Import pricing Conditions JEDB,JSEC not appearing in M/06

Dear Friend,
Import pricing Conditions JEDB,JSEC not appearing in M/06. We need them for Cess & HEcess on Customs duty.
May I know how to create them or do we need to activate them?
Appreciate your early response.
Kishore

Hi,
You have to cretate following conditions & they are copied from as follows
Ref     JCV1     IN CVD
From above condition create following two conditions:
                     JECV     ECess on IN CVD
     J1CV     H&SECess on CVD
Ref     JCDB     IN Basic customs
From above condition create following two conditions:
     JEDB     ustoms Edu Cess
     JSDB     Custom H&SE ED Cess
     JADC     Add. Customs Duty
Maintain these conditions in MEK1
Through this way your problem is solved.

  • Pricing ZCondition Types are not appearing in Condition Record Maintanence

    Hi All,
We have a requirement in SAP CRM Opportunity Management where the pricing determination should happen. So, to facilitate the requirement we have done the following
Downloaded the DNL_CUST_CNDALL and DNL_CUST_CND from ECC to CRM
But the Problem is when I am trying to maintain the Condition record in T-Code "/SAPCND/GCM" our Z-Condition types are not appearing in the list, also in Product Master Condition Tab.
Please suggest me how to resolve this issue.
    Regards,
    karthik J

    Hi Karthik,
    As a best practice -
    1. If you are downloading the condition type and pricing procedure from ECC, then it is advisable to use ECC as a master system for all your Z condition type/condition record maintenance.
    2. Similarly if you are using Pricing procedure as of ECC, then ensure that the downloaded pricing procedure in CRM is used for pricing procedure determination.
    3. The condition record in T-Code "/SAPCND/GCM" is advisable to use if you are mainly using CRM Pricing.
By looking at your problem statement you are using ECC pricing procedure, condition types by downloading it to CRM.
If you have any other comments to make, please give the exact problem statement or any appropriate problem screenshot for further analysis.
    Hope this will be useful
    Thanks and Regards

  • Condition tab is not appearing at item level in CRM 5.0 IDES

    Hi,
I am trying to create Sample order in CRM ides but condition view at header level is blank and at item level condition view is not appearing.
I have maintained condition record for condition types and it is visible in Material master. And correct pricing procedure is picked in sample order as I can see this in Header overview.
I checked pricing procedure its correct. What else I need to check?
    Thanks for your reply.
    Nishith

    Hi Nishith,
You can check if the item category is pricing relevant - field PRICING_RELEVANT in view CRMV_SALES_ITEM.
    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards,

  • When exporting and then importing Apple Mail from one mac to another I get "Some messages could not be imported. Partially imported mailbox will be labeled IMPORT" . That mailbox does not appear.

When exporting and then importing Apple Mail from one mac to another I get "Some messages could not be imported. Partially imported mailbox will be labeled IMPORT" . That mailbox does not appear.
    Any help would be welcome

This is a bug in Mail. The mailbox archiving function does not include attachments, which  gives the error with the import. To workaround this you can create a mailbox in Mail and copy to it all emails you want to export. Then go in Finder to [user]/Library/Mail/Mailboxes en select the created mailbox. Copy this to the public directory of your other mac. Then start Mail on that other mac and import the mailbox from the public directory. Should work now.

  • Condition Type VPRS not appearing on some billing items

    Hi,
I have a discrepancy between COPA and postings on the FI account. In COPA in transaction ke4i I have assigned the SD condition type VPRS - Internal price to the COPA value field VRPRS u2013 Stock Value.
The problem arises when the outbound delivery is split on several batches. In this case the condition type VPRS does not appear on the invoice for the split billing item and the amount 0 is loaded into to the COPA filed VRPRS for this billing item instead of value that should appear in the VPRS field. And this causes discrepancies between COPA and FI.
Do you know how to solve this problem? Is it possible to make the condition type VPRS always appear on the invoice, also in case when the delivery is sent in many batches?
    Best regards,
    Marcin

    Hi
Welcome to the confusing world of Invoice *** batch split.. The situation you are facing is due to incorrect customization of your position types in SD during billing of the batch split. Plz check note 77414
You can grossly summarize it as below -
When you have batch split - the line items in Out bound delivery and biling can be divided into 2 types HPOS and UPOS i.e. Main Line items and Sub line items.. The note describes of 3 situations.. Your SD consultant will have to decide which situation you fall in...  based on that config changes have to be made in SD....
If your billing is done at HPOS level (Main Item) and not at Item splits level or Vice Versa - Then T codes VOV7 and VTFL, you have to make settings accordingly in the fields "Biling Relevance" and "Cost"..
Also, the item category of HPOS and UPOS has to be different - One has to be relevant for billing/Cost and the other not
Apart from VOV7 and VTFL, check your settings in T code 0184.. Your Item catg has to be assigned against :
Delivery Type / usage Type= CHSP/ Item category Group = "Norm"
To correct the invoices already posted, cancel them and repost after making the config changes...

