuy.com, sadly there isn’t a method to look at inventory for an individual store unless you are checking out the store’s clearance or open-box items. This would mean you would have to go through each item and check out it’s availability in your area. Typically this is a much more satisfying experience if you are able to narrow your search down to a few that you are truly interested in. With that said, I understand that this may not always be the best method. I apologize if you found this to be more of a hassle than you anticipated when you began your search for a 70” monitor, and if you had trouble contacting the individual stores regarding your inventory inquiries.
In the end, it’s clear we failed to delight you in store, online, and with our ability to address your concerns, and this resulted in you making a purchase elsewhere. I am terribly sorry that this has been your experience, as it is not indicative of the experience we strive to provide our customers. I truly hope that in the future you will feel confident enough to give us a chance to provide you with a better experience than the one you’ve described.
If you should have any questions, please let us know!
Respectfully,

Change error tag names of the Response xml of a vanilla Inbound Webservice
Hi,
I am invoking a vanilla inbound webservice "Service Request" through Soap UI. Whenever any error occurs, in the response xml, some tags like "siebelf:error" is generated in the xml. However these tags are not present in the IO.My question is, can we change these tag names? If yes, then how?

SagnikHi,
You should be able to edit the generated wsdl as you suggested, changing the
"return" to something else. Then save the wsdl to a file, say
"filename.wsdl", and then at the top of your jws add the following:
* @jws:wsdl file="filename.wsdl"
This will force the jws to use the wsdl you specify and you won't have to
edit any maps. Of course, as your jws changes, you will need to regenerate
the wsdl and change the "return" to something else.

I have created a webservice in workshop that has some methods what returnstring-data.
Now I want to create clients with different software-products. Because Igot some
errors with one of these products, I looked into the WSDL and noticed thatthe
name of the response-datatype is 'return' (by default).
You can see this here:
- <s:element name="addUserResponse">
- <s:complexType>
- <s:sequence>
<s:element minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="1" name="return" nillable="true"type="s:string"
/>
This 'return' is interpreted as a keyword in the client-generation tool.If I
change this manually to another word then it works.
When I try to change the 'Return XML' in the 'Edit Maps and Interface'Dialog,
than the WSDL looks like this:
- <s:element name="addUserResponse">
- <s:complexType mixed="true">
- <s:sequence>
<s:any minOccurs="1" maxOccurs="unbounded" />
Now the name- and type-definitions are completely missing.
The question is now: how to change the name of the response-datatype from'return'
to another (not-keyword-) name?
I think this is important because I don't know what software a customeruses to
generate a client and I can not expect that he manually edits myWSDL-file.

I am logging ECG data and am wanting to compute the distance between successive heart beats online. What I need to do is identify WHEN heart spikes occur so that I can measure the time between two beats. I am using continuous buffered acquisition.
Thanks for the response. I am having some trouble with indices. Everytime I identify a spike, I want to grab its position. To this end, I have a case structure conditioned on the identification of the spike (a simple comparison with a floating threshold). For TRUE, I write to file the index of the main while loop multiplied by the scans/iteration added to the index value of the buffered data. This works fine for the first read, but is offset increasingly on subsequent reading cycles. What am I doing wrong?

How to identify the source of matched songs?
This happens quite often. When I click the arrow next to one of the songs in my library to show in iTunes store, frequently I will be taken straight to the homepage of iTunes or iTunes will prompt the message this song is not available in your country. I understand why this happens; however, is there a way to identify what country the song is currently available in iTunes? I could Google the song and find it manually but a way in iTunes would be nice. Secondly, I have iTunes Match and I’d like to be able to identify where my matched songs were matched from. For example, I have lots of matched songs in my library where the track and artist names are completely blank. This was an issue I had when my laptop was stolen a few years ago and I stupidly hadn’t backed up my music library and the only source I had left was my iPod. When I transferred the music files from my iPod to my current laptop, all of the song file names were encoded which resulted in my library to lose all of its song names, artist names, album names etc... Ideally I would like to be able to click the arrow next to my matched songs and have the option to select matched song in iTunes store and have it take me through to the album is was matched from. This would encourage me to potentially purchase more songs from the album but more importantly in my case, identify the song and artists names to my blank library! Any help will be much appreciated
At this time it is not possible to do what you want. If you are not taken to a song or album in the iTunes Store then most likely the particular item is not publicly available. This is simply how it works at this time. Nor is there a feature to apply ID 3 tags from the iTS. You'll need a third party app for that.
