Impossible to download Adobe Software with CCP

Hi
There is no support in French?
We have a problem to download software with CCP
When the download start we have lot of time "error" and we must click on RESTART to continue.
Perhaps the download don't finish and you have this :

But when we begin the installation, Adobe close Windows Explorer, we wait few minutes ... and the software is not installed.
Test with many computers, Windows XP, Windows 7 x64 and 7 x86, always the same problems

I received Error 1935.Policy 8.0.microsoft.VC80 CRT version=8.0.50727.163 "type=win32-policy pulic key token=1fc8b9a1e18e3b."processor architecture=x86". Can I get assistance or guidance in downloading the current software for Adobe.

I was able to download Adobe Reader 10. It seems to solve the problem. I
am not sure if there is an updated version of this program.

It is probabl,y sending the email to your Dad's email address if you are using his account.

Is it possible to use a different Adobe account to the one you downloaded the software with on a machine with it not screwing with another versions on that account?

I have 2 adobe accounts, one is my CS5 student license on my mac and one is as a CC trial on this PC.
The trial has run out and I want to buy the CC subscription for my PC but I cant because I signed up with a wrong email address for this account so cant log in to buy it and Adobe customer services are taking over 24 hours to get back to me.

Is it possible to buy the CC on my account associated with the account/software on my Mac onto this computer? (On that account I have already done the 30 day trial and also had it for under 30 days before cancelling CC and going back to CS5).
Or is it only possible to install the software with the specific account you signed up with? As when I have access to my Mac I would like to still use my CS5 on that but CC on this PC.(I really don't want to risk somehow screwing it up so I cant use my CS5)

In case the email is incorrect & it can not be verified then you can abandon that Adobe id, if you have purchased CC with incorrect Email, then you need to get the CC cancelled & buy a new CC with correct Email ID.
Please personally inbox me the incorrect Email ID for further investigations.

Bought a new iMac and need to download Adobe software programs

I had to buy a new mac using maverick os x 10.9.4 and despite the data migration, I have to re-install all my software, including my adobe cs3 web premium suite. I have all the serial numbers, but I haven't unpacked the box with the discs. Does anyone know where I can download the software and use my serial numbers to verify?

Update ALL adobe software with RUM

I've created an internal AUSST server and I'm using RUM to update the Adobe software on the clients machines.
After running RUM all the Adobe software seems to be fully updated but when I on InDesign and Folio Builder it tells me there is an update avalible.
Is it possible to include the DPS Tools within AUSST and RUM?

Problems downloading Adobe Software

I have been having Adobe software problems for a while. I uninstalled Flash Player, Reader, Acrobat, and now cannot install any of them. I get an error message -Instruction at 0x0e8a0068 referenced memory at0x0e8a0068 memory could not be "written". Some of this started in the fall when I tried to clean out some old programs and downloads and I may have uninstalled something, so this evening I thought I would try uninstalling all Adobe software. But now I cannot download any Adobe software.

I have been having Adobe problems. I am a Realtor and need it to download pictures etc from our multiple list service. So I uninstalled all of my Adobe and when I tried to re install any Adobe programs from their web site I get that error message. I am using Windows XP. I use Windows Explorer but not sure of the version. And yes I get that message when I try to download Acrobat or Flash Player. This Dell laptop has given me a lot of problems and I think I am just going to get a new one this week. Not Dell. Thank you for your help.

You may try running the Acrobat and Reader Cleanup Tool:

Where can I download Adobe software for Mac OS?

Just purchased a MAC computer but alas although my package came complete with botth a Windows and a MAC disk I never thought I would buy a MAC (Too expensive). So now I have one and I threw my MAC disk away some time ago. Is there anyway of downloading the program or do I need to purchase anew one?

Problem downloading Adobe software

On my recently acquired Yoga 3 Pro I have successfully downloaded and installed software, e.g. Prezi, Office but each time I try to install Photoshop and Premiere Elements 12 from a download I get error messages saying I dont have the right write privileges.