  • TDM Importer in Excel 2003 does not appear in the COM Add-In Menu

I have a program that will create a TDMS file with the data, and after execution is complete, I would like to import the data into Excel and manipulate it using a macro. I can import the file manually and run the macro by opening a second file containing the macro, but opening up the second file is a hassle.
I would like to expand the macro so that it automatically imports the TDMS file, and based on what I've seen on the forums, in order to do this, I need to register the TDM importer as a COM Add-In. When I go to the COM menu in Excel and try to add ExcelTDM.dll, it does not appear in the menu.
Some additional details that may be helpful:
Excel TDM Importer is version 3.4.0.0
I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the importer
Using the Excel toolbar works to import the data
Double-clicking on a file works to import the data
The installed files are located at C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\TDM Excel Importer. Moving them to C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Excel TDM had no effect.
Thank you in advance for your help.
    Solved!

No, it doesn't. Excel does not see the add-in in the COM Add-In window, so I cannot access it using VBA.

  • Discoverer - Import PL/SQL Function - Function Not Appears

    Hi,
I´m trying to import 15 PL/SQL Funtions inside a custom package into the discoverer administrator, but they do not appear in the list, when trying to do an automatic import.
Also, when I press the Import Button, it takes aproximately one hour to display the list.
    I´m using discoverer with Applications.
Do you know what schemes are listed in there ? Because my package is in a CUSTOM Scheme, not the APPS, but it has a Public Synonym.
I need to automatically import these functions in order to not having to do it manually, becasuse it takes to much time.
Also, do you know if there is any way to export the BA and include this functions in there, so I won´t need to register them again in another instance after migration ?
    I´m using Discoverer 4.
    Thanks in advance.
    Nicolas.

    Hi Nicolas
When you use the import capability you can import from a named schema so if you have your functions in a schema other than APPS or SYS, which have hundreds if not 1000s of functions, the list should populate quicker.
I'm afraid I don't know of a way to automate the importation of PL/SQL functions. However, if you know the definition of the function rather than importing it why not try creating it manually using the New button? It takes a little getting used to, particularly in getting all of the pointers and arguments correct, but after a while it becomes second nature. This will be quicker than waiting an hour for the list of functions to popuklate.
As for your third question, do you know if there is any way to export the BA and include this functions in there, so I won´t need to register them again in another instance after migration ? the answer is no. PL/SQL functions cannot be exported using Discoverer Administrator and need to be manually imported in the other EUL. You could take screen shots of your existing definitions and manually create them in the new environment using the New button. Once again this will be quicker.
I'm so sorry all of the answers appear negative and please don't shoot the messenger.
    Best wishes

  • Pricing condition records should not be picked up

    Hi,
I have configured a scenario for Supplementary Invoice for which I created a new sales order type. The requirement is such that this order type should not pick the pricing condition records that have been created in VK11. Please suggest how can this be configured.
Do I have to use any Userexits, if so which one?
    Regards,
    Abhishek

As mentioned by you, you have created a new Sales Order Type, you can create a new document pricing procedure, based on which you can determine a new pricing procedure.
To configure new Document Pricing Procedure:
IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Define Document Pricing Procedure. (Maintain the new Document Pricing Procedure in new Sales Order Type)
Maintain a new Pricing Procedure, maintaining the Condition Types as manual. Maintain the determination of Pricing Procedure appropriately.
    Pricing Procedure Determination:
In SD, Pricing Procedure is determined (T.Code: OVKK) based on Sales Area (Sales Organization + Distribution Centre + Division) + Customer Pricing Procedure + Document Pricing Procedure. Sales Area is determined in Sales Order Header Level. Customer Pricing Procedure is determined from Customer Master. Document Pricing Procedure is determined from Sales Document Type / Billing Type (if configured). Once the pricing procedure is determined, Condition records are fetched. If appropriate condition records are found, the price is determined. If Mandatory pricing condition is missing, system will through an error message.
    Pricing Procedure Configuration:
In SD, the steps to configure Pricing procedure are as under:
    Step 1:
Condition table (T.Code: V/04): If existing condition table meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition table. Considering the requirement for new condition table, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Table (select the required fields combination, which will store condition record).
    Step 2:
Access Sequence (T.Code: V/07): If existing access sequence meets the requirement, we need not create a new access sequence. Considering the requirement for new sequence, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Access Sequence (Access sequence is made up of Accesses (Tables) & the order of priority in which it is to be accessed. Here we assign the condition table to access sequence.
    Step 3:
Condition Type (T.Code: V/06): If existing condition type meets the requirement, we need not create a new condition type. Considering the requirement for new condition type, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Condition Type. It is always recommended to copy an existing similar condition type & make the neccessary changes. Here we assign Access sequence to Condition type.
    Step 4:
    a. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: V/08):  It is recommended to copy a similar pricing procedure & make the neccesary changes in new pricing procedure. Pricing Procedure is a set of condition type & arranged in the sequence in which it has to perform the calculation. Considering the requirement for new Pricing Procedure, the configuration will be done in spro as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Maintain Pricing Procedure.
    b. Pricing Procedure (T.Code: VOK0): After maintaining the pricing procedure the next step will be determination of pricing procedure. Configuration for determining pricing procedure in SPRO is as follows: IMG --> Sales & Distribution --> Basic Function --> Pricing Control --> Pricing Procedure --> Determine Pricing Procedure.
    5. Condition record (T.Code: VK11 / VK12): Condition record is a master data, which is required to be maintained by Core team / person responsible from the client. During new implementation, the condition records can be uploaded using tools like SCAT, LSMW, etc. Condition Record is maintained in T.Code: VK11 / VK12, which are captured in Sales Order & Billing.
Also check document pricing procedure in Sales Document Type (T.Code: VOV8 - Sales order Type, VOFA: Billing Type (If Required)), customer pricing procedure in Customer Master Data (T.Code: XD02), ... are in place.

