I am thinking of saving up to buy a iphone, but before i buy one i want to make sire that it will work on my carrier.

If officially unlocked, yes. But, your warranty will only be valid in the US, the phone most likely won't support LTE in the UK & you won't save any money by the time you pay taxes & import duties.

If you have a tool, try removing the battery cover and chech out. Some times the camera pin may have been misplaced. If so, you can fix it yourself.

If you purchase an unlocked phone from Apple, it will cost you $650 and it will only partially work on Verizon's network. So, your better off buying a phone at full retail from Verizon for the same $650. It will function properly and, as all Verizon iPhones are sold with the GSM side unlocked, you'll be able to use it on other networks later.

Get a micro-SIM from the carrier in Mexico that you don't have to manually cut down. If that carrier doesn't provide one, switch to another carrier that is not so low-budget.

Why won't my iPhone5's sound work using the usb cord in my car. Works when I remove the cord.

Would S3 work in the Philippines when unlocked

I will be traveling there in summer and was wondering if it would work over there. If so, what would I need to do to be able to use it once it's gotten the update here? Do I get a SIM card here, or over there? Also, will I have to get a new plan? If so how much more will it cost to use?
Also, will the reception be as good as when I use it here in the states, or will it be rough like when I use a calling card to call over there?

What do you mean by 'does not work' ? If you would like help from these user-to-user forums then more info would be useful.
Do they songs show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes ? If they do, but they don't have the cloud symbol against them for redownloading, then do you still have them listed in the Music part of your library (where you would click on them to play them) ? If you do then try deleting them from there and they should then get the cloud symbol against them in Purchased for redownloading.
If you are in a country where music can't be redownloaded,or if you've changed countries since buying them or they are no longer in your country's store (content providers occasionally remove their content), then you will need to copy them back from your backup of your downloads/library.
