In order to properly play my music on my DAC using a headless Mac Mini, I had to make sure that all of the songs in "Music" were checked. To so so, I pressed the "check box." When I did that, all of the songs in each album were resequenced in not their proper order.

In list view, select the album column. To choose which columns appear, select an item on the left side of the window (a playlist, for example), choose View > View Options, and select the information you want to see. You can also Control-click a column heading to select columns to display.
The column selected determines how tracks are displayed. For example, clicking the "Name" column displays all tracks in alphabetical order; clicking the "Album" column displays the tracks in album order; clicking the "Date Added" column displays the tracks in the order that they were imported into your library. Columns also have a disclosure arrow at the right of the column (when selected) that you can click to reverse the order.

When I believe I'm deleting a song it ends up deleting ALL of the songs by that band (this is after I've deleted many individual songs sucessfully)! I upgraded from a 4s to a 5s. I backed up my icloud and in the Apple store they helped me transfer. I didn't wait in the store for all my information to download and when I got home later that night the apps all downloaded and were good. I didn't check the photos and videos though. I think I may have stopped the icloud retoration and maybe that is why not all my photos are on my new iphone. Now in the camera roll it shows slots for photos, but they are not there. When I tap on the photo, it just shows "Loading" and is working, but the photo doesn't appear. Any assistance would be helpful

I have Iphones since they cam out buy IO7 on my iphone 4 is slow and frustrating. I sync itunes with sync window. I tried cable and wireless. I have enough space. If I have a playlist say with 200 songs it will say on itunes sync window syncing 200 songs however I only get 150 songs on my iphone. I have restored iphone twice, I have tried playlists and smart play lists. It seems not to sync the same songs all the time. Prior to IO7 in sinced all my songs. I see on the chats that this is a big problem. Do you have any solutions. the songs that dont sync are the same format as those that do.

There is an Applescript, File Name to Title, provided by user léonie that will put the file name of any selected photos into the Title field for that photo. If there already is a title in that field under the thumbnail it will not replace it with the file name.

Copy the script above, open Applescript Editor and past it into the open window. Compile and save as an Applescript application. Put the app in the Applications folder and drag into the Dock. Now you can select images in Photos and launch the app from the Dock and it will do it's thing. It is a bit slow so can take some time for a large number of images depending on the speed of your Mac.
Just to be on the safe side create an album with a few titled and untitled photos and run it on them.

Thanks, Deggie. I thought Apple would see my feedback. I would just like to know if there is a simple way to copy just a few music files from an old iPod. I saw instructions on how to copy all of them from the iPod but it was complicated and I really didn't want to copy all the songs. I guess I could delete all the songs but the ones I want to copy then go through that process again. Do you know how to back up music to my computer? I don't want to have to go through this again and possibly lose music.

If you've forgotten the passcode to unlock the iPad then you will need to connect it to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPad and re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPad into recovery mode : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

You were a MobileMe (not iCloud) subscriber in 2009 and this service has been terminated. However the login is an Apple ID and this never expires. What is your operating system? Do you have a MobileMe icon in System Preferences? - if so you should be able to sign out in it, but you may not have an iCloud icon to let you create an iCloud account, though you can do so if your iPhone has iOS 5 or above.
If you are getting login requests or other irritations from your MobileMe account you can go to (user)/Library/Preferences/ByHost and delete all .plist files beginning with com.apple.DotMac or com.apple.idisk, then reboot.
The minimum requirement for iCloud to let you sync your data is 10.7.5 though you can sync through iTunes (except with Mavericks).

If you are now in the US then you can only use the US store, so you should update the address on your account
Changing country : Change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, and Mac App Store account.
Had you copied the songs over to your computer's iTunes library, do they show in the Music section on it ? You can copy purchases that you still have on your iPad over to your computer's iTunes library via the File > Devices > Transfer Purchases menu option

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Use your backup copy to put everything back.

Unplug iphone > open itunes > delete all music from itunes library > close itunes > re-open itunes > add music from original folder > plug in iphone > select songs > press sync > unplug iphone using eject button onscreen > checked phone .... still nothing in music folder on phone.
