In MyVerizon, my current bill ballance is a negative number. What does that mean?
It's a negative number, and it's red, instead of black like it usually is. It also says my bill was paid in full on the 27th of December (autopay), but there was nothing on my bank account reflecting that. What's up with that?
If your balance due is in the negatives that means that you have a credit balance (i.e. VZW owes you money), that will normally be deducted from your next bill. As for your bank not reflecting the payment yet, it can take a few days for VZW to actually pull if from your account, but they post payments on their side immediatley.

The video orientation is included with the video's EXIF data and the same for photos. It is that state of the art OS your computer is running that doesn't recognize or completely ignores the EXIF orientation data.
This link applies to photos but whatever Windoze application you are using to view videos should provide the same or similar.

I keep trying to download newest version of Firefox but when I try to move it into applications I get the error message that I cannot do this because "I do not have sufficient privelelges" and then I can go no further. I do not know any more.
The educatd guesses below are correct.
Using a Mac
This happens on my other Mac as wellIf there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop

*Install the new version that you have downloaded

under the about firefox help thing at the top of the page( ,after i downloaded the9.0.1. update thingy )there is a sentence that now says "You are currently on the RELEASE update channel." What does that mean ? & does it have anything to do with the extremely slow response time &/or almost continuous"page not found" or "unable to connect to web" crap I keep getting 95%of the time I attempt to go on line ? p.s. The Release update channel is the correct update channel for normal Firefox users.<br />
There are other update channels that are meant for testing future Firefox version for more experienced people to look for bugs and try out the code that will appear in those new versions.<br />
Normal users shouldn't use such test versions, so you are fine with what you currently have.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Jackie, this usually happens when the number that was texting you was blocked or unavailable. The billing system uses your own number as sort of a placeholder. It could be another reason, but as far as I know, that's the reason.

when you go to do this it say that your iPod or whichever device will no longer be backed up to the computer it is currently backed up to, what exactly does that mean? Will i not be able to sync my iPod from that computer? Please help me and answer either or both question detailed thanks
Normally when you sync your device it is automatically backed up to your computer as the first step in the sync process. When you choose to start backing up your device to iCloud, iTunes stops automatically backing it up on your computer when you sync. That's what the message is telling your; that you are now backing up to iCloud and not to your computer each time you sync. You can still manually back up to your computer any time you want by going to the Summary tab and clicking on Back Up Now under Manually Back Up and Restore.
You can still sync your device as you did before, it just will no longer back up automatically when you do. -
What does it mean when a purchase is billed to "store credit"? Is it one of those iTunes gift vouchers? Only reason I ask is because I downloaded Ken Follit's FREE book from the 12 days of Christmas app and seem to have been charged 10.99 for it!?

I use picasa for my photos..currently there is a question mark imposed over the icon on the dock and it won't open...what does this mean?
Thanks for any help.The icon in the dock is a shortcut to the app itself.....for some reason the icon has lost contact with the app.......go to your Applications folder and drag Picasa back to the dock....a new alias (shortcut) will be created.....

I just purchased several items for I-pad and the billing statement says billed to store credit. What does this mean ? I have a $20 i-tunes card how do I pay with this ? I'm an old **** and don't talk to anyone who plays with I-pad etc.
That means it should have used your iTunes card credit = store Credit.

What does it mean "Do you want to save your current game on a new Game Center account?"
My daughter and I have been playing Hay Day. She on the iPad with her own Game Center Account. I on my iPhone, with my Game Center account. Tonight I noticed that I can log her out and log in as me, so I can play on the big screen. As soon as my wife saw this, she wanted to play too. So... she created a Game Center account, logged me out, and logged into Game Center as her. When we go the game, this message appears:
"Do you want to save your current game on a new Game Center account?"
What does this mean?
What should we choose to ensure she starts a new Hay Day game, not start where I was. We did not get this message when we switched back and forth between my daughter an I.

Trying to download Mountain Lion on Mac Mini currently running Lion 10.7.4. Computer is set to never sleep. When I check progress it says "waiting" under purchases on App store. What does this mean? Way too long to still be waiting. HELP

It means that iDVD has found a problem with one of the movies added to the project. Did you edit the movie after it had been added to the project.
Create a new project and add your assets, movies, slides, etc. again and follow this workflow to help ensure the best quality video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image and launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding was good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
