Import WSDL from HTTPS

I try to import a WSDL with HTTPS to 'interface object' --> 'External Definitions' ,
however , there is no message name at message tab .

Hi Jason Chen,
As Prateek said, reduce the namespace and then Import the WSDL again, It will definetely work
for Eg: Change Namespace as "[https://bouatap3:8175/a4Secure/services|https://bouatap3:8175/a4Secure/services]" instead "[https://bouatap3:8175/a4Secure/services/authenticationService|https://bouatap3:8175/a4Secure/services/authenticationService]"
When you change it, then you will be able to find the respective Message Names
XmlException
doServiceResponse
doServiceRequest in the Messages Tab

  • Problem to Import WSDL from MII in SAP Netweaver

    Hi everyone,
i'm tryng import a wsdl from MII (WebService Transaction) but when i create the adaptative web service model in webdynpro project and insert the WSDL URL, show this error message:
"The WSDL contains neither services, bindings or porttypes and can therefore not be processed".
I have read some tutorials for connect webdynpro and mii and i think that my procedure is correct.
With others webservices for exmple for sap EC i don´t have this problem.
Someones knows what´s can be the problem?
    Thank You

    Hi,
WSDL is a XML document contains type, message, operation, binding, port, service tags. so check your WSDL document contains all these tags with appropriate information.
We can generate WSDL XML document from MII by executing a transaction.
    http://<server name>:<port>/XMII/WSDLGEN/<transaction name>
    To test SOAP protocol : http://<server name>:<port>/XMII/SOAPRunner/<transaction name>
Kindly ensure all the configuration settings.
    Thanks
    Rajesh Sivaprakasam.

  • Bpel: problems importing schema from http-url

i have problems importing the schema "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/". I'm using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3.0.4157 and SoaSuite 10.1.3.1.0 with the patch 10.1.3.3.0.
The problem can be reproduced very easily:
    * create a new "BPEL Process Project" from template "Synchronous BPEL Process" and use all default settings
-> deploying to my local app-server works
    * add a new variable to the process
         * select "Element" as type
         * click "Browse Elements..."
         * click "Import Schema File..."
         * enter "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/"
         * select "Imported Schemas/addressing/EndpointReference"
         * finish creating variable
    * save all and deploy
-> the ant console shows the following error:
    BUILD FAILED

sorry for the german message, i couldn't get the english version. basically it says that "{http://xmlns.oracle.com/BPELProcess1}BPELProcess1ProcessRequest" is not defined in any schema, what is very strange because before importing the schema from http..., the element ...BPELProcess1ProcessRequest has been found.
another strange thing is that if i download the schema from http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/ and import it from a local file, everything works as expected.

When importing a schema there are two attributes to the import element to be aware of: namespace and schemaLocation. I think this is the basis of confusion, particularly where the same value is used for both in this case.
I suspect that the schema import works for ax90033 because the schemaLocation is being specified as "http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2003/03/addressing/".
The W3C has some further information on this at http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xmlschema-1-20041028/structures.html#element-import which gives an indication of the complexity that lies behind schema imports.

  • Importing WSDL from Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

We've created a new WCF windows service using VS2008/.net 3.5.  Using IE we can find the WSDL.  When using the LabVIEW (8.5) Import Web Service utility, returns an error when referencing the WSDL.
Has anyone had any experience accessing a WCF based WSDL?

Hello, I have the same experience, we us a web server also VS2008/.net 3.5 and we will control a device with it.   error from web server import:
    1. The URL does not exist or the WSDL is bad   // comment is correct we have check out with java client
    2. Authentication is not correct    //comment we haven't any authentication
    3. Proxy information is not correct // comment no Proxy is localhost !
But with a java applet the server url (http://127.0.01:8111/MacroServer) is it achievable look user XML sheet in the attachment. But also we have checked the LV 8.6 import function with the web server example on the Website xmethods (http://www.xmethods.net/ve2/index.po) those functions are very well. Please if there any go around for this tell us.

