If i have 2 users and i download a program in one. i login in the 2 one but i can't find it do i have to download it again in this user
i need help i have 2 users in my macbook pro and in the first one i have downloaded a program and when i login in the second user i cant find the program does that mean i have to downloaded the program again in the second user

That depends on which program you downloaded and how/where it was installed/saved.
Let's explain it this way:
Every account has a home folder (the little house icon you see in the Users folder, Go Menu or Finder Sidebar. Within every home folder there are a number of folders: Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Movies etc. Have a look yourself. Unless you want to almost all of those folders restrict access for any other user account, This is by design.
So Andy logs into his account launches a browser and decides to download Dropbox. Safari stores/saves downloads into Andy's Downloads folder which is in his home folder. From there Andy launches Dropbox and begins to use it and when he's done he logs out and leaves the computer free for Bob and tells him he's downloaded Dropbox.
Bob logs in and trys to find Dropbox so he can use it but he can't find it. That's because Andy has left the Dropbox app in his Downloads folder which only Andy has access to. Bob now has three choices. He either downloads Dropbox again; or he asks Andy to grant him access to his Downloads folder; or he asks Andy to move Dropbox from his Downloads folder to the Applications folder.
The situation is slightly complicated in that not all programs/apps you download are stored in the Downloads folder. Some will get installed in the Applications folder.
Every account has access to all the programs/apps in the Applications folder.

The new app is called Photos. It's icon was added to the Dock. Both, Photos and iPhoto, are located in your Applications folder.

Go to the Finder's Go Menu > Go to Folder and type in ~/Library/Preferences
This will open the Preferences in the Home Folder's Library.
In Lion this Library is Hidden and you cannot Click you way there.
Delete the com.apple.ichat.plist and it's associated .lockfile (Drag to Trash>
Restart iChat.
I am presuming Lion from what you say despite your specs saying Snow Leopard.

I purchased ScanSnap and it came with Adobe Acrobat Professional. It was for a club. I am now leaving the club and transferring the scanSnap back to the club. BUT i can't find my Acrobat Pro disk. What should I do?

Adobe Reader for iOS doesn't set the default email address when you email a PDF.
It's found in the Settings app:

Can anyone provide some insight on the problem that I am experiencing? I have an IPhone 3GS. Four of the 8 total gigs are taken up in the other category. I have attempted to delete apps numerous other things to free up space; however, I cannot determine why so much of the device's capacity is taken up in the other category. How can I find out what is stored in the other category to free up some of the device's storage capacity.

Can't get Safari to open. Message says that Safari quit while using the sb_plugin plug in. Can't find that plug-in in the library........... as other posts have suggested when looking for plug-ins. What is the sb_plugin anyway? The only thing different lately, is that I imported a couple of videos from the Flip camera.
You installed the Conduit spyware. To remove it, back up all data, then follow the instructions on this page:

If those instructions don't work, proceed as follows.
Triple-click the line below to select it:

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard (command-C). From the Finder menu bar, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder…

I've seen a report that Conduit may be bundled with a scam "utility" called "MacKeeper." If you installed MacKeeper, you should remove it according to the developer's instructions. It's worthless and causes many problems reported on this site. -

What ID do you want to change? To change your iTunes ID, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID. To change the ID for iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive. To change the ID for FaceTime, do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime. To change the ID for iCloud, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the ID you want to use.

My institution purchased for me Adobe XI, which we didn't know didn't have LiveCycle on it. I recieved information that I could be upgraded to get LiveCycle but am having a hard time finding out how to do this and what information is needed. Not very bright of them. Every Mac can be switched among 33 languages, including English, in a few seconds via the system preferences.

Along with that, when setting up a brand new Mac (or after install an fresh version of the OS), the first thing you have do is: select a language. That choice sets the language for the rest of the setup and the default. Pick English and you're done.
But as Tom mentioned, that can always be changed. -
I took a picture a few days ago and I linked it immediately to a contact. Now I'm looking for it in order to share it but it doesn't appear on my pictures, I can only see the small version linked to the contact I assigned it to. Is there a way to recover the full version of that picture in order to share it? Thanks!
- Did you sync after you took the picture? If yes could you have copied it to your computer and then deleted it from your iPod? Have you looked on your computer?

Sending text messages from a Mac to an iPhone using Messages