  • Item level pricing condition record is not getting recognized

    Hi,
In our scenario we have to maintain the additional charges based on Plant. For this purpose I have created the condition table 900 which contains the following fields
    Sales Org/Dist Chal/Divi./Plant
I have maintained the condition record for the table, Which has been downloaded to CRM successfully.
When I create the order in CRM price of the product is getting recognized where as additional charges condition records are not getting recognized.
When I check the Access I found that header level data .i.e. sales org/dist chal / divion has been recognized and plant has not been recognized that values are like this 00000000000000000000000000
I have checked the plant it has been downloaded successfully to CRM
So, can anybody help me out?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Check in the  access sequnce exclusive indicator activation, it might be selected to the previous Condition Tables, if it is  selected than system will not check  further available/maintained  condition reocrds.

    Check OMET settings.
First check your user profile from t-code SU3, what is value set for parameter EFB
Then go to t-code OMET. The display condition should be maintained for Function Authorization.

  • Condition Type Value Not appearing in Purchase Order

    Dear All,
I have created a condition type and assigned it to a Pricing Procedure. Correct value is being captured in <b>Scheduling Agreements</b> but in <b>Purchase Orders</b> the Condition value is being captured as zero (All fields for SA and PO have same values). I have already assigned Correct Pricing Procedure to Purchasing Docs (As correct PP is being captured in SA and PO). Please Assist even if you have a slight idea.

    Hi Sukdev,
Have you checked the respective pricing procedure for From and To reference step maintained against the condition type ZSUR?

    OSX Lion 10.7.1

Did you upgrade your machine from an install of Snow Leopard 10.6.8? Try running Disk Utility under the Utilties folder inside your Applications folder. And do Repair Disk Permissions.
And along the same lines of preventive maintenance also try deleting the iMovie preferences file. Go to your Desktop, and go to the Go Menu (while holding down the Option key) > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iMovieApp.plist (move that to the trash). Quit iMovie and open it again. It's possible one of these might get the Import dialog window working again.
Failing that, the other thing to try is create a new user account, and launch iMovie while logged in as that user. See if the import dialog window shows up from that new user account.

  • Transfer pricing conditions ( Ecc) to Customs Duty Types (GTS)

    Hi Experts,
We are currently using ECC 6.0 with GTS 7.0.
In GTS 7.0 , the option to Map the Customs Duty type to Pricing condition type does not appear. Can you share where I can look for the same
The condition records from proforma Invoice (ECC) are transferred to GTS Customs Declaration.
However, we have certain condition types with calculation type as percentage in ECC which need to flow over to GTS.
    1.  What changes need to be carried in the corresponding boldcustoms duty type configurationbold in GTS to ensure that we get a correct data transfer..
    2.  what unit type / currency needs to be maintained to map the "%" appearing in condition record value (ECC) to the customs duty value (GTS).
    Regards
    Jasmit

    Thank you Sathya,
I attempted to navigate via the given path but could not locate the option of having the assignments there.
The condition type that is in scope of the dicussion is already getting transferrred to GTS via the standard mechanism( we havent modified the BAdI for this)
However, the issue being encountered is that te condition record value holds a percentage figure.. this in turn is not getting mapped to the currency of customs duty type .
How do I achieve this mapping in GTS ... Do i need to modify the BAdi to carry out the calculation before transferring this to GTS or alternatively some standard configuration in GTS can help me achieve this  mapping.