  • Random Bingads WSDL errors: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from...failed to load external entity, Could not connect to host, Parsing Schema: can't import schema from

    Hi,
I am developing a web tool that accesses client's Bingads accounts via OAUTH2 granting. I am downloading data from clients daily.
Generally it worked, but for 2 days I am experiencing a weird issue, that in random times (but more and more often though) I receive random error messages from Bing server. I am pasting below a few example from my logs (with timestamp and request/response).
Must note that I launch these requests from the server where we have the webapp but also I launch it locally. The same is the result.
The timestamp is in France time (GMT+1).
    Thanks ahead!
    Best regards,

    Hi,
    1. I am using the older version of the PHP library provided by Bing (updated on 1/20/2014), so that is doing the WSDL loadings. I initialize the proxy calling OpticoBingAdsClientProxy providing what it needs, and then do the requests.
    2. I have a cron that reads data from client's accounts. I make several calls, like get search query report, get keyword performance report, get keyword bulk data. As the script progressed the first 2 worked and the third gave error. Or in other cases the
first request failed. The calls have quite some time in between them since I process data (sometimes even 160 seconds)
    3. I did not change the code ion terms of requests, since as I said I use the PHP library (same credentials, ...).
As of today (2015-01-16 10:30 GMT + 2) running my script, still have the same issues.
    Thank you!

  • Cannot download WSDL from .....Invalid Response Code: (404) Not Found.

    Hi expert,
    hcb-msap59 (PI system) & hcb-msap49 (ecc system)
When I try calling the ws navigator with this wsdl: http://hcb-msap49.res.no.enterdir.com:8016/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_DOCUMENTCRTRC1/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=101
    it gives error :
Cannot download WSDL from http://hcb-msap49.res.no.enterdir.com:8016/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_DOCUMENTCRTRC1/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=101: Invalid Response Code: (404) Not Found. Check, whether the URL is correct, and the Web Service that you are requesting is up and running
In http://hcb-msap49.res.no.enterdir.com:8016/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/appl_soap_management?sap-language=EN and go to technical configuration, system global settings, access information j2ee server, the hostname and port is of PI system.
Any idea why Im getting the error? If I click on http://hcb-msap49.res.no.enterdir.com:8016/sap/bc/srt/wsdl/sdef_ECC_DOCUMENTCRTRC1/wsdl11/ws_policy/document?sap-client=101 the sire is opening.
Any idea why I cant open it from ws navigator of my PI system?
    Thanks.
    Regards,
    Thava

    Hi,
Can you access that URL when you paste it into your browser? You don't need to configure system global settings unless you want to go to PI's navigator automatically - you can always copy & paste the link after opening the wsnavigator in PI yourself as well. If you can access the link, kindly check your network & proxy setup.

  • Error 'Cannot download WSDL from......'  'Compilation fails...'

    Hi,
I have created a web service for the function module 'CATS_READ_TIMESHEET_DATA' , I am trying to test the webservice in the WSADMIN transaction and the following error results:
<i>Cannot download WSDL from http://uswasdvp.xxxxxxx.com:8088/sap/bc/srt/rfc/sap/Z_READ_TIME_DATA?sap-client=030&wsdl=1.1&mode=sap_wsdl: Compilation fails... /usr/sap/XPX/JC30/j2ee/cluster/server0/temp/webservices/prx/ws1182311569282/proxy/test/types/p1/Catsd.java:32: code too large private synchronized static void initFields() { ^ 1 error</i>
(Note - I put xxxxx in the above url to hide the original value)
We are able to see the WSDL by placing the name of the virtual interface in the browser along with the normal url, however are unable to test the webservice.
    Any ideas are greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Chaitanya

    Hi Chaitanya,
I believe the proxies are getting generated and the compilation is failing because of the reason mentioned by "Anton ".
When the java code exceeds 65k in a method, the compilation will fail. If you have forwarded it to the java guys they may fix the java code generation issue. But in the meanwhile I suggest a workaround for you.
The proxies seem to be getting generated. If you have access to the java proxy source, in the location where they are getting generated, open the file Catsd.java for edit.
Go to the static method initFields() method and remove some code from there and paste them in another newly created.
From wherever initFields() is being called call the new method too. I believe the method initFields is only initializing
some fields to their initial values.
    I hope this helps.

    Chris

  • DCA-40002: Failed to read WSDL from xsd

    Hi,
I am a newbie to JDeveloper, we are using Oracle JDeveloper 11g to consume a web service from PeopleSoft 9.0.
We have a WSDL based on a PeopleSoft Component Interface. We can view the wsdl document through the PeopleSoftServiceListeningConnector URL and it appears ok.

  • Wsimport failure as my wsdl import files from different sources

I have tried to generate java code from wsdl using mtosi 1.1 example I ahve found in the Apache CXF sample.
For the sake of knowledge wsdl2java of cxf was able to generate everything fine.
    wsimport fails.
Unfortunately it's a pain to post all the wsdl, because each different WSDL imports other schemas and wsdl separately.
The example is to be found in the cxf samples dir or at the following url.http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=153083
Does wsimport work when the bindig files and schemas are defined explicitly?
trying using the -b option with all the binding files and schemas does not change anything.

from this url you can download the zip file containing the WSDL MTOSI specification I have tried to use.
Every file contained into the directory I have used the mtosi_1.1\wsdl\transport\http\ is fine.

  • Error calling a third party WSDL from BPEL

I am trying to invoke a third party WSDL. This WSDL belongs to Oracle OPPM. When I call this wsdl from SOAPUI or even from the Enterprise Manger, it works fine.
However, when I call it from BPEL, it is giving me an error. Here is the request and error response:

I checked the diagnostics logs and it is not giving me any further information.
I think the issue is with the WSDL file. I tried importing the WSDL locally too, but I cannot get rid of this error.
I also tried to import the namespace in the <WSDL:Types> area, but no luck.

I should have mentioned that I tried this too and it didn't solve the problem. You're right though, I should be compiling with -fPIC anyway.

  • Creating a WSDL from a perfectly working Logical DS in ALDSP 3.2

i am just running to a small issue, i have a created a group of logical Data services. each having its own functionality. it is tested several times and is in fine working condition.
i have to create a WSDL from this. these were the steps i followed.
    1. Went to new, clicked on web Service Map.
    2. Named it ABC. I then dragged and dropped my logical DS.
    3. when i say "test web service" , the following error throws up.
    http://localhost:7051/BSOM/WebService/BSOM_R3.ws?WSDL
failed due to weblogic.testclient.WsdlParseFailedException: Not Found
    4. When the link is copied and pasted in Internet Explorer, it shows :
    Error 404--Not Found
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
    10.4.5 404 Not Found

The original problem occurs when there is an <annotation> preceding an <import> or <include>. Moving the <annotations> after the <import> and <include> solves the problem.

  • External definition import WSDL complex type problem

    Hi,
i have created a webservice using apache axis and created an external definition for the service. You can see the respective WSDL recognized by XI below. The service takes an array of adresses. Unfortunately, when I want to define the message mapping, theres only the array but not the address attributes. What would be a proper definition of the service?
    Cheers,

  • Problem using WSDL from SAP in IBM's RAD for generating web service client

When importing a WSDL from the ABAP stack on a SAP 6.40 system into IBM's RAD tool for generating a web service client there are errors with the soap fault classes that get generated.  The WSDL declares the types for the faults with WebServiceName.RfcException and these have elements of name, text, and message.  When the tools see this in the WSDL they generate classes that extend the Java exeception class and this causes an error because the "message" name conflicts with the standard java exception message.  Has anyone else ran into this problem?  It seems like a basic problem many java tools for generating web service client proxies would have because the soap faults get turned into java exceptions.  This name conflict of the java exception with the WSDL fault definition means that code always needs to be adjusted and cannot simply use the classes that are generated from the WSDL.  Anyone run across this or a similar problem in the java environment using the SAP WSDL?

  • Error while importing WSDL

    Hi,
I am getting following error while importing a WSDL file to siebel tool. It seems that
WSDL wizard is treating the XSD schema namespsace declaration as a schema import, and is trying to connect to the w3.org URL.
(Also this problem seems to be WindowsXp specific..as I am able to import the same WSDL file to other machine (having WindowsNT)
Can somebody help me on this.

    Hi,
I think, This is a late answer but I want to reply to help other persons who can get this error. I copied from metalink.
The reason for the error is using of a proxy server (check Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections, and click LAN Setting). One suggestion was to configure the settings to bypass the proxy server for the www.w3.org urls. r Instead used a dial up connection to avoid the proxy server, and was able to import the wsdl ok.
    Regards.
